These guys were great for me too. They were dispatched by warranty company. Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and came back same day with part to fix it.

So far the best experience out of all of the companies dispatched by Old Republic.

Best plumbing company in Vegas , very professional service. Highly recommend Nick, he changed our water heater and showed up on time at 8 in the morning. He fixed all our problems in a jiffy and prices are great. Not a lot of other companies can come that early so we really appreciate it.

A to Z were true professionals.  They were on time, helpful and most of all honest.  There was no pressure to go with their services and insisted to get another estimate, so that we feel 100% comfortable.  They were easy to contact and always on time.  They let us know our options and exact amount.  No surprises.  Thank you for you help and I definitely recommend A to Z.  They do an awesome job!

I have been using Borghoff for many many years. They have always been reasonable. Every time I called other Companies I always felt ripped off after paying hundreds of dollars and hearing that I need to replace my air conditioners when they were 10 years old. started using Borghoff and I can honestly say I was surprised each time the charge was always less than $150. They told me I didn't need new air conditioner s and actually kept them going for an additional 10 years. A couple years ago after 20 years of service my 4 ton air conditioner died. They came out quickly and replaced it. The price was reasonable too. They were honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace my other 3 ton unit yet and kept it going for two more years. I just had them out yesterday to finally replace the 22 year old unit. Again they were speedy and VERY reasonably priced during this Covid crisis. Borghoff is a very HONEST company. I will always use them and refer all my family and friends to them.

Our irrigation anti-siphon valve was leaking real bad and our water bill was huge!

Great service- had a problem that was difficult to diagnose- they stayed on it till they figured it out & then fixed it.  Great job.

This place is a joke don't ever go to them for help they will rip you off! Charged me for digging when I dug the whole trench, and to top it off they're extremely rude and not professional.

Had a minor issue with a part on my kitchen sink, they only charged me $45 instead of the $75 service fee and offered to come back free of charge if it breaks again. They were able to come out the same day I called within a couple of hours.  Roy was very kind and professional. Will definitely be contacting them again for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioner needs.

We recently moved into a new condo in Lake Las Vegas. The filtered water spout in the kitchen sink was not just leaking, but because there's a special filtration system (new to us, likely not new to Nevada natives), the leak was also pressurized from a tank below the sink. So the leak was perpetual!

We had difficulty finding a recommended plumber who would provide service here. I was fortunate enough to catch a technician from Jack Dish who was providing a repair for a neighbor. So I called them!

Both Nate and John were both superb! Extremely knowledgeable about our entire system (reverse osmosis is completely foreign to me!). They replaced the water spout and also put in a new valve into the pressurized tank. The new filtered spout dispenses water much more quickly!

Needless to say, our future plumbing needs will go to one company and one company only -- Jack Dish Plumbing!

This company is poor. The home warranty sent them out, Initial appt time they call me and I don't answer as I am busy right at that moment. I call them back with in 10 mins they say the tech has already left and I have to re-schedule. I asked why didn't they RING the DOOR BELL. The response was they DON'T RING THE DOORBELL unless there's a note to do so. I re-schedule the tech flushes my 3 toilets and run my faucet for about 1 min. Then tells me my toilets are old and need to be replaced but he has to talk to the home warranty. I haven't heard from them since. I WOULD NOT USE THEM. I AM CALLING MY HOME WARRANTY TO BAN THEM AND CHANGING MY HOME WARRANTY TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR EVEN DOING BUSINESS SUCH A COMPANY AS THIS ON.

Contacted them to do a complete remodel of two bathrooms. Three consultation appointments were set up AND ALL THREE WERE NO-SHOWS! For the first appointment, they called to say they couldn't make it due to car trouble (fine, I get that), so we rescheduled for the next day. No call, no show. So we rescheduled for the following business day. Again, no call, no show. We're done. Not worth the aggravation.

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
