I contacted Richard's for a quote on a new HVAC. My only complaint would be that my calls weren't answered but responded to with text. Then he would call me back. JR was a little off putting initially. He sounded very busy, I felt like I was bothering him and he forgot to call me back that first day, but the online reviews kept me interested in the company so I hung in there and I'm glad.

I showed him a quote from another company and he beat it. And that's what I needed for our circumstances. I feel confident in our new unit, which is blowing our hair back! (Yay!) Our installers were really nice, very polite and quiet (important because I work from home) and the work that was done left me with no questions it was a job well done. JR followed up with me today to make sure everything went well and I told him what I'm telling you... I recommend Richard's.

Ed is beyond amazing. He completed several jobs for us. One was correctly install our dishwasher. The previous installer had multiple hoses which did not allow the dishwasher to drain. The other job he did for us was install our garage fire door. He sized it which allowed to order it correctly, unlike our previous contractor, and he hung it all for a very reasonable cost and did quality work. He is what you expect when hiring someone to help with projects around the house.

AC went out at my elderly parents house. Forecast was 93* so I was worried we may not get quick service. I found Choate's on Yelp and an online coupon for $50 off an $85 service call. Called Choate's about 8am and they told me a technician would be out between 10-2. Technician, Chad, arrived about 9:30! Super nice! Super helpful! And said he'd do everything he could to give us a good price. Took him about 1 hour to get it running (something with the compressor). Very please with all aspects of service from the woman who took my call to Chad and the quick repair.
BTW my parents live all the way out in Drummonds, TN!

About 6 months after I bought my home, I had quite the water leak from the 2nd story that took out about 3 square feet of ceiling drywall.

My dad and I could not figure out which fixture was leaking behind the walls. I called multiple plumbers and Cordova Plumbing was the only one to answer the call. The plumber showed up right on time, which for my schedule is a major bonus.

He looked in both upstairs baths, determined the source of the leak, had the parts on the truck and completed the repair in 20 minutes.

The biggest and best surprise was when he handed me the invoice for $60. WOW! $60 for an emergency weekend call? That's amazing.

I called them about 11 am. They came out and fixed my sink issue in no time. They were very nice and affordable.
