When building a new outdoor kitchen, I hired Excel Plumbing to run a new gas line from one side of my house to the other (under the driveway, etc). I couldn't be more pleased!  Their price was better than ANY other bid I got!! Everyone was outstanding!!!  They showed up on time, when they said they would, they took pride in their work, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work!!  The permit process was a breeze, and now I have a fabulous fire pit, BBQ, and power burner all up and running at the snap of a finger -- THANKS EXCEL PLUMBING-- you guys are awesome!!!

We had 1/2 of our AC go out at about 5:00 PM and called for service. They said they'd have someone out soon and within a couple of hours, Alex Valencia arrived. Alex was entirely professional, courteous and friendly. The problem turned out to be the low-voltage wiring and as an Engineer I can tell you that is a problem that's hard to ID and correct. Alex hung in there with several trips into our super-hot and small attic but got it corrected and the frosty air flowing! Best of all, the cost to us was  zero because he identified the problem as being covered under our warranty with Best AC.

Overall just a terrific experience with Best and with Alex. He is just the type of professional young man that you welcome into your home!  Thanks Alex!!

I've had horrible experiences and lack of communication and extreme up charge from other businesses. Not with Jhon though! Jhon was extremely responsive and had great communication. Flawless work as well! Not to mention he was extremely respectful of our space and continued to wear mask with us indoors, which we highly appreciate as we have a newborn at home!

Do not look any further! John's rates are extremely reasonable and he is so knowledgeable! If you need any plumbing work done Jhon is your man!

I contacted Jump2It to get an estimate on a leak between my water main and the street. I just KNEW this was gonna be costly. Derrick Jump came out and we looked at the water meter happily (but slowly) spinning even with the house water main shut off.
    He surprised me and asked if the sprinkler system was also off...and I didn't even know there WAS a shutoff!  He located it and, voila! the meter stopped spinning. Now I know. He recommended a company that should give me a call soon, as his company does not fix sprinkler systems. In the meantime he said, No charge!  We shook hands and off he went. He's a good man and very professional. I like this guy.

Hey everyone, a few weeks ago I had Red Carpet Plumbing come fix my roommate's broken seal on her toilet. I was charged $250 for a terrible job I didn't not realize. A few weeks later she complained that it was clogged again, this time I had Service Plus Plumbing come out to take a look a it. They took a snake or a growler (long metal hose) into the toilet and pulled it out covered in wax. Service Plus Plumbing said they actually punctured a bigger hole in the wax seal. They fixed the poor job for $150 and went on their way. I called Red Carpet Plumbing afterwards and went to their front door (which was locked, they didn't want me inside). They really didn't know what to do when I complained on the phone, but to tell them to call the owner on Thursday (this was on Monday). I ended up just emailing the owner with receipts and pictures of the poor job leaving my phone number to call me back. Well... it's been a week and no response. I understand mistakes happen, but not having the integrity to call me back and just taking my money for a poor job is not ok. I am letting you all know to avoid this company.

Donnie  from AR- CSC serviced my home A/C . The unit wasn't working with temp stuck @ 87 deg for days last June. He said it must be my thermostat since he thinks everything was working just fine and he left after a few minutes. I paid $125 to American Home Shield and they dispatched AR CSC and he was in and out of my place and took off and warned me that if call him back he may have to charge me more if he doesn't find anything wrong.
  It didn't get too bad  for a short period when Sierra A/C did an inspection of my unit as part of maintenance and found that the compressor was leaking and need to be replaced. s a result , i already had my A/C serviced by Sierra and they charged me almost $1000 and I had to sign up for $16 monthly inspection.  Then around Aug - i had nevada power checked out the thermostat and there's nothing wrong with my thermostat which they had replaced the year before .
   i called AHS and i suggested that they better not send me anyone from AR-CSR , because they won't even bother to investigate and evaluate  a problem any further . They just want their share of the $125 from  AHS.
  AHS sent me Dr Cool and they diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the compressor / condenser part.  They also fixed the leak and adjusted the freon to its right level.
  AHS advised me that they will block AR - CSR  from coming to my place and will evaluate their service.
  In conclusion , AR-CSC is such a rip off and too lazy to diagnose the problem and left within minutes.  I felt like I was scolded for bothering them when there's no problem that they can tell.  Customer service is non-existent. I hope the company train their staff well enough to diagnose a problem. I was very very disappointed to say the least !

  Watch out for top off artist esp when help was needed badly.

Tried them for my AC summer tune up!  Made service call, very positive and friendly on phone.  Had called 1 hour A/c and the were not helpful much at all and wanted $89 to come out.  Elite did summer and winter package for only $50.  Technician Alan was 2 hrs early, clean and friendly.  Found weak capacitor and fixed that and some melted wires.  Got tune up and repaire done in just an hour.  They are worth a try.  My friend was 100% correct in using them!
