I wanted electricity run out from my electric box  to a shed on the other side of my property. I got several bids; the Cross Texas's bid landed right in the middle. I chose Cross Texas because Ronnie, the owner, seemed knowledgeable and honest and his price was very reasonable especially considering that the guys who came in a bit lower didn't strike me as professionals. Well, I am very pleased with my choice. Cross Texas got the job done fast and professionally. Ronnie took care to involve me in the process to make sure he completed the job as I wanted it. There were no surprises and communication before and during the job was excellent. I would recommend Cross Texas Electric without any reservations.

I called Elite this morning and Chadwick was here by lunchtime.  He was thorough, professional and very helpful, explaining the basics of electrical circuits to me so that I could push the GFI button in the garage by myself, next time.   Since I'm afraid to fry myself just by opening the simplest ceiling lights, it was well worth the cost of a service call to have him fix a few things.

After a small electrical fire which also took out power to my AC, I was in desperate need of an electrician. Of course this took place when most places were closing for the day but, after about 8 calls, I came across Steven at SFX Electric. Hallelujah! Not only did he show up pretty quick, he nailed the issue down without hesitation. We own a very old house that needs some work. While we are game to tackle most projects on our own, electrical is not something we mess with. That said, Steven could have easily taken advantage and used a scare tactic to make me believe we would need a ton of work done or else we could be in danger. He did exactly the opposite! He is a truly fair and down to Earth person, and made it a point to let me know that he is not interested in selling me on things that we don't need and would rather prefer to be a trustworthy resource. He gave me some suggestions and let me know what could be improved, and what really didn't need changing. By the way, a lot of those unnecessary changes were strongly suggested on a previous quote by a different company in town, which came with an unnecessary price tag. Not only that, but we have a big electrical job we need done and Steven quoted us significantly less than that other company mentioned.

Not only were he and his apprentice kind, professional and timely, I never for a second felt threatened with them being in my house without anyone else at home. It also brought me comfort to learn that he will not hire just any random person off of the street. He makes a point to primarily hire local firefighters and/or military veterans. I believe I heard him mention that he himself is a Veteran Marine. He was also in no rush and even encouraged me to ask any other electrical questions I had, which he answered accompanied by a few sketches so I would understand completely.

Seriously folks, Steven is a truly honest guy with character that isn't trying to rake in a wad of cash, but cares more about your trust and business. I am sometimes guilty of relying too much on the quantity of reviews a business has on Yelp. Well I struck gold taking a chance on SFX Electric.....DO THE SAME! This company is now, without question, our go to electrical resource.

Greg and his associate did a wonderful  job with several items that needed to be installed in our home as well as installing a new outside outlet that we needed. Greg and his team were very thorough, friendly, informative, and professional. They are reasonably priced as well. I also love their online consultation appt booking process, so simple and efficient.

I sent a quote request and heard back from six electricians with estimates between $150-$230 to trace a dead circuit. All In One Electric approached it a little differently. After a couple of pictures of my breaker box and a few text messages, I was able to figure out it was a GFCI issue.

I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to find a company just willing to help you out without coming out to gouge you to flip a breaker.

Arrived timely - installed new line for hot tub - estimate was fair and work performed was well done and timely!  Also used for a  smaller job (GFI Switch) and price was half what Mr. Electric estimated - will use again for sure!

James and his team are wonderful to work with. Extremely professional and also personal at the same time. ABR helped us with some indoor projects and wired out new outdoor patio. They did and amazing job and everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

Always professional, always great advice, and really great work. They've been out 3 or 4 times (usually with several problems each time), and I don't even think about who to call for electrical work anymore. This is the company! They've fixed and replaced switches and dimmers, installed a new light fixture, fixed a few flush mount issues, troubleshot a can light, and troubleshot an outdoor light.

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. I recently moved into my new place and needed someone reasonably priced to install TV's. The guy was able to come in and do amazing work on 2 TV's. He even hid the wires behind the wall to make it presentable. I didn't even know that was possible. He also informed me he does other work such as artwork, curtains, and home theater installation. I have some more projects coming up in the future and will definitely reach out to him again. Highly recommended.

Great service and Wesley went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly.  Our meter had to be replaced and repairs done to our connection.  We had to deal with inspectors, permits, our service provider and W3 Electric was right there handling the details and walking us through this maze.  We now have them for any futures needs.  Heartily recommended!

This company is sneaky, greedy and unprofessional - especially Larry and Joe. They are just not good people or right in the head. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. There are better, more reliable companies to seek out.

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
