Excellent electrician! Very fast service, punctual on arrival and very friendly. I had a 50A RV plug installed and was very impressed by the level of service received. A++

After reading all the rave reviews, I decided to contact Dan, but his voicemail was full. I noticed he included his email address via the web site, so I contacted him via email to let him know I was unable to reach him via phone due to a full box.

It has been over a week, and still no call.

I'll be looking elsewhere for an electrician who is responsive to his potential customers.

I was referred to Doug by another electrician in the area. I gave Doug a call and asked if he was available for a same-day repair.  Rather than scheduling an appointment, he asked me to walk him through the problem (kitchen lights would not go on after installing a new ceiling light fixture).

He gave step by step suggestions and was able to figure out the problem without ever coming onsite. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was more concerned about helping me solve the problem than just making money.

Although I haven't seen his work firsthand yet, I won't hesitate to call Doug for future electrical projects or repairs.

We had a streak of bad luck (or bad service) with our natural gas generator.  We started with SME Electrical (see below) and ended with D Square Energy saving the day and a ton of money.

Background/cautionary tale/rant:

Our generator worked fine until this spring when the power went out and it wouldn't start. We had SME Electrical come out in September and they found that the natural gas line was kinked and also said that it needed service. We were SHOCKED when we got the $500 bill. (They also overbilled their hours which they agreed to partially refund.  After much prodding, they sent us a $60 refund check.)

The generator ran the weekly maintenance routine for three weeks and then would not fire up for the following week's maintenance run. I called SME and asked for them to send someone out (free of charge) since we paid them so much money to get it in tip-top shape less than a month prior. They stated that their new minimum was $260 and that would be the fee to send a tech out. I told them that that sounded like the policy of a company who doesn't stand behind their work. After much back and forth, they agreed to send someone out at no cost to troubleshoot. They stated that if the fix was a warranty issue, it would be free. If it was not a warranty issue, then we would have the option to decline service.

The technician thought the battery may be dead. I asked if battery strength would be tested during a $500 routine service. He said probably not (huh?). He didn't have a spare battery, so we pulled one out of our VW to troubleshoot with. It didn't fix the issue. After 2 more hours of phone calls and banging with tools, the technician informed me that the issue is that electricity is flowing to the fuel regulator but the fuel regulator is not making the noise to indicate that it is opening. He claims that the tech that serviced it DID perform this test (but didn't check something as basic as battery strength?) and documented that the fuel regulator was working well when serviced (this is questionable to me considering they don't even check the battery) and therefore is not a warranty issue. (Surprise, surprise!)

We asked neighbors via Nextdoor.com for suggestions and they recommended D Square Energy.  They came out today and fixed the generator in 45 minutes!  YAY!  :)

The previous company (SME Electrical) had quoted an additional ~$700+ to replace the fuel regulator.  The cause of the problem was NOT a faulty fuel regulator as SME said, it was a dirty carburetor that needed to be cleaned.  Simple fix and no parts required!

I highly recommend D Square and will use them again in the future for all of our generator related needs.

I am a homeowner living in Phinney.  I have done business with Zach for about five years now.  His business is local and he started out with only one truck.  Since I have known him, his business has grown, but I continue to get the same, high-quality service from Exact that I have come to expect.   I attribute his success to his strong work ethic, commitment to doing the job right the first time and to his honesty.

Let me give you specifics.  I have an old house.  I don't want to work with electricians that like to cut open walls without talking to me first and thinking things through.  We needed help installing a light fixture and adding outlets upstairs.  It was a tricky task.  Zach planned his approach and discussed it with me.  He ran romex through the attic and was careful to minimize cutting into walls.  Zach installed the outlets without a hitch.  The outlets have worked perfectly ever since and the light fixture he did for me looks terrific.  I like that Zach listened to me and my concerns before starting the work and that he explained his plan to me ahead of time.    He never tried to up-charge or up-sell me on anything.  I recommend him to you without reservation.

We needed 70 feet of mostly below ground wiring for a hot tub. Price was fair, job professionally done and cleanup after was spotless. EZ will be my go to company for electrical work for now on. Wish we had known about them years ago.

They did a great job, had to stay on top of communication a bit.  Though they came under the cost of the estimate because they were able to fix some weird messed up things the previous electrician did instead of a full replacement.  I would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brett, and I can confidently say that he is the best electrician I've ever worked with! Being new to WA, I wasn't familiar with any electricial specialists. I'm so happy I called Polarity Electric to help me with my electrical issues! They returned my phone call the same day and scheduled an appointment at my convenience.  Tony arrived on time and had everything he needed in his work van.  He repaired the ceiling fan which wasn't working correctly and also helped me with a few dimmer switches which were not working at all. The outlets in my townhouse were so outdated, he switched those all out for me too.  Tony was very knowledgeable and he also worked quickly and efficiently which I was grateful for as I had another appointment later that same day. Highly recommend Polarity to anyone needing electric work!!

We have had the folks from Kwality come and do a good amount of work on our properties.  They have done work from fixing the wiring in appliances to wiring in new lighting.  Very good quality work and they always make sure to clean after themselves after a job.  I would recommend them 100%!

I called six other electricians. Most of them couldn't even answer the phone. I ended up speaking to a representative at Parker Brothers and they not only stopped what they were doing and came down and help us but they also did it on budget and on time. The job was clean the workers courteous and helpful and the price was well within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician at an amazing price. You just don't find companies like this anymore.

Best experience in having work done on my house. Everything from the permitting process was handled by them. Great work and extremely reasonable price. Staff was covid aware and kept my house clean and safe. I am planning on having them do more work for me. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable, timely, and assisted with the permitting process to help facilitate the project. Even before I had contracted them, they were helpful with decisions that needed to be made. When the project was scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the project. Completed within schedule and within estimate. That's all one needs.  The project was located on Bainbridge Island, have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Seattle, Washington (Queen Anne) Electrician.   Did a fabulous job on a 240 volt electric car charing station for my home.  He started and finished the project on time.  Kept to the estimated budget.  Highly professional and reliable.

We hired PK Electric to install an outlet to charge an electric car.  I called around 8 electrician businesses to get quotes and not only did PK Electric have the best price, they were available the soonest.

Additionally, Michelle was always very courteous on the phone and handled the scheduling and job perfectly.  The electrician showed up exactly as promised on time and the job came in exactly as estimated. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for future electrical jobs.

Chris from POP Electric is GREAT.  He worked quietly, quickly, with skill and  competence and inspiring trust.  Truly, he is also a very nice man.  The quality of the work, the reputation and ratings of POP are widely known, so in this booming building economy, their schedule is tight.  Nevertheless, they WILL return your call and get to your project.  They are well worth any wait.  

(We completely gutted our kitchen; POP helped us every step of the way.)

The owner I believe, his name was Ceicl arrived to give us our bid on a job and smelt like marijuana. Which wasn't a big deal but was very unprofessional and was not the best first impression a company could leave.
Second issue which was the bigger issue to us was the lack of professionalism and communication throughout the job by the team. On top of the lack of communication the technicians had a poor attitude when questions were asked or when I stepped out to see how the work was going.
Would not recommend this company unless your looking for the cheapest route possible.
