I called on a Sunday to see if they could come out to fix an power outlet that was not working.  Ken walked us through several steps on the phone to see if we could pin point the problem.  He was very patient and helpful and he told us what to do to test and restart the power.  It was amazing to get this kind of helpful service on the phone.   I would highly recommend AC3 LLC!!

ONE10 delivered when I needed it most. Lex and his son Jaden, came by and got my whole interior and exterior lighting system updated and looking great in less than 2 hours. I've worked with Robert and Sebastian for four jobs. They did a good job for each one. They did a new 90 amp conduit on the roof from my main panel to a sub-panel. It passed inspection with no problems. They cleaned up some wiring for lighting in an eichler for me and made it look much better. They replaced some lights for me as well. Their team has always been very pleasant to interact with, and I've been happy with their work. I'll hire them again.

I had an electrical issue so I asked if they could help. They responded almost immediately and told me they could do the job but it would be very expensive and probably not worth it. I appreciate the honesty despite the fact that it cost them business.

Worked with Bay Electric, specifically Kevin on my electrical issue on my rental home. Very thorough and had great input on electrical ideas. Gave me all my options and had an honest way about him. Will be doing future business with them. I have to do a more permanent fix on the issue.

Reached out to Twin's Electric and a few others through Yelp to get pricing on installing 2 pendant lights and 3 ceiling fans. Mark, the owner, stood out from the rest as he was quick and attentive. He came out that same week and installed everything quickly and with ease. His pricing was also upfront and very fair. These guys are first rate- Previously I had called multiple electricians with NO response. I finally called Wright Electrical and VOILA! Adam and Kody showed up the same day! Adam quickly assessed the situation, worked out a game plan and two days later we're whole again...Thanks to Adam and his partner Kody! Pricing was very competitive as well...PLUS they completely cleaned the area.

In scheduling a repair for plumbing leaks/clogs today for clients who are in escrow, buying a home, I was advised that because a home is in escrow there is an additional $275 fee that may or may not be applied to the cost of the repairs - it's in the discretion of the service repairman... I have my credit card out, but am told that we would have to check with a manager to get approval.
Things sure have changed at Bellows!
The inspection fee was $95 previously and now they want to raise that to $275, even if you know what the work is to be done.
Or, I can schedule the work for the day after this home closes escrow and there is no additional in escrow fee...
It would be one thing if I just wanted an Inspection, but I was calling for work to be performed.
So disappointing that I just spent 15 mins on the phone and still no work scheduled... unless I want to speak to the plumbing manager.
I have referred Bellows to all of my clients and friends - I really do not like their new way of doing business - guess they don't need my business!

Hi Tech AV did a full home theater system for us including Audio Rack 4k projector.  They also ran ethernet cat 6 throughout our whole house and did a fantastic job.  Professional and timely.  I highly recommend them for any home theater setup.
