I requested an estimate and placed multiple calls. Over a week and no return call. I am a previous customer. Perhaps this should be expected these days.

We put in new kitchen countertops and need all new plumbing under the sink.  Don installed the faucets, disposal, Dishwasher hookups and all the associated plumbing and hookups perfectly and quickly.  The cost was very fair and reasonable.   Don Helwig Plumbing is now my go to plumber for anything plumbing related.

Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

The guy who worked with me is named Jay. They were fantastic. Very professional. Excellent communication. Cleaned up the job site very well afterwards. I had my Orangeburg pipe replaced. They dug a hole in my basement and another hole by the sidewalk with an excavator. They put a tool through the holes to break up the old pipe, then put a new pipe through the hole and connected it on both ends. I preferred this solution to others I was quoted because it had more of a guarantee to not fail than the liners. They also installed a new clean out and a back flow preventer. Basically if the city line were to ever back up, my basement will never flood with sewage. Overall the price was extremely reasonable.

I have used this company many times for both business and residential work. They have always been fair priced and super helpful! Even when I had an emergency issue with the water at my house they were on the phone with me and came out as soon as they could to get it fixed. Got 3 quotations for the work I needed done. They weren't the cheapest (although pretty close) and they weren't the most expensive.
I had to have an existing bathtub removed and a new whirlpool tub installed.The tub was enclosed by 3 walls, they removed the old tub and installed the new whirlpool tub with NO problems. Nothing was disturbed, the tub sits about 13 inches from the toilet and they never had to remove the toilet which was a God sent ! The drain for the new tub was different from the old tub and they had to do some alterations to the cement floor to accommodate the drain location for the new tub.
Everything was done it one day, they made hardly any mess and what mess they did make was cleaned up by them and you would never know they were there !
Darrin did the majority of the work but when it was time to install the new tub the owner came out to assist. Trust me it wasn't easy to install the new tub on a wet concrete pad they poured, hold the tub up to line up where the new drain had to be and do the drain hook-ups with the toilet constantly in the way.
These guys did a GREAT job and I would recommend them in a minute based on my experience.

Roman came out late in the afternoon to find our problem and solve it which he did.  Add to it the problem was 4 stories down and the clean out another  floor lower yet.  He hauled his equipment up and down without hesitation.  He puffed some as we are at 6800 ft above sea level too.  Cleaned our problem up and got us back in use.

Thanks Preferred Plumbing for coming out tonight. These guys were quick, friendly and super professional. Zack did an amazing job fixing up our Plumbing, so that we are comfortable tonight. These guys work quick with a great attitude. Thanks for the help when we were in emergency need!

We had Friendly Plumbing to send us someone to fix our hot water heater.
We got excellent customer service, Carlos made sure everything was right and he did an excellent job. We would recommend your company to anyone that needs a plumber. He was here at 8:30 am.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

Be careful they quoted me 59.00 dollars to come out and they charged me 119.00 Big fat LIE they will charge this amount just to come look, go for the ads that say FREE estimates
