Bay Valley Electric has been my 100% go to company for over 16 years.  Not only have I had them install fairly extensive electrical work in my past 3 commercial/industrial business locations, I also have used them for work in my own home.  I think it is amazing that they have jobs ranging from tech company server rooms to custom 12,000 square ft. Atherton homes to small industrial buildings.  During the past 16 or so years, Bob at Bay Valley has been nothing but friendly, reliable, and fair.  Their work is absolutely of the highest quality as they have fixed many issues caused by previous professional electricians.  Bay Valley is not your over-night side work shop.  They do things correctly the first time, and other contractors have even complimented Bay Valley's work as other professionals often notice the little things that we don't.  On top of their great work, I appreciate the fact that Bay Valley's employees always do a perfect job cleaning up after the work is done.  They show a lot of respect for my property and the areas where they are working which is a huge plus in my book as I absolutely hate writing checks for an invoice and then getting the mop and broom out to clean up after a contractor leaves.  All the above is why they deserve 5 stars!!!!

We had 2-3 different small troubleshooting tasks and called Altap. They were thorough, professional, personable, fast and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service, will definitely use them again.

We were fortunate enough to have Craig do two major projects for my house, including 240-V EV charging and hot tub installation.    I was extremely impressed and happy with Craig's top-quality work.   He gave accurate estimates, showed me the materials and parts he planned to use, explained the steps involved, gave me safety and maintenance tips, and left everything clean and tidy.   He always communicated clearly.   Also he was very kind to help out on non-electrical stuff, identified a few problems with my house, and gave me tips on how to fix them.  We would not hesitate to hire Craig again.

We had our refrigerator go out on Thanksgiving day and Geoff Williams came out to fix it within a half an hour! We highly recommend him, He provides friendly, quick service with reasonable prices.

We had an issue with our breaker box and they were willing to help up over the phone instead of charging us for a visit. Very responsive and helpful!

We needed a Ring Video Doorbell installed, so I reached out to a few electricians  for a quote. Mark's response was the most detailed one and tied for the best price, so we went with him. He showed up a little later than the scheduled time, but kept us informed. He was extremely professional - wore a mask the entire time, took his shoes off when he came inside - and friendly. He got the job done quickly, but waited around to make sure the doorbell worked with the app. He also did a few other minor jobs we had. We will definitely go with him for any future electrical work we need done - highly recommended!

We can't say enough about Cody & his crew.  We had a tricky situation involving changing circuits, running new lines under an old house and putting in new lighting in a house that had not been updated in 50 years.  Austin (my new hero) thought outside the box - was cheerful; crawled under the house to check everything out.  Never said no - just tried to make our requests happen.  He really knows his stuff - brought one guy to help and they were so quiet, professional and thorough.  You can tell Austin loves his work!

There was no option for zero stars so I gave them one star.  Rude, very high prices and they diss the competition.  No thank you.  How the hell did you get Diamond Certified?  Makes me believe Diamond Certified is not much of a rating.  We wanted the lines snaked and some washers replaced.  This brilliant plumber didn't even HAVE WASHERS in his truck.  He wanted to replace everything.  We ended up contacting our old plumber who we thought was no longer in business.  He did everything for less than what this guy from Bellows was going to charge us for snaking alone.  Why was the snaking so expensive?  Because he would have had to go over and turn off the water to the house!  Please give me a break.  Call Christensen's for quality service that won't cost an arm and a leg.  Oh, and you won't have to listen to this guy talk about how great a plumber he is and how much the owner LOVES him.  What a gas bag.

Sam and his team did a nice job for us.  They delivered as promised and even stuck with it and fixed a problem with the Comcast box.  They installed an affordable and easy to use AV system.  I would highly recommend them.
