Had Ken upgrade my service panel, replacing the old FPE panel with a new, safer box. Ken made a fast, thorough job of it, and was very responsive and professional throughout the process. I'm very happy with the work he did and will be relying on him for further electrical service in the future.

Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

I've worked with Robert and Sebastian for four jobs. They did a good job for each one. They did a new 90 amp conduit on the roof from my main panel to a sub-panel. It passed inspection with no problems. They cleaned up some wiring for lighting in an eichler for me and made it look much better. They replaced some lights for me as well. Their team has always been very pleasant to interact with, and I've been happy with their work. I'll hire them again.

Bahram did a wonderful job at my place and completed the entire work within a tight deadline. I would highly recommend him. Excellent service!

Geoff responded to a call for help with a fiber installation that AT&T tried and failed to deliver. He quickly pinpointed the issue and instructed me on the path to resolution. But he wouldn't accept compensation. When a third party came for the next step, Geoff was kind enough to get on the phone with him (after having to wait); but he turned down payment again. I just want to express my appreciation his generosity and helpfulness.

We suddenly lost power yesterday morning and scrambled to find an emergency electrician. Bay came and performed a thoughtful assessment and very fast and reasonable repair. The electrician who came was on his day off and was more than happy to assist. The service was fast, the diagnosis was correct and most importantly the price was fair - even in an emergency. I should point out that before Bay came, we had another electrician come who tried to tell us we needed to replace our whole panel for $6000. I'm so glad we sniffed out that scam and found Bay to help. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough of how I was pleased with the service & work performed by Mark from Twins Electric.  I found him here on Yelp & scheduled an appointment.  I told him the scope of work, and send him pictures.  He appreciated that I did that!  When we started discussing the project on-site, he shared his experience and we made some slight adjustments.  Like with other reviews, he answered questions that came up.  He got the work done on the spot - which was AWESOME!  I must mention as well - Mark is an all around GREAT guy and I will be looking forward to reaching out to him for future projects.

I called these folks a few weeks back to come provide a quote for a bunch of electrical work at my house in New Monterey.... I need a new main panel, light fixtures, 240 volt circuit for dryer, some patio lights... really a bunch of things. A nice lady answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, three days hence. I had to come home early from work for this appointment but figured it was worth it because they have good reviews. Anyhow, nobody showed up. I called at 3 PM and again at 3:30 PM and nobody answered... very odd. I waited a few days and tried calling again around noon to see if I could schedule another time for my quote, left a voicemail and again no answer and no call back.
Very disappointing experience. This company is obviously very disorganized. I believe many of the positive reviews on here about this company are fake, given my poor experience.

Bellows was able to offer an appointment (on a Saturday) three days before the competition could make it. HVAC Tech Kris Craig called to see if he could come two hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He diagnosed the problem with our Bryant Plus 80 furnace in no time, had a replacement capacitor on his truck and did a couple other improvements while he was at it. He also made a good case to sign up for Bellows' annual maintenance plan, which we did (and got a discount on the service to boot). Of course we paid vastly more for the capacitor than if we'd bought one ourselves. But we would have had no idea that's what was needed, so we didn't mind paying for expert service. Which Kris delivered.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
