Had my water heater go out and called premier plumbing. Mike came out and was very quick to get to my house and installed a great tankless water heater. I would recommend premier to everyone I know. They did a awesome job and had hot water that same day.

When my nephew arrived at our vacation home in Dollar Point, there was no hot water. I called several plumbing companies looking for help, and Leslie called me back in a short time.  (The others still haven't returned my calls.)  It was late in the day and she was not able to do a service call, but she offered to talk with my nephew on the phone and try to diagnose the problem with the tankless water-heater. She figured out the problem and directed him on how to fix it! Not only did she take the time to help us remotely, but she would not accept any compensation! AMAZING! Thank you, Leslie, we are go grateful!

Everything was professionally done and with exceeded expectations. I had a problem with a toilet and Gary showed up on time prompt with a service mask and everything. They are a family owned and locally operated that is honest, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Rafal was on time, fixed our burst pipe quickly and expertly. His fee was fair and he was very personable.  He's my go to guy for plumbing needs in the future!

Recently purchased there hot water recirculation pump, CP9000b. It's been about 2 weeks and it is great. I get hot water in less than a minute when before it would several minutes and 5 gallons of wasted water down the drain. Installation was simple and easy for me, no leaks, no issues. it does make some noise but barely notice it now and usually turn it on while I'm doing other things before showering, shaving, etc. I would highly recommend this recirculation pump over all the others I researched. Best bang for your buck!!

Jamie is reliable, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. He converted my home from propane to natural gas and took care of all the tedious steps, ensuring everything (permits, inspections, working with subcontractors, etc) was taken care of and done well. I wasn't totally happy with an issue with my water heater (NOT his fault) and he agreed it wasn't ideal and came to make it right. I will always call Jamie first when I'm need of any job!

Lamont Allen just finished a plumbing job at our home. He was prompt, reliable, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Good Character is such an important quality in the business world and Lamont's exemplary character was evident in everything he did. As we are new to the area we felt a bit vulnerable in choosing a reputable business that wouldn't over charge and take advantage of our lack of knowledge. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to find Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and we were grateful he saved us money. We will always turn to this company for any of our needs! I would encourage all my family and friends to call him as well.

My well house flooded and Daniel was at my house in under 20 minutes, ready and willing to complete the required repairs immediately.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He was finished in under an hour and now I can take a shower.  Definitely the first place I will call next time I have any issues with my well

Daniel is a fantastic plumber, comes to the job organized and ready to go, no going to the store for a forgotten part.
He installed a sediment filter at our pump for us and replaced a really bad plumbing job that was supposed to have been done by another professional. Thank you Daniel!! :0)

I found Mike (Mansfield Plumbing) through Yelp and I'm so grateful I did.  I feel I've found a plumber for life - which is priceless when you need plumbing services.

Mike came out to provide tankless water heater maintenance.  He was on time, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do.  He was quick, thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced.  

It's the big things (knowledge, pricing, prompt, communication - all of which he excels) but it's also the little things.  It's a relatively new construction and he noticed that there was a plastic plug (instead of copper).  While he could've left it, he knew it was good to change to copper.   He had the plug with him, and while it likely didn't cost much for the part, he didn't charge me (even though I offered to pay for it).  

I highly recommend him!

To be fair, I don't know if they're any good at plumbing because the guy never showed up  the receptionist said I was scheduled for 9 am. By 9:06 I called asking where he was. Oh sorry he had to swing by the office really fast but he will be there within the half hour! By 9:45 I gave up. The plumber, Scott, called me at 10 am to say he was 10 minutes away!! He then told me he had an 8-10 window to show up. So I was the first appointment of the day and he was still going to be late! So poor communication and extreme tardiness are why I'm giving them a 1 star review.

They scheduled me within one day of my phone request. Albert was great very careful, did a fine job. We are so happy with the work and the promptness!  And the labor charge was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Called these guys, spoke with the owner. Told me he was finishing a job in my park, and would be by first thing in the AM to fix my electrical problem. Never showed although I did see him in my park that day-and never returned my call and message to reschedule. I guess you need a big job and big wallet to get this guys attention. Not a reliable contractor as far as I'm concerned. He should have at least called and cancelled, rescheduled, or at least apologized for hanging me up. A big thumbs DOWN!!

We had Riley install a new heater a few days ago, & I just wanted to add my husband and I relize we can feel mass air flow all over the house and we love it. The previous heater never did this. It's awsome.

We used to like Lambs, but...

We were charged $110 & told our Furnance needed to be replaced.  Call for another service tech and explained we needed to just clean it.  Still charged us from the wrong opinion.  Shady.

The following year a service tech came out and told us that we needed to replace to the ignition.  After numerous texts and phone calls, they simply were unresponsive and we went without heat for over a month using oil space heaters. I had another company come out and the furnace is fixed in an hour.

I wish that they would become a company they once were.

I cannot recommend them and would avoid their business at this time.

This company is the best . Bought a house in Oct. Needed several large projects done. Matt came and gave me an estimate several thousand dollars less than the next two estimates I received. Scheduled the project and was prompt on completion. Fantastic work crew, respectful, clean up after . Can't say  enough . Very highly recommend.
