I own a property management company and go through lots of vendors, because let's face it people are sometimes less than reliable.  In my experience with Nick, Zack and True Drain & Rooter, they are reliable, fairly priced and provide a good service.  I would recommend them for your needs.  Great job fixing a last minute problem we had with one of our tenants! I called DMS Plumber to repair or replace my water heater. I was super impressed when I first came in contact with the lady that answered the phone, Christina. She answered all of my questions on the phone and dispatched the plumber right away. When Doug arrived within 45 minutes, I found him to be ncredibly friendly, personable, and professional. He thoroughly inspected my water heater, explained what the problem was and offered the solution. He was very fast, very thorough, and very considerate. DMS is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. Call them--you won't be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Plumb Crazy. Our problem was the shower handle mechanism in the wall. No price gouging here.  The customer service from the initial phone call was stellar. I was in desperate need to get my homes drain pipes cleared/cleaned  since they were draining very slow. I called Advanced Drain Jetting and am so glad I did! They were able to come to me the same day. The process was quick, easy, affordable and ran smoothly from beginning to end. I couldn't believe how fast he was able to get them cleared! Jimmy did a very good job on installing my light fixture. He is patient and detailed. He made sure everything is perfect. At the same time, he is a very good communicator. And his price is very decent. I highly recommend him.

In a week I was dealing with a number of crises, I had an upstairs sink pipe leak..badly! Had to turn off water at the street meter.  It was a Friday. I made an hysterical call (voicemail) followed by several more urgent messages (phone & text & email).  A couple hours later, Stanley phoned me from an airport while waiting for his flight home later that evening (after a long day of air travel). I was astounded that he called me, given his situation. Furthermore, he promised that he would come on Saturday to make the repairs (such a relief) & he made good on that promise!  Stanley goes above and beyond.  Efficient AND kind..a true gem. (He's also done repairs for my elderly mother.) Highly recommend Drustar Plumbing!

I do recommend Dan's Dirty Drains most highly without any hesitation to any one in emergency situation with plumbing issues. It was efficient, clean and very professionally done job performance.

So I was recently notified by the water company that I have a water leak somewhere on my property.  After 3 plumber visits and outrageous estimates I finally found this guy TOM to fix my water main leak.  He did very good work, cleaned up everything and left my yard like it had never been destroyed, and his prices were very competitive. While I had him on property, I went ahead and replaced my 11 year old hot water heater. He also did an outstanding job with that and replaced all of the connections and everything and it's beautiful. It's rare to find a good and honest and clean worker who shows up and finishes the work perfectly. I highly recommend Tom for your plumbing needs.

I called A & H  due to a leak.  They came out within 3 hours and repaired the leak for a VERY fair price.  Armando also helped us problem-solve a few other issues without extra cost.  Best plumbing service I have experienced in my 28+ years living in Las Vegas!

Pete and his plumber came out two hours before scheduled and fixed the problem less than 20 min. Their service is affordable and excellent. Had another problem n Pete quickly had a solution and it was free!! Pete is the man to call for any problems! I will definitely recommend his service to anyone!

These guys were great, punctual and professional. The owner took our call on the weekend and sent someone right out to help us when our main line broke. No price gouging or emergency fees. Would definitely recommend and will use them if need be in the future.

I was in a panic when one of my AC units stopped working at my school. For obvious reasons we have kids in the building and it was getting warm quickly. It was one of those bad luck situations, as soon as it was a warm day in vegas and we needed to kick on the AC for the first time in months it went out on us. I originally called the HVAC company that the landlord of my commercial building required me to deal with, although they came out and inspected the problem that's about all they did, they couldn't give me pricing for a new unit and told me the office manager would have to call, I explained it is urgent so if they could get it over quickly I would be so grateful, in our line of work we do have regulations about indoor temps and risked having to close down if we couldn't get this handled. Needless to say by the end of the day I still didn't get a call or pricing to get the ball rolling on the repair. By the next morning I had it with trying to deal with that company and called mechanical express they came out in less than an hour, inspected the unit, gave me the run down of the problem and my options less than an hour later I had a detailed quote, the other company finally got me a quote and they were almost $4,000 more than Mechanical Express they had all kinds of questionable charges and then couldn't even get the job done until 3-4 days later which wasn't going to work for us. I went with mechanical express and I'm so happy I did. Tammy from the office was pleasant to communicate with, Cameron the technician was great, and understanding of how important it was to get this fixed, he even brought a portable unit and set it up in the classroom to help keep the room cool while awaiting the repair. The unit is on the roof so it required a crane etc, they completed the job on Saturday which
Was perfect since we were closed and it didn't hinder them or our school. Cameron even serviced our other unit to make sure it was in good repair and ready for the summer heat. They never charged me a service call to come out and look at the problem which is awesome because everyone else charges a fee, even the company I first called tried ripping me off and charging me $90 an hour for inspecting the unit and tried to say it took the tech 2 hours to inspect but I have cameras and proved they arrived and departed within 40 minutes and I provided that proof and disputed the invoice now it's crickets from them and they won't address the incorrect billing and just keep sending an invoice for the 2 hours they didn't work. Needless to say I'll be using Mechanical express from now on for everything HVAC, and plumbing needed, they function and treat customers exactly how business' use to years ago, they value and respect their customers, provide a good, efficient, and timely service, and bill honestly. Hands down one of the best companies I've worked with in a long time. I have many more needs between my multiple schools and my own properties I'm already lining up the next job I need with them. Thank you mechanical Express for taking our needs seriously and working diligently to get our classrooms cool and comfortable again for our students. Thank you for showing me respect as your customer and understanding the urgency of it all along with giving me a reasonable price for a new AC Unit and install. I highly recommend this company!

Thank you Nationwide Plumbing! It is always nice to get great service at a great price. David helped me out with my water heater in a very quick timely manner while also being very kind in which I am thankful for. So I would definitely be using their services in the future for now on, and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services done.

I never like giving a review to a company that's so negative but the 1-star as I'll explain is quite deserved.

After repeatedly trying to clear a blockage of my guest shower drain( in fact, nothing was draining on that side of the house ), I gave in a called this company on the recommendation of a friend. The plumber showed up in the time frame they said he would. He was polite and listened to what was going on and explained he'd need to come in from the drain access on the outside of the house. Once we found the access he started working and I left him to it.

I don't think it was even 25 or so minutes later that his manager showed up. I say that because I'd prefer to call him a plumbing hit man. He started right off with this rapid fire explanation of how I had this problem but I was lucky because his company offered a service to fix the blockage in my main drain line but that they could possibly get my homeowners insurance to pay for it. He took me in the house and showed me where the pipe was where they'd need to dig into the concrete subfloor to get to the problem. Mind you, up to this point AT NO TIME did they tell me the problem was already fixed and everything was draining fine.

When I started asking questions about the cost and the exact problem he was being evasive with answers. He then took me outside where they put the camera down the pipe and he kept trying to show me where there was a problem but I couldn't see any problems ( I'm not a plumber but I'm no way stupid ). Again, they STILL haven't told me everything is draining. We went back into the house and I asked why we couldn't get to the blockage ( I was still under the assumption it was still blocked and, seemingly, that we couldn't reach the blockage from the outside. ) from a couple points inside the house.

It was at this point the manager started getting irritated I kept asking questions and at one point intimated I wouldn't understand the problem and that I couldn't even if he tried to explain. I completely lost it and told him to get the heck ( I used much harsher language ) out of my house. I had to walk outside I was so freaking angry. When I came back in the tech/plumber FINALLY told me everything was draining fine but just to be careful what gets flushed in the future. Insane.

So yeah, my recommendation is to never, ever call this place unless you want to get sold bs work you don't need or deal with, sorry, a real A-hole who doesn't want to deal with your questions or your utter ignorance of plumbing issues.
