Talk about hustlin'. Anthony originally scheduled from 7-9 pm but finally finished his earlier jobs and came to my place at 10, with another job after that. He put up my 46 LED pretty quick without nailing the nearby circuit breaker, used an ultra slim mount for my tiny studio apartment. For a guy who now lives in San Jose, the dude puts in a hard day's work. Plus he's really friendly and seems like an honest dude, will totally shoot the sh!t with you as he works. I'll say that it's probably not such a good thing that he gets so backlogged with appointments, but if you want your TV up and running and you don't care at what hour, then he's your man.

We had a number of serious electrical problems at our house and Alley Electric was able to give us good advice and prompt service. His son Noah and partner Chris turned up to do the work (fit 9 ceiling pendant and replace every outlet in the house) and they were fantastic. Very professional but also great guys and happy to have them in the house all day working. They stayed late into the evening to get the job done. I have been working with Diablo Valley Handyman on several projects. These guys are greatly needed now of days. They are the ones who close deals in home sells, simply because they can get the work done; whatever may be holding a home up from closing they usually can fix. If not they  refer me qualified companies that can. The reason I love them so much is basically whatever I pay them to do, I at least double my return in property value. I needed a new circuit and outlet in my garage to charge an electric vehicle. Every other electrician I contacted either jerked me around or tried to sell me stuff I didn't need. Lights Out responded quickly and did the job quickly and at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again.

Looking to see if an induction oven would work for us. They told us no because the wires couldn't handle the amps. They didn't charge us for the service call. Score.

Nice guys and very knowledgable. Our job ended up being more complicated than they expected because an old house always holds surprises. But they stuck with their estimate and we felt they gave us a great price for the project.

This review should be taken with a grain of salt because I didn't have any actual electrical work done, but I had a phenomenally helpful phone call.  I'm looking at buying a house, but it needs some old electrical equipment replaced.  The seller tried to convince me it's going to cost $5000, but Allen (at Pierce Electric) gave me a lot of very helpful information and explained that to make the house safe from electrical fires will be much more expensive.  The one phone call I made to Pierce Electric may well have just saved me from $20,000 in expenses and months of legal battles after I bought my house.

Arturo, was professional, arrived at the scheduled time, he was insightful and was able to diagnose, troubleshoot the wiring and install a new Enforcer access keypad for the entry system that was damaged from the recent storms. Very efficient, customer oriented, set expectations ahead of time and stayed with his original quote.

My bathroom light/heater fell out of my ceiling in the middle of the night. Kate, Mike's assistant, responded quickly with a time and quote.

Alex came out and put the fixture back up for me. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. The only way I can tell he was here is that the light works.

He had some extra time, so he installed a replacement gasket on my fridge, too, an awkward job I've been putting off.
