I wanted electricity run out from my electric box  to a shed on the other side of my property. I got several bids; the Cross Texas's bid landed right in the middle. I chose Cross Texas because Ronnie, the owner, seemed knowledgeable and honest and his price was very reasonable especially considering that the guys who came in a bit lower didn't strike me as professionals. Well, I am very pleased with my choice. Cross Texas got the job done fast and professionally. Ronnie took care to involve me in the process to make sure he completed the job as I wanted it. There were no surprises and communication before and during the job was excellent. I would recommend Cross Texas Electric without any reservations.

To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! It's nice to see someone take the time to talk to his customers the way Eric did! Good job Eric!

We needed a bathroom heater replaced asap. We called and heard back from Chadwick in a reasonable amount of time. He sent one of his electricians-we apologize because we can't remember his name-but he was professional, and did a great job figuring out how to install this heater-which was more of a job than was originally thought. He also provided us with extra imformation concerning the placement of vents and future issues that might come up.The price was fair and we will be calling Elite Electric again. Thank you! My electrical problem was very tricky!  Parts of one room were out and an entire room next to a bathroom (which worked perfectly) completely down.  Steven came out the same day and checked it out.  He found the situation right away as he understands how new houses are wired.  Awesome work, great price as he says he didn't do much, however someone else may have gouged my eyes out.  Thank God for integrity, honesty and great work...definitely recommended!!

Larry came to the rescue when we needed it the most! After dealing with a nightmare of a situation as new home buyers, having to replace our entire AC system, he was a breathe of fresh air! He helped solve a tricky electrical situation by running power from our box to the roof and stayed until the job was done right.

I am so glad I called these guys! They were very professional, nice, on time (actually early!!), and had told me they could hang my light in an hour;however, it took longer than expected but they only charged me the hour price. I would 100% call them again for anything electrical.

I found ABR on Google and after reading such great reviews, gave them a call. I wasn't sure if my job was too small for them, but it wasn't. Nathan called me back the next morning (I called late in the day the previous day) and gave me a quote over the phone. He was very polite and professional. He was able to send Jason out within minutes. Jason was also very polite and professional. He didn't hesitate to take on my small job of taking down a ceiling fan and installing a chandelier. I also asked if he would take a peek at my breaker panel to see if it is safe and he didn't hesitate to do so, and on top of that, noticed a spot in the brick by my breaker box that needed silicone and said he would fill in the crack for me. The chandelier looks so nice and Jason went above and beyond for me. I will not only be using ABR again in the future, I will most definitely recommend them to my friends. SOOOOOO HAPPY I FOUND ELECTRICIAN ON CALL!! We just moved to Dallas and purchased a new home. When we had an electrical issue this morning, I turned to Yelp to find an electrician. I believe we called Electrician On Call around 10am. They were so kind and helpful from the onset. They first offered to try to resolve our issue over the phone--walking us through the steps required to check the breaker box, etc. This service was free of charge. When we were unable to figure out the issue over the phone, they said they would have someone here by 3:30pm. David was running a little behind and they promptly called to notify us of the 30 minute delay. When he arrived at our home at 4pm, he quickly re-checked the typical quick-fix issues that we had reviewed over the phone this morning. Our issue turned out to be a blown GFI that was connected to another switch on the second floor of our home, even though it was affecting the lights in a room on the first floor. I never would have been able to find this on my own. David had it figured out and fixed within 15 minutes.

On top of the already superb customer service, he offered us a discounted rate off the normal service call charge, because he said it didn't take him that long to fix. I still can't believe it. Since purchasing this new home, we have had a minimum of 15 trade professionals here working on various updates needed and I wish more folks would follow the lead of Electricians On Call. I am so glad that I found them and will definitely be calling them again with any and all electrical needs. David was kind, professional, clean (knocked on the door already wearing booties to protect my floors/carpet), efficient, and offered a discounted price to boot. Fabulous customer service and I highly recommend!

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

We contacted Mike to get an estimate for our kitchen remodel and while he was here we asked him to look at our landscape lighting that did not work.  He did and gave us a quote to replace and upgrade our lighting.  They look fantastic.  He was very helpful during the consultation and his price was great.  He was prompt and even finished early which was reflected in the final bill.  I will absolutely use them again as they will be doing the electrical work for our kitchen remodel later this month.  Mike provided that personal and professional service that is sadly not found as much these days.

I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

UPDATE: Still outstanding! Anthony came out to troubleshoot my driveway security floodlights which had gone into disco mode. Turned out I needed new fixtures, so he priced out cost of buying the lights through W3 or providing them myself with installation. I opted to buy new fixtures on my own. Called to schedule installation when the lights were available, and Anthony came back to finish the project. Everything went well but the fixtures needed adjustment due to placement of the sensor - the lights wouldn't turn off automatically in the morning. Anthony stopped by the same day I called to tweak the placement.

I'll continue to give W3 my business!

They installed all my fans in my first house for a great price! They were very knowledgeable and informative and gave plenty of tips and energy saving ideas to help the cps bill! Be sure to give them a call for any electrical and remodeling needs!

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
