Awesome job!  Called early morning and he was able to come out that day at 10:15.  Fixed both problems:  a dishwasher not draining and and outdoor faucet that wasn't working.  Ended up being under $200 for both!!  Gave prices upfront and explained everything he did.

Quoted me $224.00 to snake a kitchen sink. Lol. Are people stupid enough to actually pay that? I went to Lowes, bought a 25' snake for 15 bucks and did it myself, drains like a champ. Shame on you all for ripping people off.

Logan came to our house last Friday to draw a gas line from our attic down to our kitchen so we can have our gas stove . He is polite professional and protective of your property while he works. I told him he is the only one contractor that I have seen that cleans up after himself as if I would have done. He said when he was training to be come a plumber his old teacher told him leave the house as if you have never been there. He cut the dry wall to the smallest possible cut so the damage would be minimal and also helped me patch the wall back. As you see in the picture. Pricing is very fair . He is punctual and communicative so you won't feel left out. A great craftsman and even greater human being. Thank you Logan

Plumbers are never cheap. Service One is no exception to that. They charge $85 an hour plus materials. But if you can't get cheap, you definitely want fast because that keeps the hours from getting out of hand. The plumber came out and was fast and efficient. He had the job done in less than an hour, and while I was still out a Franklin, it wasn't several Franklins.

This was the first time I had ever used Yelp's service for finding a business. It was super easy. I just entered the problem I was having, and three plumbing services were notified. Service One got back with me that night, within about a hour of my submission. Two other plumbing businesses contacted me the next morning. I went with Service One because they were so quick to get back with me, and I like businesses that respond quickly. Rates between the three were all pretty close, although Service One had the other two beaten by a small margin.

I really liked the plumber, Steve. I explained to him the problem, he immediately told me two possible solutions, and got to work. Luckily, the issue was a quick one to fix, and he had the job done in around a half an hour. He even explained to me a possible solution and cost to a separate issue I was having that did not immediately need to be resolved.

Billing is a little different with Service One. You don't pay the plumber. A bill shows up in the mail a day or two after the service. It's a little strange, as you don't know the exact charge until you get the bill after the fact, but was a minor issue to me. I would definitely use them again.

Alex was on time, professional, polite, efficient, and able to resolve our issues.  I really liked the fact that our invoice listed a very detailed description of the work he did, demonstrating that this company strives for transparency so there won't be any misunderstanding between customer, technician, and company.  In addition to the simple repair he made on our HVAC system, he conducted a check on the freon levels in our air conditioner.  His check showed we were extremely low.  As he was about to put in the freon, he discovered that his first check was erroneous.  Our freon was perfect.  Though we had accepted we were about to purchase more freon at a hefty price and Alex could've pulled the wool over our eyes at that point, he informed us our freon levels were fine.  Such honesty is so refreshing.  We were so impressed with his service that we purchased a maintenance plan for regular semi-yearly checkups and cleanings.  Plus, we will recommend your company to friends and family.

My experience with Lexington Irrigation was disappointing and pathetic..  The owner spent over three hours at the proposed work site, but did not send a proposal, which he said was in progress.  To date nothing has been received.  Upon contacting him regarding the proposal, I was informed that this conversation is over and I do not want your business.....  Mind you he had me speak with a current client of his regarding another business that he disparaged for over twenty minutes with malicious criticisms and negative comments...
