Ken was quick to help us and get us up and running. He also gave us a no bullshit answer on how best to proceed, even if it didn't involve him, which really impressed us. If you want a guy who does it right and by the book, he's your man. Would use him again.

I would like to thank lex for coming out in such short notice and helping me out. We had a short circuit and he was very responsive and fast and efficient. I can't thank him enough, I'm glad he was able to fix the issue even before arriving he already knew what it was. I highly recommend their services at ONE10.

I needed some electrical work in a cranky old 40s vintage home. I thought I'd get quotes from a couple of licensed contractors. Robert stood out because he came when he said he would, and offered some thoughtful solutions that saved me a few bucks.

Work-wise, everything was done tidily. It came in on-time and on-budget, which was a relief.

I plan on calling them for the next wave of work.

Bahram responded to my slightly panicked phone call one evening after I returned home from a long hot day around 7 pm to find my refrigerator and microwave both down, the GFI apparently having failed.  He came right over from San José to Mountain View, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit, also disconnecting my fridge from the GFCI so that I wouldn't have this happen again.  He was prompt, courteous and efficient, and made some excellent suggestions about improving the lighting overall in the house.  I will definitely be using Bahram and Altap again: highly recommended.

All bathrooms GFCI outlets were not working in the house. Went online and did a quick search for Electrician! Luckily I found the best! Craig from Alpha Electric came all the way from another job in Oakland to San Jose and took care of our outlet problems and more. He was honest and a man of his word. He diagnosed the problem and proceeded with best solution. In addition, he did added work for us by concealing the wires for our mounted TV in the bedroom. His pricing was fair and we would like to make another appointment to have him conceal the wires for our living room TV as well. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. You will be very pleased after he is done with his electrical work around your house! Craig is a legend.

My girlfriend and I hired Geoff for a larger job in the house we had just purchased: replacing two FP&E panels, something he's done a lot of (search YouTube for his appearance on NBC discussing those panels).

We were very happy with the work Geoff did. He was clear about what needed to be done, how long it would take, and Rhonda from the office was great at communicating dates and times for inspections and other PG&E visits. Geoff was on time for the job and got it done exactly as he said he would. And despite claiming he wasn't a great carpenter, Geoff actually did a fair job patching up the drywall and siding around the panels.

We're happy we no longer have to worry about FP&E panels failing - thanks Geoff!

Well I don't know what the other reviews  are about in terms of quick response time after contacting them. I left a message on 1/22/20. It is now 1/27/20 and I have yet to hear back from them. Maybe my job was not worthy of them I do not know.

I can't comment on the service they provide since I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

I did find a wonderful electrician to take care of my issues and I am very happy with him.

Amazingly fast, friendly, and fair pricing. Will definitely use again. Installed 5 outdoor lights - look great!
