So glad I found Ken on Yelp! I picked him because the great reviews, and cute family portrait ;).  He was super responsive and called me back in less than 30 mins. And luckily, due to a cancellation, he was able to come out and fix our faulty outlets in the kitchen just a few hours later the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He  also gave me a short but informative lesson on what caused the problem, and how to potentially prevent and fix it myself in the future. Ken will be on speed dial for all our future electrical issues!

Lex is professional and installs quickly! He uses the top quality materials, so there's no worry about failure. He informs me of the upfront costs and is obsessed with perfection!

He installed my credit card readers at my store, and went above and beyond by cleaning my machines too hahah.

He's my secret weapon when it comes to tackling difficult wiring!

Sebastian!  My entryway light was giving so much trouble, he responded so promptly and came out to assess the problem.  Appreciated his honest opinion on the fixture (instead of a quick do what you want attitude).  So grateful, he came back to fix the new fixture a second time and did not charge me for that!  Polite, efficient and prompt.  Thanks Sebastian!

Excellent customer service and he knows what he's doing! He is very honest and truly wants to help you. I recommend this service! We needed to fix the electricity for one of the rooms in the house and he gave us a flat rate of $140 but said that he would only charge if he could fix the problem. He also came right on time.

We had wires ran to our fireplace for a TV mount (the wires had to be hidden along the ceiling) and 2 exterior patio lights installed (and new wires/connections from the main electrical panel). Craig was very responsive, meticulous, and reasonable! We initially got a few quotes from different electricians... the first quote we received from a Bay Area company wanted to charge us 4x as much! Another electrician wanted to expand the project to be much more complicated. It just goes to show how you really need to explore your options even for simple projects.

When we met Craig and he described his process to us, we knew that he was someone who paid attention to detail. The work was completed in a day and a half -- we were extremely happy with the results. He's very personable and kind - our 2.5-year-old daughter thought he was hilarious. Really glad that we met Craig and we highly recommend him!

Mark installed a ceiling fan, with no existing ceiling fixtures. He got the work done quickly, and consulted with me as far as how I wanted the wall switch configured. I am very happy with how the work came out.

During this current Coronavirus pandemic, we required the need of a professional electrician to come out and replace a failing Circuit Breaker Panel at one of my father-in-laws rental homes.  I Googled 'best' & 'honest' electrical companies in Monterey County.  At the top of that list was Wright Electrical Company of Monterey, Ca.  Their reviews were all 5's, so I put my faith in them to assist my father-in-law (a retired senior}, in hopes that he would not get taken advantage of!  I stayed involved throughout and can definitely say that he wasn't!!!

My initial experience began with Leslie, who provided a warm reception to my initial inquiry call!  Leslie was caring, professional, and truly 'earned' my business by promising on that first call that we would indeed receive the excellent and honest service that I was looking for!  I had Leslie schedule our appointment!  

Assisting us on the day of our service call was 'Austin!'  Austin was friendly, organized, engaging and on time!  Austin didn't mind us watching his expert care and work in action, as he performed a thorough job in both detail and workmanship, all while keeping within the time frame that he had promised us!

My father-in-law was extremely happy with me for recommending Wright Electrical and I/we were definitely happy with the excellent work of Austin!  I must say that I couldn't have made a better choice than Wright Electrical Company of Monterey!  You should all do the same!

We will be utilizing their services in the future at all of our other properties when the needs arise!  Again... Thank you!

We had a plumbing problem under our kitchen sink.  The pipe connecting the garbage disposal to the water line burst open on a SUNDAY!  Water flooding down the kitchen lower cabinet.  We called Bellows and got their answering service, since it was a Sunday afternoon.  I left my number, and low and behold, they called me back within the hour.  An hour later, their amazing technician, John Gibson, was sent out and the problem was fixed within 1/2 hour.  Not many companies will send out a technician on closed days, and they didn't eve charge us extra!  5 stars for Bellows!...they're amazing.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
