The lights in my bedroom and bathroom went out this morning. We were really stressed out since it's a tough time to find help.

Called Ken and left a message - in 2 hours he was as at my house looking into the problem.

Ken was very upfront about practicing social distancing, wearing a mask & gloves during the house call AND that he also expected me to do the same around him. I'm very appreciative that he was being so careful. He found the problem quickly and fixed everything. Really thankful and would recommend him to folks who need help.

ONE10 has been a pleasure to work with. We've reached out to ONE10 on numerous occasions at our office to install cameras & additional electrical, installed electrical outlets, etc. Lex was efficient and quick with each project and communicated very well. I needed some electrical work in a cranky old 40s vintage home. I thought I'd get quotes from a couple of licensed contractors. Robert stood out because he came when he said he would, and offered some thoughtful solutions that saved me a few bucks.

Work-wise, everything was done tidily. It came in on-time and on-budget, which was a relief.

I plan on calling them for the next wave of work.

I checked reviews on Yelp before having Bahram come over to my place. My wife and I care about aesthetics when it comes to lighting, and wanted something custom for our family room. We were pressurized to agreeing to what he has to say. We are all for taking suggestions - but coming into our house and telling us you don't know what you are doing and you are messing up the place is very strong. Anyway, we thought we'll give them a chance and decided to do the recess lighting in some of the other rooms. They got done in 2 hours - it was very neat and efficient. The lights were definitely too bright for our taste -yes, they added a dimmer but it is not the same. Differential and localized lighting is a design taste and enhances the room. Overall the job was good for what it is supposed to be. But it has left us a little disappointed because we were right about what we wanted and thankfully did not do anything in our family room. Anyway, these guys are good at what they do, but don't hire them if you want to be creative. They do the same thing day-in day-out, so it is just an efficiency game for them. We will probably look for some designer inputs and custom lighting professionals to make our house look nice.

All I can say is WOW.  As you get to know Craig with his great personality, and then, watch how efficient he goes about performing the job, you realize he is the total package.  Hands down great quality of work, professionalism, reasonable price, but more important willing to go that extra effort to give you the best results for the customer.

Geoff was great. He was able to rethink the job and knocked $1000 off the original quote. Definitely recommend him. He is an expert electrician.

I searched for a company to do a difficult job. I had one company lined up and they kept putting me off and kept putting me off. Nightmare when you have a time line for a job. I called Kevin and bam! he was there right away and came in with a team that finished the job in 3 days. Jamie is the man! Request him. I kid you not. You want it done fast, right and with the kindest of dispositions? Jamie and Kevin. Amazing team.

They're not afraid of the difficult jobs. They are inventive and creative with solutions to problems.

I used to be completely lost in the world of electricians. Knowing Kevin is out there, I never have to wonder who's going to come through for me.

I had a tricky project requiring fixing another contractor's sloppy wiring job.  It was a mystery, really, and Marc was exactly the guy for the job.  He was a good communicator, honest, and persistent.  He solved the mystery, and met a tight deadline to get it done.  I'd use Twins Electric again in a flash!

Their phone was answered on first call, and an appointment was scheduled for the estimate the next day. Adam came out right on time during some pretty bad weather, unfortunately the power was out in our whole neighborhood. He looked over the job of installing a Tesla connection in my garage and gave me an instant quote. I agreed and he told he needed to grab a component and he could do it right then! Twenty minutes later he returned and had the whole job completed within an hour! Very professional and paid attention to details while having to do an installation in those conditions. Only issue  was he couldn't actually check it because of the outage but assured me he had done it correctly. When the power came back 20 hours later I checked it and it worked flawlessly, even the orientation of the socket was correct.
I highly recommend them.

My heater was not working after thermostat had just been replaced ,( over $400). I called Bellows back and they scheduled me promptly, very nice customer service on the phone.. my technician was Michael and he was really great! Called first for ETA , arrived promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. It is a very old heater and I won't go into the details about that but his service was fantastic. He knew exactly what to do and was very polite, with suggestions and tips on how to save on my energy bill. I appreciated his expertise and his polite customer service!He explained everything very well. I felt very good about the visit! Thank you

Hi Tech AV did a full home theater system for us including Audio Rack 4k projector.  They also ran ethernet cat 6 throughout our whole house and did a fantastic job.  Professional and timely.  I highly recommend them for any home theater setup.
