I own six rental properties on the east side I would recommend these guys they are very reasonably priced and really know their stuff.

This location was our last hope. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. They had exactly what we needed. We are very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help.

My outside faucet was broken, perpetually leaking.  I reached out to Dallman Plumbing and they replied right away.  We scheduled a technician to come out within a day and my problem was solved. Efficient. Professional. Personable. Knowledgeable.  I will recommend them to all in need of excellent service.  And, oh by the way, they actually follow up to check if things are going ok.  Awesome Service!

I was recommended to these guys through a plumbing service that I trust (but was backlogged for 2 weeks).  I left an online contact request Sunday and they reached out to me first thing Monday morning.  I was on the schedule for Wednesday.  

The co-owners were in my driveway within first 5 minutes of the scheduled window they had given me.

They took time to ask questions and ask what actions I had done and to see if I had any concerns.  They were able to run a camera down the pipes and pin-pointed the issue.  They completed their work in a timely and professional manner and were cleaned/wrapped up within the first hours of arrival.

The cost was below what I was braced for and he took the time to explain everything that they did.  Definitely will use again.

I called in the morning with an urgent issue. They came right away in the afternoon. They were so informative and gave me a lot of tips for the future. Father and son were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. They did what they showed up to do plus more. I am so grateful to them. They did a great job.

We have used Monona several times - they are easy to schedule with (and are able to come early in the morning so as not to disrupt the workday) and efficient.

We've had them replace a leaky faucet and fix a slow floor drain. They take the time to explain what they're investigating so you as the customer can get up to speed on the tools you'd need for a DIY fix next time, or help better explain what the issue might be next time they are needed.

They could potentially be more transparent in pricing after the job is done - I don't know what the hourly rate is.

Really happy with Avid Plumbing service.  Have used them to replace a toilet and now a water heater.  Communication and scheduling is excellent as is billing.  Service people have been patient in listening to and answering all of my questions.  Really happy with the work that has been done and appreciate the high level of customer service.  Absolutely recommend.
