Best Businesses in Oklahoma
Kind of went with this business 'pot luck.' This is a family business. The two fellas that came out are the sons, Houston and Zane. Very professional. On time. Good work. Highly recommend. Will call them again.

Tony Beene and crew at All City Plumbing was highly recommended by a long-time plumber in Ft Gibson that had retired. I was not disappointed. I have older home with old sewer pipe and plumbing. Had to replace bathroon plumbing and toilet inside. Then plumbing was backed up all the way to City sewer main across the road. These guys coordinated entire project, and the drilling crew that had to drill under road for me to replace pipe. Tony's crew had to dig a new ditch to miss most of tree and dug across entire yard. I was shocked at the piles of dirt, tree roots and rocks. Two days later, all pipe laid and the crew had my yard looking great. They were extremely easy to work with and did a meticulous job. Very professional and fair priced. I would highly recommend Tony and crew!

The plumbing was good, had a small drip in bathroom under sink but chose to fix myself, just didn't like the way they do business.

Hired Quick Plumbing to install a new natural gas kickout that was going to tie into a new natgas service and meter installed by ONG. In addition, Quick also installed a T into the kickout line and connect a natgas backup power generator. As part of the installation of the natgas generator, they also made a 3x6 concrete pad extension to the existing sidewalk so that the generator could set partially on both, to meet all regulations.
My main complaint with Quick is that they didn't show up to do the work on Wed/Thursday, as promised, but pushed their work out to the following Monday/Tuesday. I had to go to their place of biz to find out why they didn't show up, which they blamed on the rain, but it wasn't raining Wed-Sun. Also, instead of finishing the last 30 mins of work first thing Wed. morning, they pushed it out until Thursday; essentially putting me a week behind schedule for no good reason. In addition, they wanted to be immediately paid after they said they were finished on Thursday morning, even though they hadn't called for or passed the final inspection. They said they would not call for a final inspection until we paid. Meanwhile, Friday morning, both hot water heaters were out. ONG later determined that Quick did not purge the line of air properly, which caused us lots of problems, including missing a airline flight and having to purchase a new, expensive ticket. They continued to stall on final inspection until payment, so I had to finally call the City of Tulsa inspectors, explain the situation, and have the inspector come out for final inspection. As I expected and warned them about, their connection to the natgas generator failed inspection, so they had to fix it and it finally passed. As we told them many times before, we would pay them when they passed inspection, which we did immediately, after it passed.
Quick did decent work on the piping and the concrete slab, although it cracked at the front and they didn't make any effort to fix it. My biggest complaint with Quick is the person that runs it Kim, and her crazy scheduling and poor customer service. I am sure Kim lied to me on at least two occasions!
I can't imagine ever using them again.

Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment today at 9 am. No show. We called and he's tied up but will be right over as soon as he's finished. 11 am nothing. Finally calls and finds excuses to not come out and take a look at what is going on. Says we must have a drain clogged somewhere. Well thanks Capt Obvious. He was just lazy and didn't want to come and do what was asked. Acted as if the $150 he quoted to run to roto wasn't enough to make the trip from Sapulpa to Bristow. But the problem is more than that. When it rains heavy we get back up in all our drains. So do t waste your time on this lazy excuse for a plumber.

I feel that I was pressured to purchase a new furnace and A/C system. The tech and supervisor that followed were very cordial, however, the tech found a problem, supervisor wrote up a quote and expected me to sign it/agree to the price for a new system. He told me I had to decide that day, but I told him no, twice, and asked for my copy of the quote. I got a second opinion and all my system needed was some Freon and has been working just fine ever since. High pressure sales is all this company does. I'm not pleased with this company at all.
