The other day I heard a fuse blow while using our garbage disposal. My husband and I tried to fix it and we couldn't get it to turn back on. The fuse was connected to our big appliances in the the kitchen so we were stressing out. I called Ken and he tried to help me over the phone to fix the problem. We couldn't get it to work and within 15 minutes Ken came to the rescue. Our electrical set up was an ordeal and Ken was awesome and fixed the shit show for us. He socially distanced and wore a mask. He followed up a few days later and brought a blank cover outlet for our garage.
We will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Ken!

I would like to thank lex for coming out in such short notice and helping me out. We had a short circuit and he was very responsive and fast and efficient. No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

We just had Altap Electrical come to our house for the third time, this time to add wiring so we can install wall sconces and to replace an ugly hanging light with a flush mount LED one. The communication with the owner, Bahram, was so easy and he was always quick to respond. He even texted me the night before to confirm our appointment. His worker who showed up was on time, worked very efficiently, was also a great communicator, was clean, and was extremely courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the workers. It's definitely my Go To for electrical needs!

Craig was great. He ran an HDMI line for our projector. He is very straightforward and easy to work with. Would recommend.

We just bought our first home.  During the general inspection a number of electrical issues (lack of grounding on some outlets, loose wires in the crawl space, etc.) came up, so our inspector called Williams Electric.  It was a Saturday, but Geoff (the owner) came out and assessed at the same time as our general inspection.  This really gave us peace of mind.

Once we closed on the house, we had Geoff fix the critical issues.  He is a man of few words, but was professional and always willing to explain what was required.  He even took the time to swap out some new GFI outlets that didn't match our kitchen.

Quick response, friendly and quick to solve our electrical issues. Highly recommend and will be calling him anytime we are in a jam. Bay electric for the win!

These guys have been great. Matt has helped us numerous times and is a wealth of knowledge for issues we had with plumbing and heating. We had an older wall unit heater that other companies had told us was impossible to fix due to dated parts. Matt fixed the offending issue in the manner of minutes. Great job, I'll be using Bellows again!
