They were there to provide service within 2 days of calling in and worked around the other contractors I had working at the house. Very professional, efficient and tidy. I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
