As usual Miller's Nu-Tech did a great job.  Nathan was here today fixing our pool heater with a new control unit.  Last year at end of season he recommended the proper part which we ordered online.  This season was the install and it was completed quickly and everything is working great.  They were dressed for Covid and treated us awesome, as always.  I would recommend them without question for every need.

What Naz Did for Us:
Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor.

How Naz Conducts Business:
He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did!

Naz's Work:
Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

Steve was great! He was friendly and professional. We called him on Saturday and he was able to come out to us that day!
We had some water leaking from the ceiling and he figured out where it was originating from. He started his work and and was done very quickly, when comparing to other plumbers we have used.
Steve did a quick education moment about how you don't plunge a high pressure toilet, thanks for the explanation!
He also helped with another visit for installing new toilets and shower heads! Reasonably priced and again quick!

We had a terrible experience. They did not adequately cover the area and we had sewage all over our storage  area.  We had to throw away belongings.  When we tried to speak with the owner, he said, whatever, lose my number. This was totally unprofessional and so disappointing.

If possible, I would give them a ZERO. Where do I start?  Jacuzzi tub installed and leaked. Bathroom sink installed and leaked. Dishwasher installed without power cord connected. Garbage disposal installed without power cord. Bathtub faucets installed with 1/4 caulk because they were to inept to realize the opening around the copper pipe needed to be enlarged so the faceplate from the faucet could sit flush with the bathtub wall.

To top it off, they charged 25% more than others. Only reason why I used them is because they came recommend from our GC.

Do not hire them. I can't believe they are licensed. Wait, are they?

Prompt, professional, and very reasonable.  We had a big problem with our main line from the house, toilets and bathtub backing up with water.  We got a few estimates (from $250 - $500).  The guy who wanted $500 told us he would be at our house between 11AM and 1PM and didn't show up until 4.  We called Rotary Man, he was here within an hour, and charged us $160 for the same thing Mr. Rooter wanted $500 for.

He's been in business for a while, but this is the first time we used his services.  It won't be the last.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!

Stay away from using this guy. We had a job scheduled for a Thursday after 4pm. We never heard from him, so I called and he said that he had been having a bad day and said he would be here at 9 am the following day. 9 am rolls around and he's not here. I give him until 10 am and give him a call and it goes straight to voicemail for my wife, myself, and the home warranty company. Our home warranty company finally get ahold of him and he says that he tried calling. Funny neither of us got a phone call from him. Most people get fired for no call no shows but this guy thinks it's okay. At least have the courtesy to let us know what is going on so that we're not taking off of work and waiting for nothing. We will never use this liar for anything.

Price has doubled with new owners.  Need to change all references to 49.95. Have used them for ten years and have been satisfied. Have just been told that a kitchen sink drain is now $100. So, if half the customers are lost then your revenue hasn't changed. Maybe a smart decision, but change the advertising.
