I wanted electricity run out from my electric box  to a shed on the other side of my property. I got several bids; the Cross Texas's bid landed right in the middle. I chose Cross Texas because Ronnie, the owner, seemed knowledgeable and honest and his price was very reasonable especially considering that the guys who came in a bit lower didn't strike me as professionals. Well, I am very pleased with my choice. Cross Texas got the job done fast and professionally. Ronnie took care to involve me in the process to make sure he completed the job as I wanted it. There were no surprises and communication before and during the job was excellent. I would recommend Cross Texas Electric without any reservations.

Very happy with our service visit today. Joe and his partner were professional, courteous and patient with us. They quickly diagnosed our breaker box issue and fixed it promptly. We will definitely use these guys again in the future.

I called Chadwick today, but he told me he was too busy to take on any new clients and asked me to find someone else.

On a Monday at 8:45 pm our main breaker switch overheated and melted, causing a power outage. I called SFX at 9:10 pm. SFX asked me to send photos of the panel and then gave me a reasonable emergency estimate. An electrician came to our house to perform the repair and had the power restored at 10 pm.  The online billing was fast and easy.  The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend SFX.

Very professional and responds quickly! If I need any electrical work done I will always call him! He has done numerous electrical jobs for me and haven't had one issue!! Reasonable pricing too!!

I had an exceptional experience with Greg! He was prompt to come give me a quote and quick to schedule install. He installed recessed can lights for our backyard patio and we love it! Not to mention his pricing is great too!

Could not have asked for better service from Larry and his son. I was fearing the worst after we had home remodel and the contractor's electrician caused problems instead of fixing. Larry and his son came in and immediately got to work. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and friendly. These guys could have told me my whole house needed new wiring and I wouldn't have known any better. They fixed exactly what we asked for and I felt like price was pretty fair considering Larry is a Master Electrician. Would definitely recommend. I'm hoping we won't need an electrician again, but if we do, I will definitely call All in One Electric again.

I'll give a similar review as Gary M.  When we found out our electricity wasn't working in some areas of the house, I called Puckett.  Sure enough, he talked me through it and determined the issue and corrective answer over the phone!  We were having a partial power outage; and that my power people should be contacted (I had never heard of partial power before).  So, Oncor came by and had it fixed the same day!  Thank you for letting me know what was happening to us!

After researching Tesla charger installers, I went with ABR.  James was prompt in coming to give me an estimate.  Andy and Jason text me ahead of time that they were on their way.  They were very professiona,  efficient and clean. They made sure the charger worked properly before they left.  I also had them install power to some motorized shades.  Being that it was one of the hottest days of the summer and they had to go into the attic, they still remained professional.  I would not hesitate to use ABR again in the future.

Called first thing Saturday morning and was told if would be Monday before I could get an electrician. What part of the words On Call am I missing here?

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. Mike & Tim are flat out wonderful!  They are honest, professional and the charges were more than reasonable.  I hope they stay this good when they expand their business because I am referring them to everyone I know!

I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

What a great company, on time, clean and really professional.. I had multiple lights installed plus ceiling fans, ring doorbell, etc.. Jordan busted it out in less than a day.. perfect job!! I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
