After asking around for a recommendation from neighbors the replies were if you find some one good let me know. So I went to Yelp and read reviews for Dan, my call was returned promptly and we set up a time for the next day. Dan called me the next morning to say he was on the way. I had a slow draining kitchen sink and as we are selling the house we wanted to be sure the new owner would have no drain problems. Dan snaked all of the house lines and the main sewer to the city line. Fast, efficient and he cleaned up when he was done and all for a very reasonable price. I'm telling the neighbors and I'll tell you, Dan's the man!

The flange cracked under our toilet, I run a daycare and needed it fix ASAP, Matt was here within a hour of our call, looked what he needed and had it repaired within three hours, it was a mess from what the builder had done under the floor so lot more work was involved.  He worked late till after 6 to get it completed.  He does great work, we've used in the past to snake out our kitchen sink pipes, same great service then too....Thank You Matt.

Lost all water to my house and acreage on a Saturday. Called Harper Well and Plumbing and they answered and said they would be there in an hour. Father and son showed up in 45 minutes. They identified the problem immediately and were able to make things work until the new tank can be installed next week.  Fast, professional, and trustworthy. Thanks guys!

After Mike replaced my water heater, he put the old one out on the lawn and said it would  be picked up today or tomorrow.  After six days, I called to remind him.  He made excuses and promised to pick it up that day.  After another day, I called again, and got the same response.  The third time I called, he just sent me straight to voice mail and never returned my call.  After 11 days I had to pay a guy with a pick-up $30.00 to haul it off...something that was part of the job I'd already paid Mike for.  This was an unsatisfactory and inexcusable way for someone to conduct business, and I cannot recommend him.

Very rude on the phone. I couldnt understand their system.  I asked again. She tried to explain and stressed each word she said and hung up the phone very rudely and loudly . I hate bad business service.

When we turned on our sprinkler system this year, there was a little hole in our above ground pipe to the sprinkler system. We called these guys and asked if they could fix it. Definitely should have asked for a cost before-hand because they came to Waverly to fix it and charged us $287.50 for 15 minutes of work on a pipe that is above ground. We called to ask for an invoice breaking down the charges and she said they couldn't provide that. She said they just have a flat fee they charge for going out of town. I asked if it was a $250 charge for going out of town and $30 for the repair and she said I told you, I can't break it down for you. That's just our charge. We definitely will ask for a cost next time... but it won't be with these guys... that's for sure.

They finished the job better than any previous businesses. Came back when I had a question. 2month guarantee.

they drove 3 miles to get here. did no repair work. charged 170$. didn't even provide a written bill or email. completely took advantage of my 94 year old grandma. considering filing complaint with BBB

My main line was backing up because of tree roots and needed it cleared out. They post online that this service is $200 for the first hour and prorate the hourly cost after that at $150. The techs were at my house (pulling up and leaving time) for 59 minutes (found the footage on my doorbell camera). BUT we got billed $300! They state because of the 7-minute drive time they went over the hour and only prorate by half hour (so the bill is still $25 higher than what they post online)! So, I got charged $100 for a 7-minute drive! This is not right, and a very poor business practice. Because of this I will never use the company again or recommend them to anyone. The service itself was fine, and they got everything done as expected (left a mess but I can look past that). But to charge $100 for a 7-minute drive I cannot look past! STAY AWAY

bad customer service. Technician made a mess and did not resolve the issue. Spent three days replacing parts only to find the solution was ridiculously simply. Wasted money and time. Issue still not resolved. Work with someone else if possible. Unprofessional all around
