Best Electricians in Texas

I Just moved my family here in McKinney, Texas from California and I have had to literally find all new service providers as I know no one in this state. I searched Yelp and I really lucked out with Professional Handyman Services. Luis is amazing. He is super reliable, responsive, efficient and fast! He can even do electrical work, which is a huge plus for me.  He also accommodated our request to come later in the day because we all like to sleep-in.  I am definitely using Luis for all of my handyman requests and you should too! You will not be disappointed.

I had previously used Peerless for adding a new outlet and 20A circuit approximately 50 feet from the breaker box (routed through the attic and two walls) and called them for assistance adding a 50A outlet inches from the breaker box. Got an estimate of $200-250 on the phone when I called and they came out right away. When they arrived they said that estimate was incorrect and that it would actually cost over $500. I was very disappointed as the materials for this are under $100 leaving over $400 in labor to install the outlet adjacent to the breaker box.

Did a great job. Responsive. Reliable. Great communication. Does a great job. Helped us with our shop/barn new construction as well as rewire for my mom's attic & new breaker box. Definitely recommended!

Fast, courteous and great work. I used them to repair some electrical outlets and switches that were old, outdated or I messed up. I was impressed when three people came out for the appointment, making quick work of the problems.

Amazing service and quality work. These guys went over and above to make sure that the job was done well. They took time to explain the workings of my new fixtures and replace some old bulbs. The work was affordable and completed promptly. I will keep their number close by for the future!

Called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was very quick and professional. They were able to fit us in the following Saturday and were given a 8-11am window. At 8:10am Tyler Crippin showed up with a friendly smile. We showed him the issue and he quickly went to work. He was kind and professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He replace the outlet that had burned out and checked the wiring. Then he went around the other side of the wall and checked those outlets that were out. He was already ahead of the game by not hitting on me like the last electrician that came to the house (see my review for Echeverria Brothers Electric), but his respectful manner and efficient work style really won us over. After he completed the work, we asked him if he had some time to look over some other issues. He said he did and we showed him two issues, one of which he was able to fix there quickly and the other which would have been more work and lots more money. He provided us a very well laid out detailed quote breaking down the different prices which I really appreciate. He wore booties inside the whole time even though he had to go back and forth between the front of the house with the damaged outlet and the back where the circuit breakers were. We would definitely use Tyler and Mr Sparky again.

Thanks to Forney Electric my dishwasher works.
We had an electrical outlet go bad behind our dishwasher and had no power. They got us fixed up and dishwasher is working well.

Very responsive! Called after 5pm and in less than an hour, electrician came to our store to check our panel box that was burned due to water damage. Gave us all the details of the job and the quoation that same day.

The electrician, Gustavo and the other guy( i don't know the name) were very helpful, kind & professional. After finishing the work, they even helped us in pulling back the kitchen equipments to where it was arranged.

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

Enjoyed working with Phillip and found him through Thumbtack.  Sometimes, responses are a bit hit or miss.  Fortunately, he was none of that.  He is priced competitively, shows up on time, and is clearly knowledgeable about his profession.  He was on-time and did a great job overall.  I'd recommend him highly without reservation.

The job was completed to my satisfaction.  They added electrical and a wall switch for 2 lights above new cabinets in my living room.  I felt they got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable rate.  I would definitely call them next time I need electrical work.  I was able to get a free quote by sending a few pictures and describing the work to be done.  Great job all around!

Steve was great to work with.  Had a power surge and I spent several hours trying to fix it myself.  Called Hill Electric, and Steve came out within an hour, diligently tracked down the short, fixed it and several other little things he found along the way.  Even changed a light bulb for me just because he had a ladder handy.  Great guy and well worth the call! Highly recommend.

Can't say enough great things!! Electrician Dustin was super friendly . The service was quick and he explain what he fixed. More affordable than other places in the frisco area ! I can't recommend them enough !! Happy customer over here !!! Will be using them in the future
