Very fair pricing, easy to contact, and explained what he did in a clear way to someone who has no clue about plumbing. He was able to come the day I called him too which was very helpful. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.

Everything went smoothly with this company.  Dave took care of us from 1st phone call to completion of the job.  We had several faucets, and leak in the wall that drained into the basement from the shower.  He was able to do the trouble shooting, repairs and installation all that day.  Not only was the work done quickly, it was done right the 1st time. Mike repaired our hot water baseboard heat pipes which burst during the February 3-5, 2023 cold snap. He came in the same day as we called him and did a great job! We are grateful for his prompt and professional service.

A few years ago I had a very bad leak in my kitchen and the water was running in my basement, mr. James came over and gave me a estimate of $1500 because the pipe was busted leading into the basement. I work midnights so when he came I went in my room and locked the door and told him to knock on the door when he was done, I did that because he said it would take at least 4 hours, anyway he knocked on my door an hour later and said he was done and that the job would only cost $150 because the pipe wasn't rotten all the way through so it was less time and work. I was asleep so he could have said he did the original amount of work and still charged $1500 and I wouldn't have known any better because I was asleep. Since that time I have used him many times and I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism

Had two dripping faucets and a kitchen sink replaced. Also uninstalled a stacked washer/dryer. Marvin & Carl did a great job were fast efficient and professional. Came on time gave a estimate before starting. At that time you have the choice to go ahead with service or not. Would use them again.

As Legend L. stated as well we moved into our new home a few months ago and FOCUS Plumbing did all the core plumbing as well as the Water Softener hook-ups. Since then they have come promptly (under builder warranty) to fix a couple minor issues and the representative who arrived was awesome and fast to identify and fix the problem.

FFW to today: called to have our water softener (which works perfectly) moved temporarily due to a garage upgrade and they wanted $69.00 just to come and see what they already know is going to happen (reminder they did the core hook-ups and easy install). This fee is BEFORE any labor or work! So, we understand nothing is free, but even after explaining to the person on the phone she was adamant about charging the fee. With so much competition added to the ease of the job that THEY originally did we felt it was a thinly veiled cash grab.

Unnecessary and costs them a future client. We gave FOCUS 2 Stars based on prior interaction as a fair rating.

Would not suggest this company to ANYONE in need of help/services for water or plumbing issues. Called about a hot water heater not working and was told a technician would be out in 30-45 minutes. 2 hours & 3 phone calls later, the technician arrives. My fiancé shows him the water heater, he literally looks at it and says, It may be the heating element, ( we obviously already knew that, otherwise we wouldn't have called for help) but if he completes a diagnostic it will cost $300 and to replace the element it would be $350. We declined the services because Home Depot offers brand new hot water heaters for $360 with same day delivery as well as assisting with a third party company to install for you,of course with additional fees. I called the office back and informed the receptionist that I was not made aware that all the technician was gonna do was stare at the hot water tank and to actually help us it would cost $300. The receptionist goes yeah that's pretty much how
It works, but the technician said they had to send him out because the receptionist didn't know how to give us pricing. At this point I'm confused and irritated because of poor communication, waste of time and effort, and unprofessional people. You can take your chances, but me and my fiancé both got the this is a rip off vibe immediately!

Pleased to say that this is the #1 plumber I call.  Always available and prompt with call backs.  He has done a large number of jobs and not complaints from me or my family.  Strongly recommend.

We had just bought our first house and with the changing weather our heat came on for the first time, or what we thought was heat. After a few days of thinking something may be wrong, we called Hamilton and they were able to come out the same day. The tech, Vernon, was extremely nice and explained everything so we understood. He was able to narrow a few issues we were having down fairly quickly and fixed them while he was there. Now we have a very comfortably (heated) home. I will definately be calling them again for any HVAC and plumbing work.

Never wrote a single review in my life but felt the need to on this company. Had the company come out several times for plumbing issues at my home in Las Vegas and each time they misdiagnosed and said it was something else after I had paid them each time!
Appears as if they do not have experienced staff!

Yesterday, I had Chris come out to inspect a leaky pipe in my bathroom wall. He not only instantly diagnosed the problem, but must've used some kind of magic to figure out the exact spot in the wall to cut to find the leak! It was amazing. He patched the pinhole effortlessly and proactively scheduled a water shut off with my condo building association. I am so happy with Spadaro and Chris! They are punctual, responsive and excellent at what they do!

We have lived in Plymouth for 30 yrs and we've hired Horton over the years many times.  They are easy to schedule, great with staying in touch to let you know they're on the way and have never failed to show up in the committed window of time. The plumbers are all professional,  honest, curteous and respectful.....and do great work!  I'm very pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
