From the minute they entered my home their crew was clean, professional and reliable in every regard. I called Rooter Ranger for a sink leak, and to have a leaky tub faucet replaced from the 2 knob to a new one handle.  

The sink leak was in the wall and they indicated I should have the water damage addressed prior to doing any plumbing work.  Good advice and they hooked me up with BAS to do the damage mitigation which went very well.

I did proceed with the tub faucet replacement.  They did this for $1965.00, which was more than I hoped, but the work was done quickly and well.

A friend told me he had the same done for much less, so when it came time for the second part of the work I got estimates from 2 other companies as well as from Rooter Ranger.  Rooter Ranger was 30% higher than one, and 40% higher than the other.  

I am happy with the work, but they do seem to be a bit higher in price than the competition.

I am a small business owner who is required to have semi-annual HVAC maintenance per our lease contract.  I reached out to the recommended HVAC guy from the management company for my building along with a couple big companies as well.  It baffled my mind that none of these companies responded to my request for quotes and service.  I decided to look at yelp for recommendations and found Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling.  I sent a quote request and I received a response in less than 5 minutes.  A tech was sent to my location within 90 minutes (ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND) to look at our AC unit and provide a quote.  The tech was upfront and informative as to what the process and next steps would be and when he would be back to perform the service.  When the service was completed, I received an emailed report with photos that I was able to forward to the property management company.  
I run my business where my clients always come first and clearly so does Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling.  I would refer people without hesitation to Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling!

I called to have my toilet replaced and Michael came over the same day and replaced it.  Michael is very personable and efficient.  He did a great job and I would use this company again.  If you want an easy and great job done this is the company and person to use.  Things couldn't have run better.

This is not nessarly a review for HVAC however , I was driving and Gabriel noticed I had an issue with my front bumper on my camero. I stop in the parking lot and noticed this as well. Gabriel not knowing who i was or never met me though out of the kidness of his heart helped me out. I was running late to meeting and he saved my butt from having a possible accident.  

Next time i need any HVAC work i will be calling Gabriel.

There are still good people in Vegas.

Vegas Strong are true professionals.  They know what the problem is, they will do the research to fix it right, and their prices are reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.  They are considerate and trustworthy.

disappointed... with u guys have such great reviews and bigger companies so busy they r recommending you and i call and i am given a techs number to text and send pictures of issue i need fixed and its been 3 weeks and i still haven't got a response thats bad! well in a way you saved me a crap ton of money so thanks but you may want to fix this issue for the future there r not maybe good places to go to out here so im hoping u guys change so i might give you a second chance one day. i beleieve the techs name i was told to text was tyler so ya might want to have a word with him thanks

Love the customer service of this company.  I've been in search of a reliable company for service of a commercial water softener, for some time now.  James Owens assessed the problem, which involved a lot of trouble shooting and trips back and forth, but they got everything up and working again.  The repeat trips is all about their guarantee and their customer service.  The price was right, as I was getting outrageous quotes, till I called Serv-all.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I hired this company to replace a sink and garbage disposal. They were my second quote and more expensive than the first company. We chose them over the cheaper company because their reviews were exceptional.

The tech came and completed the work. My husband noticed a large crack in our granite countertop. The techs first response was oh yeah. Then when my husband called me over to take a look the tech said oh that was there when I started. It was not. You could feel over the crack and tell it was fresh. You could see where rubble like pieces were coming up.

I had taken photos of the old sink before he came into my home because I wanted before and after photos. There were no cracks prior.

He said he would text his boss.

Both my husband and I spoke with his boss Alex. Alex said his tech had a picture of the granite that was taken at the start of the work. When I finally got them to text me the picture evidence they claimed to have with a time stamp I found several issues.

1. The time stamp was nearly 1 hour after the tech had been in my home. What was he doing for 1 hour? Just chillin?
2. The edge of sink in his photo was that of the NEW sink installed. My new sink has A) A different finish/grain B) Different calking C) A different edge... Of course there was a crack in his photo. It was taken after he cracked it.

Elizabeth, the other owner called my husband and said that while they can't confirm what we are saying (you can because your techs picture is clear as day evidence) they like to take care of their customers and would send their stone company out. (Why do they already have a stone company? Is this a trend?)

Today the stone repair came out. While it is now sealed it is still clear there has been damage. I appreciate them sending someone but I would rather my granite not have been damaged and the tech owned up to what he did. I now have a counter top with an obvious flaw and that is incredibly frustrating.

Two stars instead of one because they at least attempted to fix.

--the fact that they still are acting like they did us a favor and won't acknowledge my what was he doing for an hour amazes me-- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--

If I could describe Kea Plumbing with one word, it would be Phenomenal. Franklin and his crew diagnosed the water leak issue and tediously fixed the problem. He and his crew were punctual, friendly and went way beyond my expectations. My husband and I are super excited to get our house ready to rent. I called Culligan to service my water softener because I was having problems.  Well, they told me I would have to wait almost a month for a technician to come to my house.  That was unacceptable as who wants to be without soft water for a month.

Someone told me to call Anthem Plumbing and I am so glad that I did.  The owner, Deon, returned my call within 20 minutes and arrived at my house the same day.  He was very professional and courteous and fixed my water softener very promptly at a very reasonable price less than Culligan would charge.

If you have a Culligan water softener and experience problems, you should call Deon with Anthem Plumbing for fast, friendly, and professional service.

I was so pleased with the service that I will also call for all of my plumbing needs in the  future.

Garbage disposal stopped working this morning.  Called Donnie Title plumbing and spoke to Scott.  Wanted to set up an appointment for him to come to my home.  He told me to try the red reset button on the bottom of the disposal under the sink first.  He walked me thru what to do over the phone.  It worked!!! Disposal is working fine! Saved, at the very, least $125 service call and maybe $500 from an unscrupulous plumber who would have taken advantage of me.  NOW THAT'S HONESTY!!!  Very rare today.
Cost of fixing garage disposal, $0. Value of dealing with an honest plumber, PRICELESS!!!!   Go with Scott from Donnie Title Plumbing!!!

Beware ! Do not use for home warranty services. These techs work on commission and will try to oversell you.   I would like to share evidence of a bad experience with 5 Star Home Services.  Very Unprofessional craftsmanship was performed on my unit for a home warranty call on my air handler blower motor.  The Tech (Westly) that was sent to install my replacement motor did not properly install the motor housing which caused the motor fan to spin off balance which produced a loud continuous whomp sound keeping my wife and I awake in our bedroom, to the point we had to sleep in another area of the house. The Air Handler unit is above my bedroom ceiling.  He also did not ground the motor capacitor to the unit, in fact he didn't even take out of the box it came in.  He connected the motor capacitor still in its packaging, FIRE HAZARD !  He also left his trash box from the motor in my attic. I was forced to hire and pay for another tech from another company to come and remove and re install the motor housing properly and ground the motor capacitor, I have posted 4 pics. 3  pics are showing the circle around motor capacitor still in box connected and ungrounded and arrows showing the improper installation of motor housing ( not in its track) and the trash box from 5 star home services.  1 Pic showing the reinstallation of motor housing in its track by another company I had to hire. He also grounded and removed the capacitor from its box, EZ.  PLZ SEE ALL PICS.  I have two hvac units in my home.  The tech from 5 star home service wanted me to replace both hvac units. To be fair the tech from the company  I hired to repair the work recommended replacing just one unit.

Not a review for their service, but for the driver of their company truck.

This douche purposely tried to run me off the road.  Heavy set male with a beard.  He was obviously going back to the shop on Elm St as he was driving on E. LAKE MEAD and turned on Water St.  He cut me off, nearly hitting my car by inches, no signal, and proceeded to cut off other vehicles.

YOU ARE IN A COMPANY TRUCK, WITH YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER!  YOU REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY, SO FOR THIS I GIVE YOU ZERO STARS.   DOUCHBAG!
