The company was very responsive. The owner Bryan, was friendly, knew his stuff and was able to get things fixed right away.  Would definitely recommend!

This is a great company, The owner took care of all aspects of the repairs, he was fast , answering the texts, repairing the issues, great communication and fair prices. As a Real Estate agent I do work a lot with plumbing companies, For sure I will call him again if I do need a plumber again. I recommend him.

I called water heater pros on Monday, explained my issue and they more or less did an over the phone assessment and gave me an estimate of the job. They said they would be out at 2:00 the following day. Let me tell you these guys know how to run a business. Not only were they there on time but a few minutes early.
The estimate they gave me on the phone was right on target. They even did a few extra things and the price stayed the same. I would recommend this company over and over again. These guys should teach other companies on how to keep customers and gain more. Well done WHP well done. I will call again without hesitation. Just bought a house with a water purification system installed.  I'm so glad Colburn puts their phone number on their equipment so we didn't have to go searching for it. I called to schedule a service appointment, got an appointment right away. The gentleman who came out was right on time, very friendly and informative.  He made sure all my questions were answered as well as getting the service history on my system for me so he wasn't trying to charge me for services or parts not needed. Thank you!!!!  As a new client to their business, they have definitely earned my business for the system maintenance along with any plumbing issues I might run into in the future.

I have had the biggest headache with one particular toilet at my house for over a year. I have had it service twice with another plumbing company whom seem to only give it a quick fix!
Of course on a hectic Monday morning this toilet decides to make my morning so much worse! It starts to over flood like a darn volcano with no mercy !! I immediately called Jay's Plumbing and service in panic! Melissa was amazing and so calming on the phone. She had her technician Jerry come that evening!
When Jerry came the toilet seemed to calm down a bit but still was not draining. He was so sweet & explained his game plan to me. He was able to fix this troubled toilet within 1 hour! They were able to even make paying for the service so convenient!!
I will only be calling this place for future plumbing rescues! Thanks again Jerry and Melissa !

Same day service, we're able to price quote based on photos, no upscale, straight to business and paid price quoted. Did a great job and left a clean worksite. Would use them again.

1st update 10/7 - Chavis just left, having installed our water heater. I am very happy with the installation. I was given an arrival window of 10-12. I was sent that info by both text & email. I was notified when Chavis was en route, which was about 11. Chavis was totally professional. The installation was completed by 1 p.m., less than 2 hours after he arrived. The work is beautiful & there was absolutely no mess left behind. I was promptly texted & emailed with my receipt. This whole process has been easier than I could have hoped. Having to replace a water heater is never fun & not a situation I would have chosen to go through voluntarily but Pirate Plumbing made this awful situation the best it could possibly be. Again, I will update after we've used the water heater a couple of weeks.

Original post 10/5 - Our water heater started leaking 2 nights ago. I looked in our neighborhood app for recommendations for a plumber and saw several people had used & loved Pirate Plumbing. I called them at around 9 p.m. and a very nice woman answered. She listened to the problem & checked to see if she could get someone out that night. No one was available but she scheduled me for 2 p.m. the next day & said if anything earlier came up, they would call. She also told me that if the water heater began to leak more, I should turn off the water supply to avoid problems which I did end up doing as the leak got a little worse. At noon the next day, 2 hours before my appt time, Chavis called & said he could come early. He was at my condo in 10 minutes. Chavis was very nice & knowledgeable. He found out when my water heater was made, when the original warranty expired & explained that my water heater is a special one as it doesn't just supply hot water to our home but also heats it. When I was clearly startled by the price, he immediately offered to call the office to see if there was anything they could do to get the price down, which they did. I did get 2 more estimates that afternoon and Pirate Plumbing beat both - 1 by almost $200 & the other by over $700. Due to some covid financial setbacks, the cost was a big hurdle for me but I emailed them this morning & Ashley called me within a couple of hours.  She was  very kind & gave me 3 weeks to pay the last $700 that I didn't have. She then set up an appt to install the water heater tomorrow, much quicker than I expected. I'm so impressed by this company & so relieved that we won't have to go any longer without hot water. I will update my review after our water heater has been installed & we have used it for a couple of weeks. If you have a water heater issue, don't hesitate to call Pirate. The customer service is awesome & they beat the price of both competitors' estimates. That's a win!

Matt from anytime plumbing is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, honest and prompt.  He did a fabulous job on converting my tub to shower in my bathroom. Don't trust just anyone to do the job. You want it done right! Call Matt, he will do an excellent job! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

For a couple years I have been experiencing plumbing issues. I had more than a handful of plumbers out to diagnose the problem. Several suggested snaking and/or hydro-jetting the drains (which I had done) while others simply stated they couldn't diagnose anything until all the walls were opened up.  I contacted Guaranteed Plumbing who had immediately came out to provide a free estimate.

Right away, Kepa notified me that the plumbing needed to be re-piped. He gave me a more than fair quote.  In fact, it was such a great quote that I asked him for a quote to relocate my laundry room to an upstairs location. My husband and I decided to hire Kepa and his team to do both jobs.  They began work within 3 days.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were beyond professional, arrived each day on time, and were constantly cleaning up after themselves. In addition, they were extremely considerate when it came to having to shut off the water to my house (especially since I have three young children at home).

I can't express my gratitude for all the work they did to bring life back into my home. I once again have three functioning bathrooms and a new laundry room! Thank you Kepa and the rest of Guaranteed Plumbing!

Your sales approach is frightening and threatening! As I pulled into my driveway, opened my garage and grabbed my things, a small car with your advertisement swooped up behind me and 1 of the 2 guys jumped out of the car and approached me as I'm walking into my garage. He gave me a small sales pitch, insisted on coming into my garage to put a sticker on my water heater but I stopped him, and I insisted that I'll put the sticker on myself. Although he was thankful and greeted me to have a good day, I couldn't help but feel scared that he could have had other intentions of some type of crime.  Las Vegas plumbing, you need to correct this!!

I had a new water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Everything was done quickly and the technician was polite. Everything was perfect when he finished. I would use them again.

Moved into Las Vegas recently and wanted to get a water softener and water filter installed. I purchased the equipment and needed to find a plumber to install them. Other plumbers I called would not install owner supplied equipment. Expert Plumber had no problem installing the equipment. Mike came over to give me an estimate and make a material list. We agreed to do the work a week later. I had a scheduling problem with my movers and had to push back the plumbing install. Mike was very understanding and accommodated my needs. Everything was neatly installed and cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the work. I will definitely call Mike back for any plumbing needs.

although the service went ok. My tenant came home the next day with the water from the hose the technician used still running into the clean out. Which means it was running into the sewer for 24 hours. Cant imagine how much my water bill will be. I think he should have seen this if he would have completed the job, by closing the clean out cap!

Very efficient, clean and got the job done. My sink was all sorts of clogged and my apartment management called GOT Plumbing. They gave me a time frame of 3 hrs and came within that time frame. The guy that worked on my sink knew his job well and took care. He was very helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you GOT Plumbing!!!
