The lights in my bedroom and bathroom went out this morning. We were really stressed out since it's a tough time to find help.

Called Ken and left a message - in 2 hours he was as at my house looking into the problem.

Ken was very upfront about practicing social distancing, wearing a mask & gloves during the house call AND that he also expected me to do the same around him. I'm very appreciative that he was being so careful. He found the problem quickly and fixed everything. Really thankful and would recommend him to folks who need help.

Not only do I use ONE10 at my business, but also hired ONE10 to install additional electrical in my backyard, he's worked on my driveway gates and also traveled to my vacation home in Reno to install new lighting. Every time he finishes a job it's always done right the first time. Lex communicates very well, he's efficient and very prompt on time. During a recent heat spell, I came home from work around 6:30 and found the circuit breaker had tripped to our wall-mounted AC unit.  I tried resetting the breaker, but it wouldn't reset.  I unplugged the AC and tried again, but still could not reset it.  In a bit of a panic, as we were having guests that night and the house was at 87 degrees, I searched for an electrician that was still open (using the Open Now filter).  I found Altap Electrical on Yelp, called and spoke directly with Bahram.

I explained the situation and he said he could be there within an hour.  Because he knew it was the AC, he said he would do whatever he could to get it repaired that night.  He showed up on time and found the problem was a bad circuit breaker.  He was able to replace it in a few minutes and we were able to cool the house before our guests arrived.

He did a great job and we were very pleased.

In the early evening I called Craig back after his response to my yelp inquiry; i was expecting to leave a VM.  I was pleasantly surprised when Craig picked up. I explained to him my situation and he was able to fit me in given my need was quite time sensitive.  When he arrived, I showed him the situation: new sewage ejection pump kept tripping my breaker.  After he assessed the situation, he suggested a very simple fix which he suggested we try before doing anything more complicated.  Sure enough it fixed the situation and several days later, everything continues to work great.

Craig was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.  It is clear he takes pride in his work and knows his stuff.  You get a very no-nonsense assessment from him.  I am very pleased to have found Craig and plan to use him for future electrical needs.

I have a multi-unit Bldg which experienced an electrical issue with several units and flickering lights. It was an emergency weekend situation and called several Electrical Companies and the one that was available came out and fixed the problem as they stated temporarily fixed' and that I would need about $16K in upgrade work in order for this not to happen again. it was an urgent situation. I was nervous but decided to get another estimate and called Kevin at Bay Electric. He explained the electrical situation I had experienced completely, why it probably would not happen again ( no further issues week 3 ) and that in his opinion, there was no need to do any further upgrade work unless I experienced the same issue over again, virtually saving me the $16K in expense and relieving my fears and worry.

An electrician like Kevin who owns Bay Electric and builds his business on integrity and honesty with clients is a rock star in my book and will be my go-to electrician from this point on. HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS !!

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
