I was very impressed by Craig's troubleshooting process and skills. One section of my house lost wall power. He methodically tested the circuits behind every outlets, traced the wiring up the attic, and finally identified the culprit in a GFCI located in another room. I doubt anybody else could find the root cause across an interior wall.
The combination of patience and expertise makes Craig a uniquely valuable electrician for the most technically challenging diagnostic job.

Over the past week we had suffered outages on some but not all circuits in the house. We did some research and discovered that the 1950s-era Federal Pacific breaker panels may have been the cause. We also discovered that the Federal Pacific systems were potentially hazardous. We found Geoff Williams and Williams Electric in a search for local electricians in Yelp, and Geoff's expertise was clearly the ideal match for our needs. I called on Saturday morning, July 15 (after reading about the potential hazards), and later that Saturday morning Geoff arrived to analyze the situation. He and Ronda promptly provided a reasonable estimate, and we scheduled the circuit breaker panel replacements for Wednesday and Thursday. In the course of replacing the first panel, we discovered another more fundamental issue affecting power delivery to the house. This issue was potentially life-threatening to anyone working on the roof, and on Wednesday afternoon Geoff remedied the power-delivery problem, which probably triggered the issues in our circuit breakers.

I was able to spend time watching Geoff's highly methodical and exacting labors, which revealed a level of attention to quality that I had never before observed in other electricians' work at our home. It's not that they were sub-standard; it's just that Geoff's focus and discipline were evident throughout with no cut corners anywhere.

Finally, Geoff was personable, friendly, and pleasantly conversational without lessening his efficiency. Geoff and our dog also became fast friends. Kevin is super responsive, knowledgeable, showed up on time and did excellent work. He installed a Tesla charger -- answered questions about our electric panel and the installation was impeccable. Highly recommend.

Twins Electric was very professional to begin with. They were very confident from their quotes and confidence in their craftsmanship. He explained to us the different aspect to approach the ev charger, whether just through a plug attachment or with the regular charger provided by the manufacturer. Cody is great. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came out on short notice and troubleshot a problem with my old hot tub. Saved me an expensive hot tub service call which is fantastic. I will use again if I need and would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Bellows to service my furnace. They quoted me $150 to show up to my door. Any service or repairs to the furnace would be charged extra and they won't tell you how much the service costs.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
