I've found it difficult to find a reliable and high quality plumber, but Jim (and Matt) did an excellent job re-plumbing the drain system in my basement. I needed to create more headroom with several 3-4 PVC lines running too low out of the bays. It was not a simple job to figure out how to run everything... several other plumbers told me it would be too tricky. Jim gave me a fair quote and said he could do it in between larger jobs over the next four weeks. He was in touch 2 weeks later to schedule a time for the following week. Showed up right on time (without me even confirming), did the entire job just as asked and was out by 3pm. Very happy and would highly recommend him.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

I had some major problems in my upstairs bathroom that Steve came in and diagnosed right away, and he was great from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable and I haven't had any problems since. Thanks Steve!

We've used This company in the past and were totally satisfied.  So when my husband took  a shower in the master tub last night and the tub filled with water that wouldn't drain, and the guest bathroom tub almost overflowed....he called Vegas Plumbing again.  The house is old!  My husband and I were stressed out over our plumbing situation and thinking we would have to break out our piggy bank and then some didn't help.  My husband had to go to work and didn't like the idea of me having to deal with this alone either.  He called around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. and the office said someone would be at our house between 2 and 5 p.m.   So right around 1:45 p.m. the doorbell rings and Carl the plumber is here.  That is fast service!  Carl worked very hard snaking the tub and checked all my concerns regarding the problem and answered any questions I had.  Carl was very nice and courteous and didn't treat me as the airhead wife, he explained exactly what was going on...very professional.  He even cleaned the tub and area in which he worked.   I held my breath as I asked to see the bill and was able to exhale as it was a very fair price for all the hard work.  I hope I won't have to call again....but if I do it will be to Vegas Plumbing and I can highly recommend them.

These guys were great! I used Yelp to get matched for a main pipe repair connecting to my upstairs sink, and I knew going into this project it may be costly because you had to open up a wall to access the pipe, but I already dealt with two other people who barely looked into the problem and couldn't fix it (one of which repaired something completely unrelated costing me an unnecessary extra $500). They were the first company to respond to my repair request, they scheduled a time to come out right away (same week), came within the window of time they gave me, was transparent with me the whole time (even sending me pics while I was at work)-and most important of all-THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM! My only critique was that when they opened the wall, they don't put it back together- that threw off guard so I had to get someone else to put it back together. All in all I'd hire them again!

Felt these guys were super professional and knowledgeable when they came out to check on and fix a few things going on in our bathroom. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

These plumbers are nice, fair, and, do good work. They were really polite to us, even though I left a mess in the walkway outside with gardening stuff (nobody should have to step in my pile of dead slugs on the way to the basement) and my youngest kid wanted to watch some of the installation of our new water heater. They came on a Saturday and explained how some of the stuff in our basement works, as in where the big drain is for letting out water if the basement ever floods.

Paradigm plumbing does a fantastic job. They are punctual, polite and professional. Mike R. was terrific. His communication and follow through was excellent. Solved my issue . I would highly recommend.

Terry is a gem. Great guy, great work, and came in with a competitive offer from the start--no hassle. He was understanding when we had to back out of a gas conversion part way through the process, and he continued to work with us to replace our hot water heater. He's a true Master plumber, a great educator, and someone we would certainly recommend.

These guys are plumbing rock stars! My mom (Mari Alvarez) had an issue with her showers not working and items needing to be replaced. These guys gave her a free quote and it was the most affordable out of 3. They were able to work her in quickly so she wouldn't be shower-less for long. When they were running late, they kept in contact with her so she wasn't left hanging and when they arrived they were courteous and efficient. Her new fixtures look fabulous and everything works well. Abel Cuello the dry wall guy did such a great job you can't tell where repairs were made. I highly recommend this team. Awesome experience with Dan from Portland Plumbing. So glad I found them here on Yelp. Was a little concerned with the only rating being from 2014, so I thought I'd add a more recent one. Super easy communication, very transparent in what he's doing and how things are being priced. Flexible scheduling. Would work with again for sure.

DO NOT USE VESSELS PLUMBING! Vessels Plumbing misdiagnosed a water leak and caused around 80% of our front landscaping to be removed because they replaced the WRONG pipe at a cost of almost $3,000! We had to call a separate plumbing company to come out and find the actual problem and fix it properly (United Plumbing) when Vessels refused accountability for their mistake. According to United Plumbing, everything Vessels did was absolutely unnecessary. When we contacted Vessels they said too bad and are refusing to refund us any portion of their mistake. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!

I agree with Assistant F. (2/19) this company came out to repair a plumbing problem over a month ago and then said they needed a part and I haven't seem them since. Just called again and someone is suppose to come out today....yeah right!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company for HVAC services.  Technician never showed for the first scheduled appointment.  Technician that showed up days later just told me to clean the units.  He accidentally bent the fan guard on my AC unit when he leaned over it to replace the screws (Still left 2 out sitting on circuit breaker).  It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call.  Do not call this company for HVAC issues and have your home warranty assign another contractor!

I hired Scardina Home Services for two different projects, once on July 23rd and once on August 17th.

In July, we noticed that the water heater in our newly purchased home was leaking into the sump pump. That day, Scardina sent over two men to take a look - I'm so sorry I can't remember their names, but I very much appreciated the prompt assistance. The water heater was old, and we knew that, so when they suggested a new water heater we already knew that was a possibility. They left to get a new one for us, just replacing the 50 gallon tank with a new one. The old one had been there and unattended for so long, it was a struggle just to drain it. They had to knock a valve off of it in order to even just mostly drain it. Thankfully it was good enough to remove and the new one has been great ever since! Hoping not to have to do that for a long time, but grateful for the quick solution.

In August, we had purchased two new toilets, and scheduled with Scardina to have someone come out to install them - his name was Joey The two-piece toilet upstairs was no problem at all. The one-piece toilet was found to have a base that was a bit wider than the previous one, so it was in the way of the water line. The poor man had to drill down into the floor, go into the basement to remove a couple inches of piping, and re-attach the pipe a few inches to the left. What a nightmare! I felt so bad, and it was the ONE part I hadn't measured in the whole process. I didn't want to have to return and re-order a new toilet, so despite the fact it cost a bit more, it was completely my own fault and I was grateful the process was so smooth otherwise.
