We had an issue with our downstairs unit changing from cool to heat without any explanation. Keep in mind it's the middle of the summer and the temperatures outside are 80°+. Beasley's received a call from our rental company and was at our home within an hour. It was around 5 pm when they came out which is normally after hours so I was impressed that they responded so quickly. He came out and immediately recognized that our compressor had gone out on not only our downstairs unit but also our upstairs unit as well in which he replaced both. He also replaced our Hunter brand programmable thermostat which had been giving us a few problems. If anyone has any ac needs, I'd definitely recommend this company. They're quick and very professional. It took him less than an hour to diagnose and fix all of these issues.

Very high level of friendliness and professionalism when I asked about using their complimentary electric vehicle charger outside the business, even though I wasn't purchasing something. Maybe I read too much into things like this, but I think interactions like that where a business has nothing clear to gain from an interaction and is still generous, kind (everyone working the store I talked to was very friendly), and helpful say a lot about the business. So I'd recommend the company strongly based on this experience!

How I wish I was in Nashville or Light Up Nashville was here in Houston!! I am   planning to have lights placed on the exterior of my house. A neighbor has lights on his home and several coworkers have given me info on other companies to get quotes from. Well, while searching the web last night for a bit more insight and to look at images, I stumbled upon Light Up Nashville! OMG how grateful I am for their website. Great guys who do great work. We had a lot of electrical issues with our 1912 Victorian and they helped us work through them with ease. They broke a step on our deck during the process but happily replaced it. Would recommend!
