Best Electricians in United States
Reached out to Allred through Yelp for a quote. Their communication was a bit slow to get an estimate appointment scheduled. We finally got it scheduled and they no-showed for the appointment. I appreciate that this industry is very busy right now, but that's no excuse for bad customer service.

Fantastic work! We had Brian out to help with 2 minor issues and one major. The minor issues were fixed quickly and the major one was also fixed. We greatly appreciate the help. He wore a mask the whole time and was very kind.

We needed to install a new electrical outlet in the bathroom for a new Toto Washlet Toilet; also, needed to upgrade lighting in our Kitchen and add lighting to a closet. Bryan promptly returned my call and scheduled an onsite visit to assess our needs and provide an estimate; he provided good solutions and a reasonable cost estimate. The work was performed by a professional crew of three and completed in less than a day; the crew managed some unexpected issues and readily found solutions in an efficient way. The work performed was excellent and we would definitely call Big Dog for our next electrical project.

Never thought I'd have need for an electrician, but I put the word out and my contact referred me to this company. Best call I ever made. Was fortunate to get same-day service. Prompt, professional, personable, and courteous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crimson City Electric. THANK YOU CCE!

Ian Cleary of Austec Electric has been our electrician for three years, since we bought our home in Shoreline. He was recommended to us by a friend after he re-wired their home. Since the first time we hired him, my impression is that Ian is friendly, professional and does great work. We've had him replace fixtures, install much needed overhead lighting in our basement, and rewire and update circuits. He responds quickly and completes work promptly. We're very happy to have a go-to electrical professional who we trust and highly recommend him!

I am so grateful for B & G Electrical and specifically for John and Rafael. I have been trying to get a chandelier installed for months and have tried three different electricians with three different bids and had no luck. I had no idea installing a chandelier on a twenty foot ceiling would have been such a huge ordeal.
Then comes B & G electrical. I was so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and I am so happy with the finished product. I wish I would've found them earlier! I highly recommend their services! Best of the best!

Great Customer service. Got an awesome deal on our Sputnik light. We just got lucky, but definitely worth the trip. It is a clearance center so you just never know.

As a home owner for the past 25 years (with 5 houses over that time), I have had some electrical issues and this firm is outstanding.
Wonderful staff, responsive, on time, reasonable rates, and excellent problem solvers.

Found these guys on thumbtack. They responded very quickly and were easy to schedule with. They came out and did the job well (replacing lights on the ceiling of my garage.) Their cost was reasonable / fitting of the job. I would / and will use them again when I have another need.
I can't put it better than that.
I hope I don't have to use them again soon.. but when I do I'm glad to have confidence that I have a good company to turn to.
Hope that is helpful to others.

TLDR/ Service: Excellent, Work Quality: Superb, Price: Comparable, Verdict: Call Them Now! Mike Dalton, the owner and master electrician of MAD Energy NW is a real gem. He efficiently diagnosed my various electrical issues and gave me a fair quote for the copious amount of work my 1970's condo needed to be brought into this century. With an attention to detail you don't see often in construction and a level of customer service that astounded me, he blew my expectations out of the water and has made my home look and feel like a whole new place. He walked me through lighting choices, and even gave me the opportunity to provide my own fixtures, if I wanted to. I will call him again for any future electrical needs and I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future. If you are looking for a quality electrician who will do a job that will stand the test of time, look no further, Mike and MAD Energy should be your first, and only call. Don't take my word for it, call him now.

Wonderful communication, installation, and final result. We've used HLP at two different times over the last 4 years and the result is always stellar. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Boo. As a female, it can be really scary to have service people come to your house. Boo was super honest, does great work and has great customer service. I would recommend her to all my friends.

We're just wrapping up a kitchen remodel, and our contractor used All Wire for the electrical work. First, they cut 10 or 12 4 holes across our garage ceiling to run some new wiring, and just left the holes open -- if they were going to do that, I would have rather they just run conduit across the garage. Then we failed the electrical inspection, for things like not having a GFI outlet near the sink, running plain romex cable or whatever in the island when it was supposed to be inside metal conduit, not grounding the electrical outlets, etc. Electrician 101 kind of stuff, it seems like. And when they came out today to fix the stuff that was flagged by the inspector, they sent the same guy out of course, and this time, he put a couple gouges in our brand @#$%ing new cabinets.
To be fair, the city of Bellevue inspector said, Wow, we don't usually see problems like this with this company, so maybe it was just one bad employee and you'll have better luck than we did (I hope you do). And of the other reviews of this company on this page, there's a 2 star review that calls out this same employee by name, and the other reviews are 5 stars. So if you use this company, you'll probably be fine as long as you tell them not to send Colin.

Daulot is a gem. Super nice and an all around genuine person. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Prices are also reasonable based on calling around to other shops. I highly recommend him for your electrician work in Ballard and beyond!

responsive & pleasant person answered the phone and scheduled our service. Dan came out, serviced our furnace and very helpfully answered all my questions. I will call on them again and recommend.

A complete and total rip-off. The service technician indicated the problem with my heat pump was a bad capacitor. He quoted me a total of $950.00 including tax for the repair. He stated the capacitor alone was $780.00. While standing there I checked the part number on Amazon for the exact part. Amazon's price was $27.45 (see below) for the identical part he was holding in his hand. I showed him my screen and he just shrugged and said yea, we're a little high.

In my opinion this company is a poor example of honesty and honor.

Always took the easy option and refused to do any of my requests. Then they sent me a bill that is 50% over the estimate in the mail. Other than that they got the job done, and the general quality seems good.

It looked promising from the street. Upon entering, you are overwhelmed by the huge selection. Many LED and CFL fixtures. Several more traditional and retro fixtures are present as well. There were house numbers, locks and door knobs. We walked around the store for about 30 minutes. Lots of high end lighting and sale items. What there wasn't was help. Three other people were shopping in the store. Four or so employees were present and never asked if we needed help. Maybe I'll wear flashy clothes and a big watch next time. I'll chalk it up to a bad day and I'll go back. As they had a big selection.

South West plumbing come out to address a partial toilet
blockage. After initial diagnosis I was told that in order to
determine the cause of blockage, the toilet will need to be removed,
for an additional cost. When that was done, water was poured down the
drainage and it did not immediately block. Therefore, the diagnosis
provided was that the problem was isolated to the bowl of the toilet. The cost of service was $453.60 plus tax.
As a result of the diagnosis, I purchased a replacement toilet and had
it installed by another company. In the process of installation, it
was discovered that the blockage was actually in the drainage (not the
original toilet), and it was addressed through conventional augering.
So, the outcome of the mistaken diagnosis was to have me replace a
fairly new toilet (2 years old) and still have to address the blockage
issue. In effect, the diagnosis provided to me by Southwest was
incorrect and of no value at all.
The above summary was sent to the company on 11/12/2021, and two weeks later, they have yet to respond. They did send me a Christmas card, though. That got dropped into the recycling bin.
