Best Electricians in United States
Unfortunately I'm not reviewing the actual work of Milestone, but instead how they run the business. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate over three weeks in advance. The day of the appointment nobody showed up, called me, or even answered the phone when I called them. This was very disappointing, especially since I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment.
Although the previous reviews indicate they do good work, the lack of communication and follow through has sent me elsewhere looking for an electrician.

I echo the sentiments here. Brian is courteous, prompt, professional and very honest.

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

I have used NuTek multiples times and always had a great experience with them. They were on time, paid the price that was quoted and the work was excellent. I couldn't recommend them more especially if you're in the Gig Harbor area!

Ben fixed our kitchen lighting after a botched do-it-yourself attempt we made and have been living with for years now. Where our kitchen was a place of torture before due to flickering, overhead lights, it is now a calm oasis of soft yet bright light. Ben was in and out in a day and worked with us to find an affordable option for what we wanted.

Linder installed a generator transfer switch at my home. Jim Linder came out and did the quote. Very knowledgeable. Had some good ideas. Put together a good quote.
The guy doing the actual install was less impressive. Did not really clean up. My panel had six bolts holding the cover when he came and only four when he left (although I did find one on the floor later).
Pretty good about returning phone calls and emails. Came on time on the right day.
In the end I got a working system for a reasonable price.

I will preface this review by saying that I am expecting a scathing retort from them as they have done with every negative review.
In a nutshell, hired them to trouble shoot potential outlet problem, paid $165.14 for this. Then hired them to:
Run 30 amp dedicated circuit for dryer removing old dryer plug adding with remodel box behind dryer new plug about 20 foot run wall opening required including materials
They charged me $900 for this job. The tech verbally told me it would be 3-4 hours of work. In reality it took less then two, my bad for not making sure that was on the quote, as they didn't prorate for the shorter time. The office told me the tech quotes for the job and if the job goes over they wouldn't charge me more.
When my washer/dryer was delivered yesterday, lo and behold the tech installed a range outlet. Called him, he said he would be out at 8:00am to take care of it, he showed up but didn't have the part and has to go to the warehouse....didn't he do the work and know what he needed to do the job correctly? I was also told by the office personal that they would be replacing the incorrect outlet for free...it's not free, I paid $900 for a job to be done correctly!!!
Please think twice people and if you go with them get EVERYTHING the tech tells you in writing as they are the ones that set your pricing.
The rude office person will probably just rip me apart, but it shows their lack of customer service skills and understanding with people who spend their hard earned money.

Bearing Walls, (Dean Drew), was great to work with. He took on a small job with odd requirements: patching and matching an existing coved knock-down in a bathroom. He did a good job, put up with our changing schedules, and was very reasonably priced. He's on my list for when our next job comes up. Ed

I emailed about 7am. Received an email from Steve by 8. We set an appointment for 1-3 pm. Then Oreo called, he could come right then if that worked for us. It did and he arrived approximately half hour later. Oreo was wonderful. He checked the panel and a few of the outlets. Changed what needed replacing. He was quick, knowledgeable and competent. He suggested what to look for. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Wilderness Electric again when needed.

David is a mensch, and a careful, efficient and effective electrician. He responded to a sunny Sunday afternoon voicemail of distress in under 15 minutes and was at our location 15 minutes later. He diagnosed our issue carefully and after assuring himself that the fix wouldn't cause other problems, got the job done and the power running again.

Very honest helpful company. I had a GFI blow out yesterday and we have other wiring related issues in our 3 story house. He listened to all my issues but since they are 2 weeks out he said he thought we needed someone to come out sooner and gave me a recommendation to a competitor.
What better can you say of any contractor than they care more about their customers than a buck? I'll be recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends.

Twice this year Matt at Bird Electric responded quickly to an emergency situation at my rental house in Suquamish. The first time the mast and meter was pulled off the house by a fallen branch. Matt was on site early the same morning, assessed the damage without drama and had two men working on the repairs before noon. Awesome! The second time a tree had fallen across the power lines and PSE's transformer fell off the pole sending a power surge down the line that destroyed all of the home's appliances, the GFIC's and many of the LED lights. Again, Matt quickly assessed the situation, reassured my tenant that there was nothing wrong with the home's electrical system, made recommendations to improve and protect, then sent a very competent and professional electrician (Kevin) to make the necessary repairs and improvements. Unheard of customer service in today's world!! Many thanks to Bird Electric, Matt and Kevin!

Shawn was fantastic and I'd highly recommend him. From start to finish, he was a prompt and patient communicator, which can't be said for most contractors. He quickly returned my call, found time for a comprehensive estimate and offered a competitive quote to upgrade my service, and replace my panel, install a car charger, and a many more small tasks.
During the project, he was efficient while taking time to answer all my questions and explain everything in layman's terms. He was always super considerate to do everything the right way, even if it wasn't the fastest way.
All in all, Shawn was great.

I've been working with Ross for years. First, he handled my personal lighting and electrical needs at my home in West Seattle. When I became a realtor, I started referring him to clients. Everyone is pleased with his work and that speaks volumes. He is always professional, always tidy, and knowledgeable. He does wonderful work and I will continue to refer him with confidence. You won't be disappointed!

Justin came through on wiring up my new heat pump and I couldn't be happier with the work. Very clean install from the panel all the way out to the heat pump. I really appreciate that he is always available for questions if something comes up. I will definitely call Justin back when I have any future electrical needs around the house!

Tried to call this company 3 times. First time someone answered but said nothing. When I called back, a guy answered and I asked if they install ceiling fans. He told me No. I'm offline now. I asked him what that meant (i.e., being offline) and he just hung up on me. Could use a lesson or two on customer service. I wouldn't bother calling unless you want to deal with someone whom I found to be rather cantankerous.

I would highly recommend Mr. Electric. The technician was very friendly and thorough, explaining what needed to be done and why. The office staff, Tammy in particular, was amazing. We were having an issue with our home warranty company. They were making us jump through numerous hoops in order to just accept our claim for review. Tammy was fantastic! She was unwavering, always pleasant, never frustrated or annoyed at my repeated calls to her. All responses to my requests and those from our warranty company were met in a timely manor. She made phone calls, emailed, and faxed, making sure all pertinent information was received. Thanks to her our claim was reviewed and approved for reimbursement!
