I've been a client of Complete Plumbing for over twenty years and am very happy with the level of service that I have received. From drippy faucets and running toilets to replacing an entire plumbing system, Marty and Mike have done it all for me. They have always been timely, courteous, and reasonably priced. As a Realtor I am always looking for dependable service providers and Complete Plumbing is one that I don't hesitate to recommend to my clients.

Al came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I can see why! I called this morning about my basement drain overflowing. Al came over a couple hours later and was in and out in less than an hour. He showed me exactly what the problem was, explained what I needed to do to replace my drain cap and let me know when to give him a call again. He was so friendly and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Van C came out to our home on a holiday weekend, about 20 miles from his address, and came first thing that morning at 9AM. He worked on our plumbing blockage, and fixed it quickly. As he was wrapping up, he actually noticed a separate blockage, and fixed that, too. He is great. We'll definitely add him to our speed dial!

They were about a week ago to fix drains that were backing up, totally disgusting. They came the same day and snaked out everything. Everything seemed fine. Here we sit with drains backing in again a week later. I call the number on the card they left with a 24 hour 7 day a week emergency number, and the number on the  webaite. No answer, no voice mail, no nothing! Gee, I wonder if the'll clean up the  mess!  Ha! Use someone else who is reliable and dependable!

We have had Lakeside do our yearly checkup for many years now. They are always prompt, polite and very tidy.  They take the time to show you everything that is going on with the system and always have time for questions.  I would highly recommend them.  Kyle even programmed the thermostat for me!

I thought Joe was a stand up guy.

Then he scheduled an appointment without telling me.

Then he billed my credit card for the work without my authorization WITHOUT DOING the JOB.

I called him immediately when I noticed the charge and he said,He'd call his wife. And he just figured he could bill my card for the job even though he had not done the work yet???!!!

I had only used him once before.
Although, I've spoken to him three times, he STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I've had to file a claim with my card issuer for fraud.

I have to agree with another reviewer.
It's hard to find people you can trust.

I wanted to upgrade my old heating system, I called several people since this was a big job and he had a fair price and seemed trustworthy.  I was switching to natural gas and changing the system from 1 heat zone for the whole house into multiple zones.

National Grid was a pain in the A** to deal with, but that shouldn't reflect on James in anyway.

He showed up when he said he would, did the work requested of him (and then a little extra) and stayed budget and completed the job on time. The new system looks good so far - I would recommend James for other jobs, and if I need other big plumbing jobs he would be my first phone call.

Patrick at Paramount Plumbing rescued me from a leak behind the wall on a late Saturday afternoon. I tried calling over 15 other plumbers that afternoon but nobody could make it on such short notice. He repaired the broken pipe in about 2 hours and his prices were very fair, even more so given the circumstances and the fact it was Labor day weekend. Will definitely call Patrick again.

We have used star plumbing for many years. They have fixed our main water shut off,put shut off valves on our outside faucets,put in new faucets in our bathrooms and showers. They are always prompt, courteous and very efficient. They clean up after each job. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Craftwork did all the original plumbing in my house 12 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of there work. It is top quality as I do live in an upscale neighborhood. They have always been prompt with returning service calls. They completed a kitchen renovation early and at a lower cost. When I have add emergencies, they have gotten to me right away. - even adding an unscheduled stop as one of the plumbers was on the way home. I cannot speak highly enough about their work and service. Their costs are always competitive or lower than anyone else.

I've used JJ's for a few plumbing jobs now, they are responsive, prompt, professional, do great work and take the time to answer questions. Definitely would recommend and use their services again!

These are the only guys I'll use. They are worth every penny. We've used them several times. Professional, excellent work and always willing to go above and beyond.

Elite Plumbing was a pleasure to work with - we had a leak coming in from outside, and they were able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and get us scheduled for repair. We went out for a few quotes and Elite gave us a great price for the same work, and were prompt and competent to complete the job. Couldn't recommend them more !

UNLICENSED PLUMBER!  I paid this guy $1300 in total and my plumbing was worse after he worked on it.  Every time I take a shower or wash my dishes, I regret letting this guy into my home.  

I paid him to ix my shower and sink, and he did half of the job and then left the country for a month.  I paid by check, so my money was long gone by the time i realized that he wasn't coming back.  I finally got in touch with him a month later, and he still couldn't correct his mistakes.  I have to shower under a trickle of water.  My children can't take a batch in a tub full of warm water---after I paid him $1300 for shotty work!

Stay away from this guy and this company.  you will live to regret if you don't.
