FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam!  Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Ricky, from Ice fixed both fireplaces in our home. He was efficient, competent, polite and professional, his work ethic is superior. This company sent the best to us, on the same day we called, we couldn't be happier with the service! Ricky worked over and above our expectations, he cleaned the glass, vacuumed the inside of the fireplaces, cleaned up after he finished and left the fireplaces like new. Horrible we get it fixed for over $2,500 in August last year because we were in lake Tahoe and our ac unit froze and they said there were leaks we shut it off in September come june 2023 turned it back on froze up was blowing always way hotter then the temperature we had set call them up he comes out tells us its blower motor need to replace control module etc...ridiculous price tries to talk us into new unit for $8,000 and he will wave the $59 service we pass i pay the fee call yes air-conditioning come out tell me its the contol module and thermostat get it fixed thing is working like a champ call them back about our warranty have them come out this week but i had my friend here who owns a company i just then to double check the leaks the lady tells me the $59 fee is covered under warranty so he comes out doesn't do nothing talks with my friend i say the lady said the fee is covered under warranty remind you last month early June came out misquoted tried talking us into a $8,000 new ac when ours is only 6 years old i always maintain change the filter every few months etc...so i leave heading to the gym gisela calls me for the $59 threatens to put a lean on our house if we don't pay it etc...especially after i told her the girl said it was covered warranty and after being misquoted plus ripped off etc..bad business

I am doing a remodel of my backyard and needed a plumber to install natural gas lines from my meter to my backyard. I am adding a fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The total length was 115 feet. After having 3 plumbing companies give me estimates then up the price when getting ready to start the job because they said they had to install the pipes differently then what they had agreed on. Their prices went up $2000 more just on labor. I decided to dig the trenches myself and then I found Andrew the plumber and he agreed to complete the gas lines. He told me how to get the inspections done quickly and he gave me a fair price and stuck to his word. Andrew is not only a good plumber, but he is also and stand up guy. He takes pride in his work and explains things so you can understand what he is doing and why. I recommend Andrew to handle all your plumbing needs big and small. I will be using him for now on whenever I need a plumber. I will also, be telling all my friends and neighbors about him.

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! We recently had repairs completed on our house and over a short period of time encountered a back-up that could have quickly turned out much worse.  I worked for a homebuilder for many years and know what needs to be done to identify and address the source.
Walter was at the house in under an hour and he was able to eliminate the issue as well as identify another problem that we may have in the future due to the age of the home.  Being a woman, I have often encountered contractors who attempt to upsell or lie to me about resolutions with the intent to overcharge.  Because I have knowledge and experience in construction and building, I was very impressed at how Walter handles his business with honest and integrity at a fair price.  I feel comfortable referring Discount Drain Cleaning to my friends and family for their plumbing needs.

They did respond quickly to our request for a water heater replacement.  The cost was more than expected because they said we needed pipes replaced.  We agreed to this, so that is not a problem.  The problem lies in the recommendation of the installer to call out a restoration team.  He recommended we call Emergency Restoration Experts LLC.  We did, because we trusted him.  ERE,  LLC did come out right away, which seemed great to us at the moment.  I asked our water heater installer if we should wait to put the water heater up until they arrive, he said no, don't worry, they will take it down and put it back up... unfortunately they charged us $ 444.45 just for detach and reset of water heater... and that is the least of our complaints with the restoration company.  It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them ever since, and their services, which they said not to worry- it would be covered by insurance; has far exceeded what insurance would pay and we are out of pocket for their ridiculous charges.  I understand this review is on Vegas Plumbing Service, but we never would have been introduced to the mitigation company without the recommendation of our water heater installer.

I called to inquire about rates to have a tech come out and check out my system, and had the pleasure of speaking with Amber. She was so incredibly helpful and was able to give me some tips over the phone to remedy my situation without needing to have a tech come out first, and it worked! Maybe not a permanent fix, but it got my system working again for the time being. Although I haven't had to use their services yet, they will be the first ones I call when I do! Thank you, Amber!!
