Best Electricians in Tennessee

I sat on this review for a bit to ensure I had my final thoughts.
I used Coolray for plumbing and electrical issues. They wouldn't give me a quote by phone or online for basic services (even a ballpark), instead insisting on looking first. To look (for plumbing) they had to get things taken apart ensuring you're pretty much going to go ahead and pay whatever to resolve the issue. We initially called for one plumbing issue, they fixed it (for a steep price) and the plumber was friendly. Said plumber also took a look at another issue I had as I mentioned it off-hand, and said it was fixed but it resumed to its completely broken ways as soon as he left. Can't complain too much there as he didn't charge and thought he had resolved it (plus noone else has been able to fix this issue either).  To get a price that wasn't as bonkers high he encouraged us to join their Customer Care loyalty group (for a price). I did. It was still really high, but I was never billed for that customer care thing so I'm assuming it was lost somewhere along the way.
Called Coolray again for electrical issues. Had been working with another local electrician who were at the moment not responsive. Coolray was super responsive and out quickly. They fixed part of what we paid them to fix, but there was some misunderstanding. We pointed out a light that was arcing and causing issues. Both lights behind a panel needed replacing as wiring for both switches was frayed. They only replaced one of these two switches, which means they took the panel off, saw the fraying, and only replaced one of them. I realized this was so when I got home and turned on the assumed fix light only to see flickering and hear a pop. Called Coolray to see if they could fix this issue which we thought we'd already paid for, and they said they had only charged us for one of the two switches and quoted us a remarkably high price to come out (including a service fee for making the drive at all) and fix the additional switch. We went with another electrician for half the price.
So--solid work for the most part if some miscommunication, high even for the market area.

Called 2 tv mounting services never called back, called diamond tv mounting around 5 pm and a tech Maurice came the next day to mount my tv over my fireplace ,excellent service plus only charge $60 great price .Highly recommend diamond tv mounting. 5 stars

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Raul and Handy Home Service. I reached out to him on 4th of July about mounting a TV in my home. I expected to hear back from him the following week after the holiday but he called me back within 10 minutes, and was able to come out that same day and had the TV completely mounted within an hour. All of this ON A HOLIDAY!! Amazing service, high quality work, and very reasonable prices! It was an all around great experience!

Great service! Called for an estimate for a complex door installation. Call was returned in a few minutes and Tommy was at my property within a couple of days. He came out and took measurements for the pieces of wood he'd have to fabricate. I went off to grab some supplies and he went off to grab the necessary tools. He was able to complete the project the same day and WELL within budget. Very pleased with the outcome!

I rarely leave reviews, but the Glassblowing class that my daughter and I attended was so insanely fun and interesting that I am compelled to leave a review. Our artist/teacher, Michael Allison, was so good at guiding us through the process in a safe way and allowing us so much hands on time making flowers and paperweights. His studio that he built inside a barn was so interesting to tour through. He encouraged our creativity and our own designs. It was such a fun and inspiring night, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys trying something new and exploring a new avenue of creativity.

I just had the best experience with Jerry and West Side Electric. My meter block was melted, along with some wires, and my landlord spent 8+ hours trying to figure out the issue. By time they got NES out to unlock the meter, my landlord's electrician couldn't do an after hours call because he didn't have the part. Within an hour, Jerry was at my door. The price for the repair + after hours service seemed fair and he explained everything to me. He even spoke with my landlord, which I think calmed him down about not using his electrician. Whether you have electrical, Heat/AC or water heater issues, call Jerry at West Side Electric!

They installed a Ring System for us in Aug 2021 and hung our fiat screen tv's and connected everything to our home. WiFi.  All went well at that point.
In Feb 2021 our 60 flat screen was coming loose from the wall so I took the TV down.  I discovered that the installers did not secure the TV my using wall studs.  They choose to use anchor bolts into the drywall instead. This lasted 6 months.  Just happy that kids were not around when it started cin

This place is filled with a bunch of drug addicts, they're quick to lie about nothing just to make their next dollar. Not really a costumer friendly place they'll tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend no one to them at all.

Poor communication and no quote 2 weeks later. We lost a week and a half waiting. We understand things happen, but would have appreciated being notified of a delay rather than being promised a quote and never receiving one. We feel like we were misled and ghosted.

STAN installed electricity all over our garage with an exhaust fan all highest grade material reliable the garage might fall down but the wiring in the fan are gonna stand straight up.

I had a dishwasher part replaced and then told I needed multiple others just streaming on and on so I said to take it out and just give me a refund, they came out got the part and I haven't heard a word since about my $350 refund. I've called over 20 times and hear the same thing every time. Absolutely horrid service and I will never be using and highly suggest no one ever using this company.
