Nathan repaired numerous leaks in our aging plumbing and replaced a problematic washing machine valve box. He did quality, professional work for a reasonable price and left the areas cleaner than when he started. I'm a totally satisfied customer.

I sent in a request for service and was promptly given an estimate and follow up emails to work out a service date and time. I would use this company in the future. The owner answered the email request by the way!!! Thanks

After an electrical problem with my house, Brian Beltz came out immediately to address the problem. My main meter and disconnect on my house was burnt up...quite literally. Brian quoted me a price for a new disconnect that was well under one-third of the MSRP price that I had found online. Then he called the manufacturer's engineers and was able to get me a replacement for free, even though it was several years out of warranty. Brian definitely went the extra mile and stayed in constant contact with me through the process. His costs were very reasonable for the level of service he provided. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

American Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a call regarding my plumbing needs. What was refreshing is that they actually called on the way to my home to let me know that they would be arriving shortly. Mike, the owner, arrived at the scheduled time with his assistant. They took care of the back-up of water in my basement and snaked my drains. Mike insisted on returning the following week and snaked the drain again to insure that the drains were clear of any tree root matter. I thought that the service and level of professionalism was superb and their charges were very reasonable. They even cleaned/rinsed the basement floor and removed all debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber who appears to truly care about customer satisfaction.

The first visit I had with them was very expensive for the the service, but they were quick to come out and friendly. I was a little concerned that the drain auger seemed to be much faster than one I had done a year before by another service, which kept problems in our pipes at bay for over 6 months.
Three weeks later, the speed of the service showed that the issue was not cared for for properly, and had just been pushed back. When I called the company, they set up a 6 six hour window for the next day, from 1 to 7pm, and said they would call an hour out. The customer service agent also noted that they would treat this as a recall, unless it was an unrelated issue.
Shortly after 6pm, I called the company, as I had not heard anything back, and the window was about to be over. The customer service agent said they were running behind, and apologized about this. Fifteen minutes later, the same agent called back to say the technician was on the way, but that recall services would not apply to drains, and we would be charged the same high fee to have this done again, and he had misspoken before. I ended this here, because the service fee was already much higher than calling other companies nearby.
Waste of money and time - rent an auger to do it yourself if you have the time, or call a different company that knows what they're doing and charges less.

I first used Perrysburg Plumbing 17 years ago to service a water heater in our newly purchased house. They have earned my business again and again over the years since. I appreciate that they have a service tech on call all the time. I now use their monthly service plan that gets me spring and winter annual service for heating and cooling. I have used their plumbing services to install bathroom faucets and toilets, and they have always gotten the service right the first time. The service reps have been consistent year in and year out. I see the same guys come to my house and they know my system. They don't push to sell a new furnace or AC unit, but will give you options and an honest opinion of how long my current units will last. I purchased a new Bryant furnace and have been very happy with it. I recommend Perrysburg Plumbing to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Terrible! CUstomer service stops when the check clears. Did not finish cleaning up, needed them for a follow up check, never called back. Bad attitude and service all around. DO NOT CALL ON THEM.

We called Pipe Doctor as our well had suddenly appeared to stop working and this company said they serviced wells. The technician they sent out spent 4 hours here running diagnostics and eventually told us that whatever was wrong with our well (which he wasn't sure what was wrong) was above what their company could fix. We were charged $936.00 for not only nothing, but for damage done to our system. It turned out our well was just frozen so the next day when the water unfroze, we discovered the technician left our well lid untightened and water was spurting out of the well on all sides. My husband had to leave work to come home and fix the issue. The technician also inappropriately adjusted our pressure switch and when the water came back on, it was shooting out of our faucets. We had to have the pressure switch changed out because of this. To top it off, we have been trying to reach the company to discuss our concerns and obtain a itemized bill of services provided for an entire MONTH and keep getting told they are too busy to call us back. They originally came to our house on February 6, 2021 and we have been calling weekly with absolutely no response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
