I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

Home Service Warranty sent another company to address the sewage leaking into my front yard. The contractor came out twice, at their leisure despite the health hazard & was unable to resolve the issue. Home Service Warranty finally listened & sent another plumber-City Wide. I received word they would call to schedule & they were at my place in less than 2 hrs. The problem was identified & fixed in about 80 minutes or so.

Peter was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing beforehand. He even did the cleanup per the protocol from the Health District.  

He asked we contact him if the same issue recurs because he identified something is going on with our entire block's sewer pipes. He was puzzled that only my property was experiencing the problem.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company if you ever have any problems with your plumbing both inside as well as outside.

My home warranty company will take care of the cost, but I plan to ask his business to be considered first whenever other customers in this area require any plumbing assistance, instead of the other plumbing company they chose the first time.

The pipes in our home had been clogged for over two weeks causing raw sewage to leak in our front yard. We had a plumbing company come out to fix our problem on two separate occasions but they were unsuccessful. On June 9th we were notified that City wide plumbing would be coming to address this matter. They called to let us know they would arrive at 2pm and they were here just at that time. They were so polite, so patient and they worked diligently to figure out what our issue was. Resolving the matter in just under 1.5 hours. We are so grateful for City wide plumbing because they were able to do what another company couldn't do in 2 attempts in a more than reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend booking your plumbing needs with them because if I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!

This review is about a week late, but I have to recognize a great company.
Let's face it, nobody wants to have to call someone for a clogged drain. We had a slow draining kitchen sink that was getting worse. I looked through Yelp and found Advanced Drain Jetting.
The owner, Elvis answered the phone and explained to me how hydro-jetting works. He told me my problem was common. He gave me a fair price and said he could do it that day as he happens to live close by and could stop by at the end of the day. Elvis was there for about an hour and what a difference!!!!  He was on-time, very knowledgeable, and a nice guy. He explained to me what he was doing as he was jetting and showed me how well the water was running out to the sewer past the front lawn when he was finished.
I like doing business with the owner of a small business and highly recommend Advanced Drain Jetting if you ever have drain problems.

Tim, thank you so much for coming out on a sweltering Sunday night to help fix the air conditioner.  You were fast, prompt and provided excellent service. We will hire you again in the future-- no doubt about it.

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

Getting a response, excellent.  Showing up on time, excellent.  We had two toilets to have replaced.  First one was a breeze, the second took hours - come to find out he would not leave until he could figure out the problem.  He went to and from the store.  There seemed to be a hairline crack in the porcelain that we could not see.  So, he put back on the original toilet until we can order another one.  This guy spent over five hours trying to make this work, and the price never changed.  We felt so bad - but we finally got a replacement (Lowe's - 5th time is the charm - as two came broken)... and we have already scheduled them to come back out. Sealed, verified not leaking, and makes sure the job is done right. You are now on my families' go to list.

Gary returned my call immediately and within an hour was in my house to fix plumbing issues. I had called another plumber previously and just over the phone gave me an estimate of $900 to $2000! Gary fixed the problem for 80 bucks. I highly recommend this company!

Selected the company based on glowing reviews on Yelp. Found it was not the case for me.

Needed a natural gas hook-up tightened and the sink snaked out in a rental unit. A new washer/dryer being delivered on Thursday and needed the hook-up fixed. The company's scheduler had a Tuesday appointment available.  The company charges $22 to diagnose the problem that will be applied to the repairs. Thought this is a reasonable, low risk offer. The tenants said the plumber showed up on time, spent less than 30 minutes fixing an uncomplicated problem. The tenant called me while the plumber was still there to give an update. I spoke with the plumber and asked what the fee would be to come back and assist with the washer/dryer hookup if needed. He said call the office and ask them that question. I asked what the fee is to fix these two items. He said, call the office to settle up.

When I called the office, I was told the plumber sets the fees. She then said the plumber told her to charge $250 for his services today. When I questioned the high price, she said that is what the plumber told her to charge.

In my younger days, I did this work and know the skill and time to tighten a natural gas bib and snake a sink. If I was in town, I could have done this in 15 minutes and minimal training.

It appears that being an out of town landlord, the company has the advantage to gouge me. I would not recommend the company given the price charged does not reflect the skill, time or difficulty of the project. I will not be using them again. They lost any future business with the other rental units I own in Las Vegas.

I challenge anyone to find a better, fairly priced, honest, and down to earth company for any plumbing needs. My water heater failed late in the evening and I called early in the morning. The owner answered the phone and agreed to meet me after my work schedule. He showed up 15 minutes early and with simple introductions the assessment began and the work started. I am very acute when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and honesty. Stanley is a true professional and master of his craft. He took the time to explain to me why he chooses his products, what to look for when you happen to shop around, and the key components to what makes certain products entry level and professional. He was very personable, timely, direct, and his attention to detail is IMO spot on. I am building a new custom home and I WILL use him for my post close needs. I would recommend his company's services to any of my family or friends. For a company that is only a year old, anyone looking for the quality and professionalism from a company that is a 5 STAR norm, look no further. I am a picky/strict SOB and this company hits every mark.

We went from having a squeaky supply valve in an upstairs toilet to having spraying water coming from the water supply hose.  Fearing that I may have to change the whole supply unit and line, I called in PPS on the referral of my neighbor.  I was very glad I did.

The Manager, Laura, was very understanding on the phone when I called, and we scheduled as soon as they had available.  The tech, Leo, came out when promised, replaced a rubber gasket and swapped another supply valve for us.  He also gave some insight on our R/O filters, which we'll be calling back to take care of at a later date.  Short of it is, PPS did a great job, and while we hope we won't need them again, we'll be happy to use them when we do.

We called PDP for main line problem.  Chance was prompt, knowledgeable and personable.  He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix the problem and the fee charged was reasonable.
Chance,CJ and his team went out of their way to minimize damage to the drywall.  The team took care the problem quickly and we couldn't be happier.  (I did my homework) PDP is certainly the best company to call for your plumbing needs.  Highly recommended !

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

My bathroom drain was covered with water and as a widow I felt as if there was nothing I could  do to fix the problem by myself.
And indeed that was the case so when the manager of the trailer park I live in highly recommended  Jump 2 It I called and they were there the next day, fixed it and charged me very little.
I was so afraid it would l d cost me a fortune but the that was not the case
at all.
