I was having an issue with the heating unit in one of my rentals, I placed a call to Bradley and they took care of the problem promptly. I was very pleased with their customer service and follow up. I will definately use them again!

Andrew was great, knowledgeable, and overall the company had great customer service. I called Rick in the morning and he talked through the possible issues. Within a few hours we had a new pump installed. They tried their best to not have to replace the pump, and troubleshoot common problems but our pump was very old. I couldn't recommend them more. Price was more than reasonable. Really appreciated their effort and communication.  Thanks guys.

My hot water heated took a dump Friday morning.  I finally called Nod's Plumbing and heating asking for help.  Within 30 minutes they had someone on their way.  The man did a marvelous job at removing the old unit and installing the new unit.   He was professional, courteous and left the work area spotless.  All I have to say is high praise for their attention to my dilemma and quickly put my life back in order.

Rory at Millennium Plumbing was excellent with ordering and installing my new sinks.  He was very responsive and responsible, and left things in a very neat condition.  I feel he was very honest, and always kept in touch with me concerning scheduling.  I highly recommend this company.

I called to have a new water heater installed and some minor repairs on a new home that I purchased. Called twice and didn't receive a call back. On my third call I reached Mark but he is too busy to help me and referred me out. Disappointed after reading all of these reviews.. I am a local realtor and was also looking for someone to refer clients to. I guess I will keep looking.

So far, these guys have been amazing. Isaac has been so helpful and responsive I really trust him and his crew to fix the problems we have. Isaac so far has been lightning fast in communication, inspection scheduling, and quotes. The price quptes are reasonable and well detailed  ... I'll update this review after work is done but as of right noe, I am very pleased!

I contacted Thomas & Sons Plumbing a few weeks ago because I wanted a tiny toilet installed in my toddlers bathroom. They responded so fast and efficiently. Thomas installed the toilet within minutes and my son absolutely loves it! They are amazing and very reasonable $$$. Thank you for your great service every single time.

Called and a live person answered the phone. Instructed to text the problem and address. Received a return call 10 minutes later. Made appointment for the afternoon same day. Kitchen sink leaking in two places, hot water heater leaking and bathroom leaking. Was given options for repairs. Repaired professionally. Large step van with all the parts. Bill was the technician with Tony acting as the assistant and labor. Residence is in a mobile home park so not much space to work. In addition the A/C not working. My wife is extremely happy. I am appreciative of the price, but more impressed with the attitude and determination of a champion

Our garbage disposal bit the dirt. My back is hurting so I didn't want to change it myself. I called North Shore plumbing and they scheduled an appointment. They had to change to the time but called to tell us. They showed up and snaked the drain and then started the long slow process of changing the disposal. I'm pretty sure I could have done it quicker myself. 4 hours later the job was done. Total cost was $720. I could have bought the disposal myself for $179+tax but I realize companies have to cover their labor and overhead.Still, seemed a little high.

This company is outstanding! I had a broken water line flooding the crawl space under my house. I had the water shut off so the immediate problem was at bay. I called them at 6:30 pm, got a real person on the phone, had a tech out first thing the next morning. Jason West went under the house in 8 inches of water and surveyed all the plumbing looking for the source of the leak. Turned out to be the main line just outside under the lawn. He and his partner dug it up and repaired it with in just a few hours and we were back in service. Great service, great positive attitudes, good people to know!

On a late Friday afternoon my wife detected a small amount of water on the kitchen floor by the refrigerator.We called another company that we had done business with over the years and was told they couldn't get to us until Monday.In the meantime the water was starting to seep under the neighboring hardwood floors.We remembered Paschall and gave them a call and explained the emergency .In less than a half hour Matt arrived and disconnected the water line to the refrigerator, ordered a new part, and had it installed in a week.Imagine the damage that would had been done if we had to wait until Monday.

Our heating broke and Dom quickly showed up and fixed the problem. VERY efficient and great customer service!

I am very unpleased with the amount of money I have spent with this company. I have had them come out to my house 2 times for two different jobs and the first job I spent over 9k on the job and they didn't fix the entire problem for the job. In addition that I have called for jobs that were under warranty they tried to charge me $1200 or more.

Avoid this contractor at all costs! They installed a natural gas water heater in my home which has only propane service. They have refused to install the correct water heater. They also suggested that I had falsified their invoices despite the fact that I had two cancelled checks and a statement from the home warranty company that Plumberman had been assigned the job. They are also operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection which is a consideration.
