They came in the unclog my kitchen sink . I had asked them to bring in a snake . It is one mans job . The other guy just stood there . Went to the basement. To listen to the noise . They ran the snake and unclogged the kitchen sink . I had to sign on there receipt that there work is not guaranteed. They were there for 25 min charged me $300.00 . They told me for two people labor . I was shocked as his son did not do anything except rolled the coil and carried it back to his dad's truck . I even told him your son is not interested in this job . He said yes .

Since there aren't many reviews of Denver's Plumbing I want to put one up. Denver is one of the most honest repair people you'll ever meet. I met him many years ago when I had a flooded basement due to a $5 hose disconnected from my upstairs toilet. Based on Angie's List reviews I called after work fully expecting to have to wait until the next day or pay extra for evening service. Denver said he would be there when he was done with the job he was on, which ended up being 9:00pm! Fixed in a few minutes and no overtime fee, I knew I'd found the plumber I'd call in the future - and I have, many times. Always responds, always on time, and gets the job done.

We had a plumbing emergency and I called a few local places to see if I could have someone come immediately - Arthur took my call at 11:30am and was at my home by 1pm. The issue was diagnosed by 1:15pm and a solution was produced, executed and completed by 3:30pm. I cannot say enough how quick and efficient this process was and we are so relieved! Pricing was very fair, considering the emergency we were experiencing. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone!

Pablo came to repair my dishwasher and diagnosed the problem quickly. I had a couple other jobs (replacing an outlet in my kitchen and a ceiling vent in my upstairs bath) that I asked about and he was able to help me with those as well. I highly recommend him and will use him again. Responsive, reliable and fair price.

I called in the late evening about a broken hot water heater and a cracked pipe in a crawl space. John and his partner arrived the next morning with a new, high quality water heater, installed it, found the cracked pipe in a the crawl space and repaired it, cleaned up the area and was on their way. All at a very good price. They're very courteous and attentive to your needs. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Robert was recommended to us by a neighbor. Our neighborhood was having gas lines repaired, and gas needed to be shut off house-to-house on occasion. When the gas was turned back on, the water heaters apparently would fail to charge.  The gas company told us they couldn't get our restarted and to call a technician. When we did, that company told us it couldn't be restarted, and they didn't repair devices as old as ours.
  When I consulted the neighbors, one mentioned that Robert from Roto-Rooter came to their home and provided an estimate to replace the unit, but first asked to see it. When he did, he was able to get it to ignite and saved the neighbor more than $2000. We had him come to our place as a result, and he spent several minutes trying to get it to start, to no avail. He was prepared to repair it and gave us an estimate, but we decided on the replacement. He was extremely courteous and replaced the water heater the same day. I would highly recommend Robert's work!

I requested a quote from this company to repair a water leak in my house and an initial response was pretty good. The issues started when we tried to schedule specific details. The office failed to provide specific dates when their technician could come. After several days, their technician came and took a quick look around but he was not even interested in checking out the actual spot where the leak was. He promised to deliver the quote within two days but never delivered. I contacted the office by phone and Yelp message several times afterwards and asked about the quote, but silence was the only answer I received.

HIGHLY recommend! My water heater was leaking (flooding is more like it) so I called and got an actual person on the phone and these guys were at my house within an hour! I ended up need to replace it and I figured since it was time.. waaaaay past time clearly.. I would switch to a tankless.. Rod and Jason were AWESOME! They explained the whole process, cleaned up (yes they ACTUALLY cleaned up after the mess!) and were very polite even with all the questions I was throwing at them. I will absolutely use them again to replace a toilet and move some fixtures on my rental house!

This company ignores calls, doesn't call back and more importantly DOESN'T SHOW UP. Don't waste your precious time rearranging your schedule to accommodate them.
