Ben assisted us with our bathroom remodel plumbing needs. We had to replace and upgrade the piping in both the shower and vanity, we needed to remove and replace our bathtub, and replace the toilet. We are so happy with how things turned out! Ben is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Planning to use him again for our next project!

Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S gave us a great quote.

He was prompt and professional! Completed the job within 2hours! He even went the extra mile by following up 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly!! Thank you Bill!

Can't do life without great plumbing. The saying goes You never know what you have till it goes. Very true statement when it comes to plumbing and toilet paper.
 Cjs Plumbing are experts in their craft. The above mentioned quote will never be a problem.  The toilet paper is a true statement but you have to stay on top of that while shopping.
    Once you choose Cjs Plumbing you will never have to shop again for any of your projects you have planned. Do yourself a favor and cut the headaches out, enjoy the peace and choose Cjs Plumbing as thousands have before.

I am a property manager and unfortunately have to use plumbers too much.george and his crew do great work and are always responsive. If it means anything i use him on my personal plumbing as well. The fact that he is a navy veteran and prefers to hire veterans is just a bonus to me.

Not very happy  with very high service charges (0ver $1,000.) for installing a part costing $52.
We are charged a high rate because of our location an hour away from the company, but to arrive 3 times because the part was not on the truck is not acceptable.  Further, when the third service visit was complete, our unit failed to produce domestic hot water as was the purpose of the service.  Our rep. tried to get it going, but finally threw in the towell saying someone else would have to look at it.  We never heard another peep from RHP.  We won't use them again.

I have an outdoor landscape water issue.  To date,  I've had several remediation employees,  plumbers and others on the job.  Your employee, Nicki, was exceptional.  She immediately started finding leaks that no one else could discover.  She was professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.  Thank you.

I have the highest praise for Dan's professionalism in completing a plumbing job that at first seemed simple- a couple of leaks- but became more complicated as he discovered that my older manufactured home has pipes that are dated and no longer in code.  This required him to pick up special parts to do the job correctly.  His initial quote seemed quite reasonable, but he ran several hours over the estimated time the job would take. Yet he held to his word and said the quote stood.  While I respect his integrity, I wrote him a check substantially higher to cover his extra hours.  It is a pleasure to find an honest, skilled tradesman, and I strongly recommend him.

I normally don't prefer to post any bad reviews, unless the company is really really bad. After reviewing all the GOOD reviews, I decided to call the company. I asked for an experienced technician. The dispatcher said Jason will be the person who is coming out. He is in charge of all the technicians. So I would assume that he will be a good and experienced one. Unfortunately we got bad luck. He came in and looked  at the faucet, can't figure out much. My husband had to suggest how to use the Allen wrench to secure the faucet handle. Then he dramatically changed the original quote I received from the company. He stated the installation of this new faucet is way more complicated. The price for installation  was $125.00. He said it would be $275.00, much higher than original quote. What insanity!  What a ripoff company it is! Not recommended at all.

WHAT A CROOK!! This plumber took advantage of an elderly lady's minor cabin plumbing issue in Homewood, CA. An outdoor faucet wasn't shutting off, so this CROOK replaced the faucet (40 minutes worth of work and a $15 part) and charged this poor lady $935.00!! Don't ever use this CROOK FOR ANYTHING!!

This company is fabulous. Kim in the office took time out of your weekend to respond to my concerns. The technician arrived promptly and was very helpful. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company to everyone

My family recommended Michael's. New to Reno, I needed two bathroom redo's in my new condo.
They removed old sinks and toilets, installed new sinks I'd ordered from Home Depot.
They suggested buying better quality, taller seat toilets.
Their work was excellent! Good communication throughout.
They also recommended the tile company for new floors and install. Was very pleased with that as well.

Home Depot gave them as a professional referral.  They were prompt in getting back with me, we scheduled an appointment to view it and get me an estimate.  They got hung up and needed to reschedule, no problem, stuff happens.  The following day they were supposed to come, I called after they were 45 minutes outside of the scheduled window.  Ooops, they skipped me and went to the next person.  They did offer to reschedule again, I declined and will look for someone else.

This is my opinion, based on interaction with the estimator. Bate and switch, bait and switch and price creep. Avoid, unless you want to waste money.
