Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

Absolutely 5 Stars!  Shawn in the office -- very knowledgeable and helpful -- and empathetic.  He sent out Todd to assess and then replace my hot water heater.  Everything went as planned -- these folks are expert and absolutely AAA.  They explained in plain English exactly what was happening ... and easily won my confidence.  Frankly, I feel so fortunate to have found such professional people.  Call them!

I called these guys, because i talked to one outside a store. He seemed really knowledgeable about watersoftener plumbing.he came over the next day and explained what he would do. The price he gave me was really affordable compared to other companies. They did a nice job. I would definitely call them again.

Called them for a running toilet and they came out faster than I'd expected being I called other companies and they said they could come out 4 days later!  Nope, not Hydro Plumbing. They came addressed the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes after arriving. Awesome! Very informative, fast, friendly and professional. Thanks Hydro plumbing and thanks Makay E for a job well done! In late February DMS plumbing replaced a water heater at my house and everything seemed fine although they quoted me one price and then after the work was done said there was 3% credit card fee that was not disclosed to me before hand., well I don't have $1,400 cash sitting around so I had to pay with a card and had to pay this extra fee.  About a month later I was contacted by the water district saying I had a water leak and I needed to fix it so I called DMS again to assist with that.

Upon arrival the technician turned off the water to my house and the water meter was still spinning indicating a leak outside the house.  He said it was a leak in my water main line and I needed a replacement.  I asked him if it was possible if it could be anything else including the new water heater.   He took a look at the water heater and said it wasn't leaking but whoever installed it should have replaced the ball valve as it was corroding and would start leaking at some point.  DMS were the ones who replaced it!  He said well it wasn't him personally, which was true.  He then reiterated that my main line was leaking and gave me a $2,700 estimate to replace the main line and he would throw in the ball valve for free, how generous.

I decided to get other estimates and had another plumber come out the next day.  He was there about 30 seconds and turned off the the irrigation with a switch outside the house which immediately stopped the water meter spinning.  I felt stupid as I didn't even know this switch existed and didn't try it myself but DMS should have known and tried that especially after me asking 100 times what else it could be.  These guys were going to dig up my front yard and replace a main line for $2,700 that didn't even need to be replaced!  I wonder what would have happened after all the digging and they discover the line is totally fine.  I wont be using this company again.

If I could give more stars I would! Loyalty was quick to respond to my inquiry about a stopped up drain in one of my toilets. Jared called ahead, showed up earlier than anticipated! Was very friendly and knowledgeable!! He went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Didn't mind my big Great Dane following him everywhere :-) Jared even tightened a pipe fitting under my kitchen sink that was just starting to leak. I had no clue it was leaking! He saved us a big headache.
We have been dealing with this issue with our toilet for weeks!! Even denied by Home warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Loyalty!! I plan on having them back to send cameras down to see if I have anything else that may need attention. Thank you!! thank you!!

Needed two tvs hung on wall. Found this company on yelp. Called got quote,set up time for the next day. About an hour prior to arrival got call that they were ahead of schedule and would be at house in about 30 minutes. Two guys showed up,asked me to show them what I wanted,they got started. In about 1 hour they had both tvs up. Price was 20.00 more,because I had wrong mount for one of tvs,but they had one that fit. Great work,timely and polite. Would recommend you give these guys a try if you need tvs mounted or some plumbing.

Dan is the man! Would choose him over anyone in town, or in Vegas for that matter. He even went as far to tell me hello, as he saw me in town, a few days after he worked on my toilet. So friendly, quick, reliable, and will not rip you off. Happy with my services!

This repair was for daughter's home in Las Vegas. Had a leaking shower valve. Ryan, a really congenial guy, showed up on time with the right part, right tools and fixed it quickly. No more drip! No hassle!  Competence at a fair price. 5 stars!

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to highly recommend Ryan, Service Tech, and AMR Plumbing in Las Vegas, NV.The original plumber refused to install a new toilet unless I did some major remodel, replacing the floor on which the new toilet would sit. Because it was a master bedroom/bath to make it nice it would involve a total re-flooring and possible bath remodel. All I wanted was a new toilet. AMR/Ryan came out at the appointed time and without hesitation or problems installed the new toilet for me. Ryan is most pleasant and diligent and I am pleased with the work he completed. In addition, the cost was only a few dollars more than the discounted one for using the toilet sellers plumber.

Sadly this outfit was the subcontractor for a Lowe's same day water heater replacement. Scheduled arrival time at Lowe's was 6 pm. They called at 10 mins to six, and offered to do it 300$ above the Lowe's quoted price. If you have a Lowe's installed water heater, ask NOT to have Pain in the Pipe Plumbing as your subcontractor.

Very bad customer service , NEVER answer the phone , they charging you in advance for the service and do not provide what they promise.
When they answered the phone and told them that they did not provided the service and ask to refunded the money they hang up on me and do not answer again.
Going to sue them.
