I called Ronnie for help with completing electrical work that an inspector said needed to be done while I was trying to sell our house. He came out the same day and completed the work quickly and efficiently! Definitely recommend!

The power in our kitchen went out on Saturday morning.  After calling a few electricians, I realized that most of them are closed on Saturdays.  Fortunately I stumbled upon Elite Electric.  I spoke with Chadwick, and he tried to troubleshoot over the phone.  After several minutes it was obvious that the problem was beyond my capabilities.  No problem, Chadwick said he be would by in an hour or two.

Chadwick came 2 1/2 hours later (I was thrilled that someone was able to come on short notice on a Saturday, so I didn't mind the extra 30 minute wait).  He was very friendly and professional.  Within an hour he had our power restored with minimal cost.  I would definitely use him again.

Overall:  Great service on a Saturday afternoon!

On a Monday at 8:45 pm our main breaker switch overheated and melted, causing a power outage. I called SFX at 9:10 pm. SFX asked me to send photos of the panel and then gave me a reasonable emergency estimate. An electrician came to our house to perform the repair and had the power restored at 10 pm.  The online billing was fast and easy.  The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend SFX.

Very professional and responds quickly! If I need any electrical work done I will always call him! He has done numerous electrical jobs for me and haven't had one issue!! Reasonable pricing too!!

We've used Georgetown Electric Company to hang fans and fix switches multiple times now. Greg and his employees are prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable. We will continue to use GEC in the future.

Great workmanship, flexibility, and timeliness. Larry & his son Logan work nonstop to complete their tasks. We had several can lights installed in multiple rooms, chandeliers/fixtures swapped out, re-centered. The collateral damage was very minor. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely use them again!

Great service. We had them change out 5 hanging lights and one ceiling fan on 16+ ceilings. They did a great job and got it done within the quoted time. Will be using them again in the future

I requested a quote from ABR electric, and quickly got a response from them to clarify the requested work. They also advised me to acquire some replacement parts they would not be responsible for having on-hand, which I appreciate the warning about to save me time / an additional service fee in the future.

On the day of the job itself, there appeared to be some miscommunication that had occurred because the service tech didn't have all the parts on hand and had to return later that day after acquiring them. After the work was completed, there was also a minor annoyance of some leftover parts / detritus that I needed to dispose of.

Importantly though, the work I needed done got done quick at a good price, so I'll definitely look to them again if I need future work done.

Multiple calls and VM's to make an appointment - reviews were seemingly good, so I stayed persistent.  Finally arranged an appointment - no show.  Unacceptable communication for today's consumer.

We called Mike, and he said he could stop by on his way back from another job. We had multiple issues .and he quickly did troubleshooting and repaired all issues. Didn't charge $10 for $1 switches like a lot of contractors do, and a VERY fair price for his trip charge.
Additionally, his knowledge of not just hardware but electrical infrastructure was amazing.
Mike is now our go-to for any future electrical work.

These guys did a great job running Cat-6 ethernet line from the port, up to the attic, and down the wall to a bedroom outlet.  Quick response time, good price, and they even organized the jumble of wires in the electronic closet leaving it better than before.  We would definitely use them again.

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
