The company was very responsive. The owner Bryan, was friendly, knew his stuff and was able to get things fixed right away.  Would definitely recommend!

I love Alewife plumbing, they are everything you'd want in plumber. Great response, clear explanation of the work to be done and the cost, on time, very fair on their pricing and professional!  
I had a different plumbing company out before them that said I needed a $260 repair, that Alewife did for $10, while taking care of another major problem.  
I can't say enough good things about them, after having all kinds of services on my older home, I wish they were all run like Alewife.

Look no further folks...these guys are it!  I spoke to Sid earlier in the morning and he told me he would get back to me in a couple of hours.  Steve and Andrew called prior to coming over and made that commitment work.  We talked about 3 options which were presented by the experts, my wife and I decided based on information and reviews I had done earlier.  They carry the top 3 brands in water heaters (on the truck) so you get immediate service...and quality equipment....there is NO WAITING.  They get to work and get the job done. Once the job is finished, they do a thorough review (with you) how it works.  They answer any questions and your good to go.....Hot water at last !!!!!  Hat's off to Water Heater Pro's.....you guys are the best. .Dave is very nice and a man of his word - The price he quoted us for a gas line install back in October was still good in February when we were finally ready to do the work.  Even with some complications with the job Dave and his crew did everything they could with a smile and on time as promised. We had to do some extra things which were out of the scope of DJ&E's responsibility and they helped us find good people to help AND helped those people to get he job done - James, Dave's employee, spent several extra hours making sure things got done correctly and that we were happy - all at no extra charge.  I would recommend Dave, James and their referral contractors to anyone needing work done.

Owner Eddie came to my house to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner, and his diagnosis was quick and the prices were reasonable. He did a great job of explaining everything and letting me know what to look for in the future. He was professional and friendly, and, even though calling for HVAC services will probably never be fun, I'm glad I have a reliable and trustworthy company to support when I need one. In addition, texting with another associate to set the appointment up beforehand was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Super responsive, came in to fix a condensate removal pump drain, did an awesome job for a great price.

We needed a hot water heater right before the holiday weekend. Called in the morning and they were able to work us into the schedule the same day. Wonderful tech and customer service..

Fox Plumbing is awesome. They are very easy to work with. I needed a water heater replaced. I called Fox Plumbing and spoke with Mandy. She was able to get me a deal on a tankless water heater. I made an appointment for install. The plumber arrived on time. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job with the install. The clean up after was stellar. We called Fox Plumbing another time because we had a problem with the pipes under the kitchen sink. Chris did all new piping and we haven't had a problem since.

We saved a lot of money over the years thanks to the tankless water heater and Fox Plumbing.

Such a nice man helped us today putting in our new water heater. He walked us through all the problems with the old one and told us ways to prevent the same thing from happening. His name was Jeff D. and he even took $100 out of his own paycheck to help lower the price for us. He didn't mind us talking to him while he worked and he conversed back. Such an awesome experience. We would definitely go through Roto Rooter again over and over.

I called Rodger to come help me with a plumbing problem. After covering a few questions and a lengthy talk about my situation, Rodger let me know that he probably was not needed. He gave me some suggestions on what I should do.

Other plumbers might have come out to my house and took awhile to find the issue or even charged me for some of his  recommendations

Lifesaver! Our older Lochinvar boiler was intermittently failing. Would run fine for days then keep needing to be reset. Contacted a bigger plumbing contractor (begins w/ Cr) a few weeks ago because we were desperate to find anyone to come who we hadn't dealt with in the past. They came and did a service on the boiler, which of course was running fine at that time, but then proceeded to go off again 2 days later. They did come back, but at that time it was running fine again (at least they didn't charge us for that visit). So the week before this record cold it really starts cutting out, so I called Lochinvar and their service branch gave me a few local names. By chance I called Russo first and they said they could be here the day after. Woke up to house @ 52 degrees that morning.
  Anthony showed up and assured me he would get it fixed, and proceeded to go through with me all the possible issues before replacing the fan unit that was most likely culprit. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable technician. Our only regret was that we hadn't found them earlier. What an immense relief to not have to worry about losing heat on the coldest day of the year!

Woke up to a busted water heater.  They were at my home in 10 minutes & diagnosed the problem quickly.  Water heater replaced under warranty with 4 years left on the new one.  Extremely professional & cleaned up water. A pleasure to deal with.  Great guys.

AC upstairs stopped blowing cold air.  Chris G. showed up to fix it.  Extremely professional, very well spoken and knowledgable.  Chris spent several hours tracking down the source of the problem to a leak in a freon pipe.  He provided his recommendations on other concerns he saw during the inspection, and answered several questions I had.  He provided up front pricing on all the options to fix the leak, as well as recommended improvements.   He never pressured me into the recommendations though.  In addition to fixing the leaking pipe, he cleaned out the rust from the condensor tubing/tray, and applied additional tape to contact points at other key locations on the freon piping.  Chris ended up staying well past 7pm.  Overall I was very happy with Chris' performance and professionalism.   As for the pricing, I think it was a bit expensive, but it was thorough and appears to have been done right the first time.  Its been working for several weeks now.

Not professional.  I got an appointment  for the next day between 2-3. At 3:05, I called and was told the tech was running behind, but will call. I got no call, and when I called,got no answer. Then, they called the next day saying they are on their way, and 5 minutes later they are at my door! I feel disrespected and I took my business elsewhere.

I'm giving this service five stars, because Toney, Paul, Marc, and Tyrell were awesome. Although; no one is perfect, the fact that these brothers are African American men with a legit professional business in the city of Detroit not trying to rob already struggling citizens is close to perfection, per my concern. I would recommend them any day of the week, bonus they are available all day everyday(24hr) business. So thank you Moore Brothers for fixing my plumbing issues and not robbing my bank account. I had some leeking in my plumbing by my toilet. They came over and broke a hole in the toilet and had to pay for a new one a few weeks later. AVOID!
