Had these guys out to look at a annoying gfci outlet that kept tripping. They were great communicating & scheduling the appointment. Ronnie, located the issue within minutes & had it repaired very quickly.
I also had him look at adding another exterior outlet since I needed one in a different location. He actually said he had most of the materials already in his truck & could do it at that time!
I must say he did a great job installing the new exterior outlet in a nice all weather box. Top quality work at a fair price.
I have found myself a new electrician & will recommend him to all my friends & family.

To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! ALWAYS MY FIRST AND LAST CALL!! I run a large dental practice and we have our fair share of options on who to call when work needs to be done or something needs repair. Our building and therefore our electrical system and wiring is antiquated. I've had to make numerous calls for quick 'keep my business operational' service requests to Chadwick over the past few years, and every time his service is prompt and honest with attention paid to detail and quality! I would highly recommend Chadwick and Elite Electric to all of my friends and family! - as a sidenote - I read another review that said they were possibly no longer in business - ABSOLUTELY FALSE because they helped me out of yet another electrical issue just last Thursday!

We needed an electrician and SFX electric responded immediately despite being very busy. We were concerned about a possible hazard. Steve walked us through the problem to allay our fears. He fit us in and along with his apprentice, completed a thorough check of our wiring. Highly professional, took the time to explain situation in layman terms and completed the work in a timely manner. We give the company our highest recommendation and will be using them for additional work.

This family business has been our go to company for many years. First they don't charge for estimates. Their prices are fair. They come when they say they are going to. And lastly, They are honest. Example: we had several plugs that stopped working after one of the storms last week. They suggested on the telephone that I look in the breaker box for a tripped breaker...no. Then told me to see if there was one of those plugs that have the little button, in the garage ...yes. I pushed it, problem solved. No charge. They have done everything from installing attic fans to complete new breaker boxes. They do it all.

He was on-time.  Very professional.  Listened to the symptoms and quickly found the problem with our GFC outlet.  $90 for the whole deal.  I found my new electrician for future repairs.

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. Bought a new 75 TV today on a whim and were eager to get it mounted. Contacted multiple TV mounters in Dallas but Hang Pros was the only company that was willing to come out last minute on a Saturday night to squeeze us in. The representative that came out was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our TV looked perfect in relation to our room and our furniture. Our home needed general repairs and an overview of the wiring installed by the previous owner. Aaron came out to our house and did an excellent job identifying issues and swiftly worked on our home. He detected an outlet that would've further deteriorated over time and would have inevitably caused major damage. I highly recommend.

This company is sneaky, greedy and unprofessional - especially Larry and Joe. They are just not good people or right in the head. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. There are better, more reliable companies to seek out.

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
