I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

We had water leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  After much run around from our home owners insurance. I looked online for  a plumber to fix the issue.  I found Active Plumbing and submitted a request for a quote.  This was at 7:30pm and got an immediate response.  Craig called me and we discussed the issue and he sent Isaac over the next day.  Isaac was very professional, explained what he was going to do and then found we needed to eventually fix the flooring around the toilet as well.  He proceeded to fix the issue and so far no leaks!  I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Our main water line broke and I requested an estimate on yelp. Israel was the first to respond and came out that same day to check it out. He came out that following day for the repair. The cost was far cheaper than other companies quoted. Israel's team team finished quickly and the work was top-knotch. I will absolutely use him for any future plumbing needs!

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

My Moen faucet handle was loose and we couldn't fix it so I called Moen for a replacement. Remember, you buy Moen for life. Anyway, I needed to find someone to install it for me.

My husband looked up some plumbers on Thumbtack and Anthony got back in touch with us quickly. He was available when I needed him.

He was prompt and texted me about 30 minutes prior to the arrival window to let me know he was on his way.

Anthony is very personable and friendly, chatting with me while he worked. He was able to finish the job in about 30 minutes and everything looks great.

This place is absolutely the worst. The plumber is very rude and did something that really unethical. I had some part inside of my shower that needed to be replaced. The plumber came in and started working. He drilled off my shower handle without even telling me and half hour later he came out and tell me that I have to pay him another 200 bucks for him to put the handle back on. I mean, wtf?! It is like I ask someone to fix something in my house, the guy break in my house, fix what is inside and ask me more money to replace the door he destroy. After a series of phone call to my title company where my house warranty was under and the manager of the company. They finally despatched the plumber to my house again. It is amazing how this shameless guy just walk in my house after trying to rip me off. It literally took him 5 minutes to put it back on, the part was only 15 dollars. What kind of labor charge 185 for 5 minutes? Do not choose this dishonest company, there are so many better plumbing company out there

I called another plumber but they couldn't come out so they recommended this place. I called them first thing in the morning and they came within several hours. They told me they would be there ASAP and then told me their service man was on the way. I wish they gave me more specific times.

They fixed my leaky shower in about 30 minutes. The plumber had the part in the truck. He was polite.

After he left, I Googled the part and found that I was charged about double what it was online (even after the teacher discount). I am a little upset about that but otherwise they did a fine job.

I had a terrible experience when my AC stopped working, but fortunately, Harry A. arrived promptly, assessed the problem, and fixed it within an hour. He was extremely helpful and well-informed, but what stood out the most was his down-to-earth demeanor and exceptional customer service. The entire team I interacted with provided excellent service, and I am grateful. Thank you!

These guys have done a few jobs for me now, from replacing faucets to all my water valves. They are a good deal, I got 10% off my service call. They are diligent in that, before the job started and water turned off, they made sure they had all the parts etc. Only then did they start work. Good people.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

Had a problem with an A/C system not delivering air thru one duct. Made an appointment and was advised owner Chad would be coming with one of the technicians. Arrival was exactly on time. Problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected: plenty of cool air thru all ducts. Excellent service by Chad and the technician - wish I remembered his name. A completely satisfied customer!

Besides doing a great job installing our toilets, they were easy to get along with and gives you some advise and pointers on why they do things and how to care for the stuffs to make sure it serves you well. Awful.  They came out to install my water heater purchase from Lowes.  Lowes contracts them out, which is a horrible business decision on their part.  They I stalled the water heater, and our water pressure went down.  Also, when taking a shower, if another hot water source is turned on, it goes down to a drip.  We never had this issue before the new water heater was installed.  I called Lowes.  The owner of Pain in the Pipe, Mike, came out.  I showed him the issue with the shower. He and another man went into the garage.  They came back a minute later to say it was the water softener.  If that were the case, why is the cold water pressure okay?  He said he was 99% sure that was the problem, otherwise I need a new regulator that is very costly.  I called the water softener company to service our equipment.  I told them the issue since the water heater install.  The water softener service man went over to check the work done on the water heater, apparently they didn't open the valves leading into the house all the way.  It was as simple as that.  I wouldn't trust Pain in the Pipe to do anything.  If the owner couldn't figure that out, but suggested I need a very expensive further repair, I am perfectly aware of their scam.  Beware.  Lowes is not smart to be doing business with them either.

I have a home warranty which referred them when I moved into my new house.  I thought I couldn't pick who I used and was stuck with them.  The girl in the office that answers the phone treated me like an idiot, and every time someone came out to fix my problems it was a different person.  5 months later I am still having some problems but fortunately found someone else through my warranty and they are wonderful! So I absolutely won't call 5 star again.  They need to fire the girl at the desk and start over!
