I needed some electrical work in a cranky old 40s vintage home. I thought I'd get quotes from a couple of licensed contractors. Robert stood out because he came when he said he would, and offered some thoughtful solutions that saved me a few bucks.

Work-wise, everything was done tidily. It came in on-time and on-budget, which was a relief.

I ended up getting a lot of quotes for this fairly simple job, installing an outlet for an electric vehicle. This Santa Clara power company offers a rebate but requires a building permit and a lot of electricians balked at that. Bahram's answer was always, no problem.

He answers messages promptly and clearly. He showed up on time. Worked very cleanly (laying down plastic to catch the dust, even though the work was in the garage). Very nice work. Handled all the communications with the city. Fair price.

We just bought our first home.  During the general inspection a number of electrical issues (lack of grounding on some outlets, loose wires in the crawl space, etc.) came up, so our inspector called Williams Electric.  It was a Saturday, but Geoff (the owner) came out and assessed at the same time as our general inspection.  This really gave us peace of mind.

Once we closed on the house, we had Geoff fix the critical issues.  He is a man of few words, but was professional and always willing to explain what was required.  He even took the time to swap out some new GFI outlets that didn't match our kitchen.

I called Bay Electric and Kevin helped me to solve me issue over the phone.  This helped to save me hundreds of dollars (maybe more).  I offered to pay him a bit for his help and he said don't worry about it and he was happy to help.  Kevin clearly showed that this company operates with integrity.  Would highly recommend in the future.

We needed a Ring Video Doorbell installed, so I reached out to a few electricians  for a quote. Mark's response was the most detailed one and tied for the best price, so we went with him. He showed up a little later than the scheduled time, but kept us informed. He was extremely professional - wore a mask the entire time, took his shoes off when he came inside - and friendly. He got the job done quickly, but waited around to make sure the doorbell worked with the app. He also did a few other minor jobs we had. We will definitely go with him for any future electrical work we need done - highly recommended!

Paul B. showed up within an hour of my call for what I assumed would be a straightforward drain snake-out and and faucet installation. Unfortunately, the job entailed a series of repairs and replacements of dependent parts before the easy stuff could be addressed. Paul remained cheerful as each rusted pipe, broken valve and kinked hose presented itself, insisting on thorough testing of each repair before moving on to the next. He was professional, courteous and competent throughout a frustrating and uncomfortable ordeal.

Sam and his team did a nice job for us.  They delivered as promised and even stuck with it and fixed a problem with the Comcast box.  They installed an affordable and easy to use AV system.  I would highly recommend them.
