Amazing ! Didn't hire them to come out to do the job, because he did such an amazing job explaining why he thinks I could fix my problem. Super honest and nice. Will hire for sure next time an issue comes up!

Not only do I use ONE10 at my business, but also hired ONE10 to install additional electrical in my backyard, he's worked on my driveway gates and also traveled to my vacation home in Reno to install new lighting. Every time he finishes a job it's always done right the first time. Lex communicates very well, he's efficient and very prompt on time. I am very happy with the service that Ron provided. We had a number of small projects that needed to be taken care of and he was quick and efficient. We had an attic fan replaced, Satellite TV cables re-routed to an interior wall, an outlet and switch installed for an exterior fountain and outlets and light switch installed in our shed. ALTAP Electrical just installed recessed led lighting in all rooms of our house. I couldn't be happier about their work. Bahram first came over for an in-house consultation. He gave me useful tips for lighting throughout the house. He then scheduled the work just a few days later. The installation guys were experts and also very friendly! When I woke up and found my refrigerator was not working, and finally figured out that the electrical socket was not supplying electricity anymore, I called Williams Electric and asked if they could help.  I found Williams on Yelp and was impressed with all of the positive comments.

I must say, I was not disappointed one bit.  Geoff showed up the same day, despite an extremely busy schedule, and within minutes had replaced the improperly grounded and poorly wired socket the correct way.

My refrigerator was refrigerating again saving me, I am sure, at least a few hundred dollars worth of recently purchased groceries.

Geoff was highly professional, extremely knowledgable, and a great guy to boot.  I know my job was probably pretty routine and mundane, but Geoff handled it proficiently and competently and explained everything as he went.

I have a multi-unit Bldg which experienced an electrical issue with several units and flickering lights. It was an emergency weekend situation and called several Electrical Companies and the one that was available came out and fixed the problem as they stated temporarily fixed' and that I would need about $16K in upgrade work in order for this not to happen again. it was an urgent situation. I was nervous but decided to get another estimate and called Kevin at Bay Electric. He explained the electrical situation I had experienced completely, why it probably would not happen again ( no further issues week 3 ) and that in his opinion, there was no need to do any further upgrade work unless I experienced the same issue over again, virtually saving me the $16K in expense and relieving my fears and worry.

An electrician like Kevin who owns Bay Electric and builds his business on integrity and honesty with clients is a rock star in my book and will be my go-to electrician from this point on. HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS !!

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
