Joe Vela Electric is the GO TO electrical company in the Frío County area.

I decided to do some do it yourself and find myself popping some breakers and such.

Had these guys out to look at a annoying gfci outlet that kept tripping. They were great communicating & scheduling the appointment. Ronnie, located the issue within minutes & had it repaired very quickly.
I also had him look at adding another exterior outlet since I needed one in a different location. He actually said he had most of the materials already in his truck & could do it at that time!
I must say he did a great job installing the new exterior outlet in a nice all weather box. Top quality work at a fair price.
I have found myself a new electrician & will recommend him to all my friends & family.

To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! It's nice to see someone take the time to talk to his customers the way Eric did! Good job Eric!

We had a pretty simple job that got a little more complicated due to our vaulted ceilings. Andrew was here most of the day and did a great job. Everything was as asked and the price was right. Chadwick stopped by to check on things and to talk about some of my upcoming projects. I had been told by a another electrician that we would need our panel rebuilt due to adding more circuits (quite pricey and into the thousands). Chadwick took a look at our panel and determined that even with our several pending upgrades, our panel would not need to be rebuilt, just expanded/altered (saving us lots of hard earned cash!). I sure like the sound of that! He also gave me some good ideas for our upcoming kitchen renovation. I will be calling Elite Electric when we move on to our other renovation projects.

This review is a little belated.  Our AC went out about 9:00PM last month.  Called sFx.  Steve offered to come out right away.  We said in the morning was fine.  He asked me to send a pic of the circuit breaker I suspected was bad, so he'd be sure to have a replacement on the truck if needed. Steve showed up on time, quickly confirmed the problem,  fixed it quickly.  He's knowledgeable and polite.   Prices were fair. He offers a discount for active/retired military, which was appreciated.  I highly recommend sFx.

Greg did a wonderful job and was a pleasure having him and his assistant in our home. He installed two ceiling fans and diagnosed a problem with the third ceiling fan. He installed a dimmer switch that allows us to operate the ceiling fan speed and light from the wall. He rewired and hung our chandelier. He diagnosed some electrical problems that we were unaware of and corrected them. He was extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional. He explained everything clearly before he began working and after the installations were completed. He worked quickly and cleanly and his pricing was fair and true to his quote. His communication was great; he returned all phone calls and texts quickly. We were extremely satisfied and pleased with his work. We highly recommend Georgetown Electric... the BEST!!!

Larry and Logan were the perfect men for the job! After buying a new home, we noticed a need for a handful of outlets in the garage and outside. They worked with us to create an affordable solution to our problem.

They also went above and beyond. They resolved our ongoing issue with a dryer connection that another electrician had failed to fix after 4 visits. They removed old wiring that was left in the attic. And they were very friendly, which was nice for an extrovert who's been confined to her house for the pandemic!

We're very grateful to have worked with All In One Electric, and they're definitely going to be our electricians of record from now on.

I'll give a similar review as Gary M.  When we found out our electricity wasn't working in some areas of the house, I called Puckett.  Sure enough, he talked me through it and determined the issue and corrective answer over the phone!  We were having a partial power outage; and that my power people should be contacted (I had never heard of partial power before).  So, Oncor came by and had it fixed the same day!  Thank you for letting me know what was happening to us!

We had very good service from ABR, including coming to our house to provide a no charge quote, good communication regarding scheduling the job and arrival times of their team, installation of new Led lighting fixtures in our kitchen, and clean up after the job was completed. The final invoice was as quoted, and we are pleased with the work completed. They are accessible and good communicators. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bought a new 75 TV today on a whim and were eager to get it mounted. Contacted multiple TV mounters in Dallas but Hang Pros was the only company that was willing to come out last minute on a Saturday night to squeeze us in. The representative that came out was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our TV looked perfect in relation to our room and our furniture. I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
