This guy was awesome answered all my calls and texts and did the job perfectly, fast, and for a great price! Will use him for everything in future.

Excellent Company! Allen came out promptly and fixed a faulty outlet that fried my microwave. Prices are reasonable and tech is friendly and professional. He is my electrician from this time forward.

I had an outstanding experience I called JME in the morning and by that afternoon Cameron came to my house looked at everything evaluating all my projects and we actually got everything fixed same day for a great price I was extremely happy I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anybody else.

I'd imagine this is how it used to be... When you knew your neighbors, people waved and said hello with a smile just in passing on the street, a person's word was all you needed and was good as gold, everyone called Joe at Joe's plumbing for their pipes, took their cars to Sonny at Sonny's Garage for service and called Anna at Anna's Electric for all things electric! The lost art of human interaction still exists and I'm pretty sure Oak Cliff is the only place you can find it and Anna is doing her part to keep it alive and well. So honest and what would have cost up to at the least the thousand dollar mark only cost a few hundred. It was million dollar service and expert quality work on a dollar and a dime budget. I still know the names of the 3 man crew that came and pretty sure I'll add them to my Christmas card list this year. You just don't get service like this anymore and where you usually feel like you've lost a fight and been beat up and robbed you'll walk away feeling like you've gained so much and won something! Sounds unbelievable and strange huh? Well its definitely not strange but it sure is rare! Thank you Anna! And Thank you, Chester, Chet and Chuy! You all ROCK! Humanity still exists...

Amazing service and quality work. These guys went over and above to make sure that the job was done well. They took time to explain the workings of my new fixtures and replace some old bulbs. The work was affordable and completed promptly. I will keep their number close by for the future!

Thanks to Forney Electric my dishwasher works.
We had an electrical outlet go bad behind our dishwasher and had no power. They got us fixed up and dishwasher is working well.
They were punctual and friendly. I would recommend if you need electrical help.

We got 4 chandeliers installed through Vitality Electric. Very knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, responsive and professional service. They did an amazing work at our home. Would highly recommend this service. Was amazing experience from start to finish! Thank  you.

I called to have them trace a problem, they charged me $460 for less than one Hr of labor and did not fix the problem.
I had another company out and they found a broken wire behind a receptacle. They only charged $130.

I cant understand how a company can charge so much without accomplishing their job.

If you're in need of an electrician for your house, I highly recommend JHC Electrical and Craig Keiffer!

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

What a wonderful company... I had some electrical work completed at my house and the technician that came out was phenomenal... James was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and was so very helpful... my home now looks like amazing!!! I would highly recommend this company because they have fair pricing, reputable and skilled staff, and overall great communication... there was not one complaint.

I needed to get a Ring Security Camera installed.  Phillips showed up on time, offered options and a reasonable price.  And he is extremely knowledgeable and knows his craft.  He was done in half the time, left no mess and everything looked great.

This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. After a visit from a man named Ira, I lost heat to my water in the bathroom. A few days pass and they came to fix the problem that they had caused and nothing was fixed. After talking to the 'Boss' for over 40 minutes on the phone nothing was still resolved. They didn't take responsibility for the problem and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. If your a woman who doesn't have a handy man around I strongly suggest you do not call this company.

Steven just installed a replacement lighting fixture for my kitchen, and I am over-the-top pleased with the results. He's very particular about his work and was super efficient with his time.

Can't say enough great things!! Electrician Dustin was super friendly . The service was quick and he explain what he fixed. More affordable than other places in the frisco area ! I can't recommend them enough !! Happy customer over here !!! Will be using them in the future
