Called Friday with an issue and spoke with Dragos. He said he could come by on Saturday. Saturday morning he texted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived a short time afterwards. The issue was with my smoke detectors. After looking at it he assured me nothing was wrong with the electrical side and I just needed to change out my detectors. He also gave me some advice on my landscape lighting. He was really nice, informative and on time! Plus he didn't even charge me! I highly recommend Oak Lake Electric!

Get an estimate and have the work done the same day? Yes! They came out for an estimate and started and completed the work that day. I'm not saying this always happens, but it did for me. Excellent job, friendly technician, and very reasonable price. Very happy!

Shout out to Kirby Electric!    2 week new Gallatin residents in desperate need of an electrician.   Went online and started making calls.    Like most trades electricians are in huge demand and none were able to schedule a service call for at least 2 to 3 weeks.   And then I called Kirby and they arrived within 10 minutes.     Guess who has a new lifetime customer.

LA and his team were very professional and helped me fix a major problem with getting my guest house permitted and all the electric installed. They were quick to respond, went above and beyond and did a great job!

This is a great family owned business! We were introduced to Nova by our pool contractor last year. They did a great job which included a no cost service call to show us how to use the circuit breaker for our outdoor kitchen. So, when our A/C went out this week, we called them when our HVAC company said the problem stemmed from an electrical problem. It turned out to be a more complex problem than their service tech could handle, so the owner, a master electrician, offered to come right over and service it himself. It took him an hour or so to identify and resolve the problem. While he was there, my wife asked if he could hang a light fixture. Without hesitation, he spent another 30 minutes replacing the old fixture. When it was time to settle up, he apologized for our trouble and didn't charge us any more for the 2nd visit or hanging the new fixture. If you need an electrical contractor or service, this is exactly the company you want to use - family owned, professional, personable, fair and honest...

When my wife told me about this electrians she said they had great reviews. I joked and asked if the reviewers were relatives. I called, told them what we needed and set up an appointment on July 19th. Brian showed up was really nice. He stated he would go back, discuss with the owner, give us a price and a materials list. That was the last we heard from them.  My wife called and left a message twice and also sent them an email. If they didn't want to do the work just tell us but to ignore us is rude.

Almost impossible to schedule appointment. I have been calling for over a week to get annual maintenance schedule, on hold for half an hour, left messages still no luck!!

I hired TnT Plumbing to replace the sewer system at my house on Dec 18, 2017. Due to freezing temperatures and soggy ground the completion of the job was put on hold. I called several times to check on the progress and was reassured it would be completed as soon as weather permitted. Fast forward over 3 months and my yard is still a complete wreck. There are still exposed pipes, dirt piled up and old pipes laying in the yard. I waited patiently for the weather to improve and give them a chance to clean up the mess. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. My sidewalk was torn up and left in pieces. My chain link fence was ran over with equipment, bent up and left half covered with dirt as well as my landscape edging. I'm not sure what's going on, as they were highly recommended with good ratings. But it's going on 4 months looking at a trashed yard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were paid over $1200 for materials and labor. I've reached out to them several times in the last 4 months and they haven't even come back to clean up the old pipes they left in the yard, or fix the mess they made.

We hired Eli Levine to complete a concrete pad and set up electrical for a hot tub that we purchased. The job was quoted to be completed in 3 days and took 4 weeks. Eli and his crew came and went as they pleased unexpectedly . One excuse and no show after another. When they completed the job, chunks of concrete and wood planks were left behind. The concrete pad, as you can see in the photos is very poor workmanship. When we reached out to Eli to have it corrected he stood us up and stopped replying to our messages. We are currently filing with the BBB and are happy to provide any additional proof. We don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of the way we did. Feel free to contact me for more info.
