I am an investor and a real estate broker, I have been hiring electrician all the time, and I found D & A Electric's  is the most trustworthy company and Ruben is the best.

He was professional and trustworthy and did a great job on my all kinds of electrical projects.

Ruben was a great help to me. His work was efficient and professional.. Price was very reasonable.

Hired Jared to install new recessed lighting in our living room. He was responsive from the beginning and was able to line up a date to get the job done faster than anybody else. We contacted him 2 days after the job was done to see about swapping out the lighting units for a different hue of light. He was out the next morning and swapped them no questions asked. I would highly recommend Pacific Electric for the job.

SeaTown did a phenomenal job for my clients in a timely manner. We were in a tight bind due to a permit topic that came up before closing, but SeaTown went out of their way to assess the issue and make sure the work was done in a professional and timely manner. My neighbor recommended Nick and Pax Electric to me recently. Nick came out to do the wiring for my hot tub, add a much-needed light to my outdoor shed, and added another electrical outlet outdoors for my Christmas lights.

Nick was a great communicator, emailing promptly, explaining each step of the process, and letting me know when he'd arrive. He cheerfully dug a giant trench in my yard for my hot tub power outlet, worked in the rain, and completed the job on time and for a fair price. He also helped me with the permitting process and let me know when the county inspector would come out.

I will definitely use Pax Electric again for my electrician needs!

I hired Electri-city's services to install a pair of Tesla electric car chargers on a single breaker using the load-sharing feature of the updated Tesla wall connector model released in early 2016. My installation was complicated by the fact that my home already had a backup power generator with an automatic transfer switch to keep my home powered during grid outages, but the system didn't have enough power to run the wall connectors at the same time, and in any event Tesla explicitly cautioned against using their hardware with private generators.

Electri-city went beyond my expectations by researching the problem and discussing it with Tesla representatives directly, and they eventually found a solution by using a rare type of breaker that they ordered from some place in Las Vegas. The work was completed a couple months ago and their solution has been working well. By contrast, the other local electrician firm that I got a quote from didn't make any attempt to find a solution to the generator issue AND quoted a higher cost for the job (which would have excluded the special breaker that Electri-city used). So Electri-city provided better service at a lower price.

It did however take Electri-city a couple months to figure out how to handle my situation, and they also had to come back after the installation to add additional bushings after the permit inspection, so it wasn't perfect, but overall I am very happy with Electri-city's service.

The electrician I talked to was the person who did the work. I just hate talking to some charming front person, only to discover the actual electrician is someone else, who grunts for speech and cares even less for the quality of the work. Responsive...didn't make me wait days and days, and arrived on time. VERY knowledgeable. Spent the time to listen and advise. Middle of the pack on cost. Careful of my home and belongings. Best Built stands behind their work.

I hired Best Built after interviewing companies to set up an emergency generator for my home. Other companies had agendas...specific products they sell. Brian covered ALL possibilities, discussing usability, life-time of products, costs, difficulty to install...the whole  range of possibilities, both positive and negative. It took time, something the other reps were not willing to or knowledgeable enough to do, I guess. I am happy with the decision I made because my own research matched the info he provided, plus he had plenty of additional information and tips. After that, I have needed an electrician twice: to install an emergency telephone in the basement and to repair a house wiring problem (old house...many things to go wrong). My home received the same respect for those much smaller jobs as it received on the larger, more costly, generator installation. And everything works perfectly.

Great company to work with.  I sent a very detailed request as to my need, I was called almost immediately.  I was told I'd be charged by the hour and the technicians would be at my house at 7:00 A.M.  They showed up on time, with mask, very knowledgeable ...and didn't get on their phones once.  

Job was finished a lot sooner than I had anticipated, and I was an electrician many years ago.

I called Dickson in a panic... I am having a wedding at my house in less than two weeks and had power loss in part of my house! I had called several other electricians and none would be able to assist me for several weeks. Liz was able to get someone out the next day and they fixed the issue in 30 min or so! They will be my first call next time!

I got home from Christmas out of town and used yelp to provide some suggestions. Tapps Electric responed first with a good time and solution to my problem. Daniel was here early-discovered the problem immediately. He fixed
my issue and i received recommendations from Will informing me of future projects that needed to be done in the near future.

I highly recommend Amped Electric! I had a CGFI that kept tripping in my kitchen and they came and fixed the issue within 24 hours. After being blown off by another electrician the day before I was feeling really defeated but Amped lived up to their word and now my oven works and I'm not ordering delivery! Thanks again Amped you guys are the best!

Cisco electric is amazing! Frankie is a great scheduler and must treat his electricians well because they are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explain things well and keep to the schedule better than most people we work with. I very much appreciate their service.

My gas dryer finally died and I wanted to bring my new electric dryer into the house. I called Mike on Tuesday at 2pm and he fit me on on Wednesday at 3pm. He's a very genuine contractor, and was able to give me a ballpark figure over the phone. He had everything done in less than 2 hours, including moving out the old dryer and moving in the new one. I will recommend to others and I will call him back if and when the need arises.

Pat came to help me rectify a light fixture that stopped working. He was extremely professional but still very friendly and personable.  He took the time to explain what he was doing, how he diagnosed the problem and the ultimate solution. He also asked me towards the end of the repair weather I was comfortable finishing it (mostly busy work) which helped save time and cost. He ended up rounding down on the time used and was very reasonably priced.

Pat will definitely be our go to electrician in Seattle.

I called for a quote to have recessed lighting and ceiling fan installation done to our new home this past summer and these guys delivered great work. The quote was right in line with what I had in mind but their attention to detail was what stood out to me. Can't recommend them enough for your electrical needs.

Charlie is unreliable. Promises to return to complete a job which he had been paid for then reneges when asked to complete. I have a hole above my panel he left. When I Called him all he wanted to do is whine about how bad he has it. When I pressed him on finishing what he started, he hangs up.  When he left after the first and only time here, there was insulation tracked all over upstairs which I had to clean up.

UPDATE: 2/13/17 - Charlie had also promised a $100 refund in his response to my complaint to Consumer Affairs. He has yet to make good on that promise.  Although his response letter was factually incorrect, I should have expected as much. He claims I became irate. In the end, you bet I was angry because I could not get a straight answer from him when I asked how soon he could come back to complete the job! 3x I asked and he tried talking over me. Note to Charlie, don't hang up on your customer. Part of customer service is LISTENING to your customer. You did not listen to me. This whole  thing could have been avoided had you listened to my question, which was merely, How soon? It really is immaterial to the customer what your problems are. All they want to know is when you can do the job. That is all I wanted to know.

I used Varsity to change out some exterior light fixtures at my house.  NOt only did they do it quickly, and for a great price, but they showed up on time and were very personable.  Highly Recommended!
