I was extremely happy no one in my family had to take a cold shower Sunday. We woke up Saturday without hot water I called Carson plumbing and Paul and his helper were at my house in less than an hour to replace my hot water heater. I'm happy with the entire experience and will call them with any future plumbing problems.

Great experience with Evertrust Plumbing! David was the first to contact me after I submitted a request for a quote. He was very prompt in his messages, and even made it out here on the same day. Very kind and patient. 10/10 recommend!

Had an outrageous estimate for a complete overhaul of my shower. Went to plumbers supply just to see if they had whats considered an obsolete part for my older fixture and they did, and the kind man gave it to me for free since no one sells them anymore. He showed me how to repair it and everything. With his expertise (and a lot of patience) i saved $785. These guys truely are there to HELP people. Cant give them a high enough rating!!!

Jeremy with Colburn came out today to fix a leaky pipe. He did great work and was a great guy. As a single female, I'm always hesitant to let anyone come to my house because I'm always afraid they'll try to rip me off. The exact opposite was true of this company. Mike the plumber was introduced to me by one of the other workers at my new property in Saint Clair Shores.  Mike helped install my new water heater in my basement and then assisted with a few other projects around my house.  Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful so I had him come back and do pretty much all teh plumbing work throughout the whole house.  I save a ton of money by using Mike's Pipes and the workmanship is as good as it gets.

Recently, I was referred to Jay's Plumbing for a second opinion regarding an issue with my sewer pipes.  

I had made the mistake of calling another plumbing company to unclog my drain, and they told me that a sewer fitting underneath my foundation had separated and would cost in excess of $3000 to repair.

Curt, the owner of Jay's Plumbing was honest and forthcoming.  His technician, Jerry was very thorough and efficient.  Jerry conducted a video inspection of the sewer line and DID NOT find a separation or any other issues.  He took the time to explain everything that the camera revealed during the video inspection.

The personnel from Jay's Plumbing were ethical and charged a reasonable price for their service.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

I have called this business twice to get work done. They are definitely my go to! They suggested 2 brands for new faucets, both come with a guarantee and free replacement parts! A leak was repaired, as well as a kitchen flood! They provided me with the requested paperwork for my insurance company, quickly.  

Their work is effective & efficient. They were also a little flexible with my work schedule. I still need a quote to replace my sink, but the work they did was great!

Snowstorm 2021 and we had a pipe burst behind our washing machine. One it's extremely stressful and challenging to find a company available for appointments.  We called about 10 companies with very little luck in having anyone come out to our home. One of their plumbers was on their way home and offered to come by and take a look. Thankfully this was probably the easiest pipe break in history.  It was fixed in about an hour and we had running water. Very professional and worked with a sense of urgency.

My gas heater was blowing air non-stop regardless of the temperature. Rich methodically checked everything that could be causing the problem. He also patiently explained what he was looking for with each diagnostic. It turned out to be the wiring from the thermostat to the heater. Another company had ruled out a thermostat problem. Rich fixed the issue quickly.

Other positives...Rich ALWAYS returned my calls! He was heavily scheduled and since my issue wasn't an emergency in the warmer weather, we agreed he would come by as soon as he had a break in the schedule. Another job couldn't be done in the rain so Rich called and said he could come by within an hour. After the problem was fixed, Rich called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was still working as expected. Amazing customer service!

Thursday I called my go to plumbers. I knew it was last minute and a holiday weekend but when things pop up there is nothing that can be done. They recommend Got Plumbing. I was happy they could replace my shut off valve for dishwasher and check on slow drains.  I very happy the receptionist sad they could come after 2:30pm, Friday as my husband had a doctors appointment. About 5:30pm I thought let me call them and see where I am on list. I call a man answers and I ask if I was on the list and when to expect the plumber, I was told that my Plummer had run into a problem with customer before me and he would check to see when Plummer would be coming and call me back. Still waiting on that call. I understand all the logistics... Friday before a holiday weekend. You could have said no when I called not until Tuesday. The day of appointment when I called Got plumbing  you could have said I sorry it looks like we can't make it after he check with Plummer having helping customers before me... but nothing! Just a 30 second call! I GOT NOTHING!

Brian was fantastic! We had 8 family members over for Thanksgiving when we realized  our pipes were leaking in the basement. We submitted an insurance claim and they were over within an hour. He was fast and professional and explained exactly what was wrong. We will be calling them  again if there are any plumbing needs!

Very happy with this service and the cost.  They actually provided a quote through yelp for my clogged toilet compared to other companies who replied only with a message to call them for an estimate or for an offer for free onsite estimate.  Ultimately, I called to schedule the appointment and confirm the price.  They quickly found the info I submitted through Yelp and they were able to arrange for service for that same day.  I was given a timerange for service and I received numerous updates by text, which was fantastic.  Roberto was great.   He was on tiime, knowledgeable and quickly cleared my toilet without making a mess.

Very polite service. I wanted to have a home plumbing system winterized and they did not not offer the service however they were very helpful in pointing me the right direction.

Updated to add: when cold weather hit, and we switched from AC to heat, we found the system kept tripping the breaker. When another pro came out to see what was up, we were informed the indoor unit was hooked up to a circuit the could not handle the level of power pulled by the unit and showed my husband the sparks fly as the unit kicked on, noting it could have BURNED DOWN OUR HOUSE.  He checked the outdoor unit and found that it was installed SO INCORRECTLY that it NULLIFIED THE UNIT WARRANTY and that it would definitely collect water and rust.

We plan to report him to his licensing body. He should not be allowed to perform this work.

Very professional and intelligent problem solvers.  Waited few days for an appointment but another agency wanted me to replace my entire fridge panel 432.00 when it was just a loose wire. Also had dishwasher checked out from a drain leak connected to it. This company did a full inspection.  Very satisfied. Will definitely use and recommend anytime

An absolutely horrible experience. We had flooding in our basement from a clogged drain line. The two plumbers who came determined that the line had to be cleaned with a rooter, but due to the age of the house and no access to a cleanout, they needed to remove the toilet as the only way to access the line. They were able to successfully clean the line; however, as they were replacing the toilet, they dropped and destroyed the base of the toilet, making it unusable. Now, it's one thing if it's an honest mistake and they own up to it; however, instead of taking responsibility, they charged us a full repair rate, and said that if we got a new toilet, that they would install it for free (they expected US to provide the toilet at our expense - they did not offer to pay for the one they destroyed). They promptly left, and after calling them to discuss it further, they upped their offer to $20 (the toilet itself likely costs over $200). My father and I ended up having to get a toilet and install it over a weekend, and there's still follow-up work we have to do because the new toilet doesn't fit well in our smaller bathroom.

If that wasn't frustrating enough, it got bizarre later in the weekend. The plumbers had my fiance's number from the initial call, and late the following night, one of them left a voice mail that sounded like he was trying to call someone else from the bar. It's largely incoherent, but it contained a couple profanities.

A complaint was filed with the BBB which they have not answered. Just totally unprofessional - they destroyed our property, skipped out on responsibility and then further compounded it with a drunk dial! I'm out $375 for a repair, and at least a few hundred more bucks to replace a perfectly good toilet. Avoid - there are far more better choices then these guys.
