Very professional, responsive, and efficient.  They do excellent work.  They changed my whole electrical system in about a week.  Also, changed all of our plug-ins around the house.   We could not ask for anything more.  Highly recommended.

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

It was just after break and my lights around the house had been having some issues.  Bahram was able to come out the same day even asking me how much time I'd need to get home so he could call me and let me know when he was going to head over.

After working with him to figure out exactly what was wrong he found the place where my wires burned out and fixed them right up.  Unfortunately it was on a light fixture that was a b*tch to put back on.  He didn't leave me hanging and spent the time to put the fixture back after fixing the electrical problem.  He charged what was an extremely fair price and headed out apologizing that normally he would do a better job cleaning the work area (there was some fried pieces of wire that fell on the floor), but that his other guys were waiting on him at another job (they called him twice).

So what did we learn?
- He values my time because he offered to call me when he was heading over rather than having me wait for him at home.
- He stayed to finish the job before taking off and actually fixed it even though he had a bigger job to go to.
- He made the effort to come the same day I called
- He was extremely fair about pricing for his services
- He was a really nice guy
- You should write him a check (he doesn't take CCs that I saw)

Craig was great and professional about his work.  He happily explains what he is doing and tries his best to do the maximum he can on the job.  Thanks Craig!

I know it's been 5 years since my initial review, but this actually pissed me off enough for me to patiently wait to make sure any information he gathered was null and void.

Upon leaving a negative review, he THREATENED ME with blackmail if I did not remove it. Our roommates at the time happened to leave their bong out, and he threatened to contact my husband's work to report supposed drug use?? He doesn't even smoke. Geoff went as far as to find my Facebook profile to obtain pictures as further blackmail. He put more effort into this than he did into providing an actual estimate.

But guess what I saved? That email, which I now can share with the rest of you so you can see what kind of person you're allowing into your home.

I had a tricky project requiring fixing another contractor's sloppy wiring job.  It was a mystery, really, and Marc was exactly the guy for the job.  He was a good communicator, honest, and persistent.  He solved the mystery, and met a tight deadline to get it done.  I'd use Twins Electric again in a flash!

Kody and his team are fabulous. Not only did he come out to give me a quote quickly, but everyone was professional. They stuck to the quote and performed their work cleanly and efficiently.  Highly recommend these guys for all electrical needs.

There was no option for zero stars so I gave them one star.  Rude, very high prices and they diss the competition.  No thank you.  How the hell did you get Diamond Certified?  Makes me believe Diamond Certified is not much of a rating.  We wanted the lines snaked and some washers replaced.  This brilliant plumber didn't even HAVE WASHERS in his truck.  He wanted to replace everything.  We ended up contacting our old plumber who we thought was no longer in business.  He did everything for less than what this guy from Bellows was going to charge us for snaking alone.  Why was the snaking so expensive?  Because he would have had to go over and turn off the water to the house!  Please give me a break.  Call Christensen's for quality service that won't cost an arm and a leg.  Oh, and you won't have to listen to this guy talk about how great a plumber he is and how much the owner LOVES him.  What a gas bag.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
