I would highly recommend. I'll  start by saying integrity is extremely important to me. I have 32 years in the construction industry and was aware of what the issue was. The service technician was on point with finding the problem and getting the repair done with no sales BS or made up costs. He represented Iceberg well and I appreciated he was a USMC veteran! I highly recommend their services.

So I have had a year with plumbers and plumbing issues, it seems like.
Nothing major, but what were two minor issues resulted in asking for follow-up from another plumber who did a little work; while that plumber was friendly and made extra stops free of charge to follow up on his work, the issues were never really fully resolved.
Another issue came up (minor, but necessary) so we looked around for a different plumber in our area. Found Above the Rest via Google and called, booked an appointment. They did a full inspection and diagnosed our issues, eased our worries on some other issues, and we called them back to install a sink which they did shortly after in less than an hour. They also took care of our other issues. Friendly, fast, efficient, and fairly priced.
Would recommend to others.

When our water heater quit on a holiday weekend, Southern Service was quick to come out and replace the tank (for a price we were very happy with).

We called this morning and they immediately sent a text to let us know hours they would be out. Later a text that plumber was on his way.  Mr. Kopeski came out, very nice and had us fixed up in no time.  We appreciate the promptness in taking care of us and explaining the issue.

Ron came out at the day and time I told him I was available. He gave me several options and price ranges of what he could do to fix the toilet's leak and also avoid future issues. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me.

Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.

We had several issues, toilet repair, leak in basement, hose bib leaking and it turns out our water cutoff valve did not function.
Bill was our technician and he fixed everything in under 4 hours.

Moved to Nashville recently and had a clog in my kitchen drain.  I am really glad I came across John - he was great, and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues.  He was able to schedule an appointment very promptly and was able to fix the drain issue very quickly.  He was great at explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future - he clearly takes his craft seriously and is very knowledgeable.  During the process he also provided general tips about drains and drainage and ended up helping us get parts for and install a mixing valve to solve an issue we were having getting hot water more quickly circulated to the bathrooms in the back of our house (our water heater is in the front of the house).  Highly recommend!

Surprised this company does not show up with any reviews, presently, on Yelp. Needed completely new A/C compressor/coil - due to the cost, asked for four bids from area contractors. Proctor and Graves bid came in at around HALF of other bids; yes, you heard that right HALF of other bids, but here's the real value on that. The HALF of other bids was on superior equipment/manufactor according to Consumer Reports. The HALF price was on an American Standard when other's were bidding double there cost on low-end GOODMAN systems.  The work was done on time, with installers who were careful and courteous and the clean up and removal of old equipment was accomplished all within a span of a few hours.  Anyone in or around the north and east side of Nashville would be well served to have this company bid your major A/C work. Oh, and let me add. Their service fee of $69? That's $20 LESS than the company I've used previously in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area.

We have had our house for the last few years and always use Hiller.  They are very professional. and talented in the various area including our most used plumbing. Always on time and constantly updating you on the progress.  Highly recommend

The workers of this company even hate it- they are disorganized to such a huge degree. I have been stuck with them multiple times through my home warranty and I have told my warranty to never use them again for me. They have been written up multiple times, hopefully they will be taken off their vendor list. I have a leak in my house and after 3 months later they still haven't fixed it properly. The final visit I am going to have my home warranty coverage printed out in order for them to know they have to do what my warranty pays for- instead of blaming it on not knowing after they make their visit in the after business hours of their company.

I would suggest the most amateur plumber rather than using this company- you will not miss as much work and waste as much time.

No problem with the actual service.  Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

How they charge you is a different story.  Even though they have a trip charge ($49) and a fixed hourly rate ($100), they charged me a flat fee for the job.  The flat fee was significantly more than the trip charge + the hourly rate + a fair price for the part based on comparison to Home Depot and Lowes.  I paid $325 to replace a $50 part.  

Seems underhanded to charge customers the higher of the flat fee or the actual cost (trip + hourly rate + parts).

Kitchen drain stopped draining; Called Eddie and he showed up on time as scheduled and snaked the drain.  He managed to get it draining again.  Him and his helper were both polite and friendly.  Thank you Eddie!

I was not happy with these people.we had a simple job for them.replace a washer in the tub and replace a outside faucet.Easy right?Evidently it is beyond the scope of capability for this company.The washer they replaced in the tub is loose and cuts off right in the middle of the shower.Not a fun experience.You also have to turn it a long way just to turn on.He didn't notice this when he worked on it?the outside faucet was installed by a different guy that day and it works fine.This is the SECOND job they messed up.The other one was when they installed a new faucet in the kitchen and we could hear it dripping Everytime it was turned on.please stay away from this company.

Overpriced and unprofessional. Two hours late to the appointment, completely overcharged for 15 mins of work.... do not recommend whatsoever. Not to mention, they took everything out from underneath the sink (which is fine) but left it in my kitchen floor, knocking over a bottle of soap in the process which was emptied all over my kitchen floor. Awful experience.
