I called on a Sunday to see if they could come out to fix an power outlet that was not working.  Ken walked us through several steps on the phone to see if we could pin point the problem.  He was very patient and helpful and he told us what to do to test and restart the power.  It was amazing to get this kind of helpful service on the phone.   I would highly recommend AC3 LLC!!

ONE10 delivered when I needed it most. Lex and his son Jaden, came by and got my whole interior and exterior lighting system updated and looking great in less than 2 hours. I've worked with Robert and Sebastian for four jobs. They did a good job for each one. They did a new 90 amp conduit on the roof from my main panel to a sub-panel. It passed inspection with no problems. They cleaned up some wiring for lighting in an eichler for me and made it look much better. They replaced some lights for me as well. Their team has always been very pleasant to interact with, and I've been happy with their work. I'll hire them again.

Just finished the project with Bahram. I woke up in the morning and half of master BD's outlets are out. I restarted the breaker and it didn't work.

I searched on Yelp for an Electrician near me, and Altap was one of the choices. My issue turns out very similar to R L.'s issues, neutral wire shorted. Bahram came in few mines before the appointment time, made sure the breaker panel was working, then he went to the room and found the troubled outlet, replaced the wire, and he was done in about 40 mins.

I paid his fee and material, the whole process took about an hour.

It was fantastic since I was in a meeting call and had to control my barking dog. He was able to navigate the whole chaos with calm and ease.

Craig is a 5+++ outstanding electrician, karate black belt, business owner and property investor.  His intelligence and experience as an electrician are really reflected in the high quality, honesty, speed and up to code, high quality electrical components and decisions for all our 6 electrical jobs over the course of 10 hours.  His fees are exceptionally fair and transparent. He uses high quality commercial parts and pays attention to the smallest details to ensure a safe, up to code, trouble free installation that will last longer than the home probably.  The 6 jobs Craig did for our single family home were 1) install 3 GFCI, 2) install, secure an outdoor landscape waterproof GFCI and garden lighting, 3) install a new kitchen island gfci outlet without taking the granite top off using metal conduit super up to code, 4) install garage motion detector lights, 5) troubleshoot and fix underdeck electrical wiring that went out for the deck sunroom electrical outlets, 6) troubleshoot and replace with a top quality new electrical switch dinner to replace a burnt out electrical box in the family room that had remodel electrical wiring added by someone else and kept tripping the panel electrical breaker because it was probably installed incorrectly and caused a short and electrical fire contained by the box thank good (the wires and prior switch not installed by Craig were melted by the electrical fire!).  

I love watching practical engineering type shows and so the opportunity for watching Craig troubleshoot and explain things as a master electrician at work is so amazing and such a memorable experience.

After calling several electricians and either getting no response or being told they were booked for the next three months out, I got a callback from Ronda a couple hours after I left a message. I had just a few small miscellaneous electrical tasks, and she said Geoff was available the next day for an hour to stop by. Geoff quickly and expertly fixed some miswired switches and installed new ones, and provided a quote on some lighting, all for a flat fee. It can be hard to find someone willing to take on such a small job (really hard, actually), and the expertise we got was well worth it. Based on their website and reviews it seems they certainly have done many, much larger projects as well. We'll definitely call them again for any future electrical needs.

Kevin was so awesome. At a time when all other electricians said we are booked for weeks, Kevin called and said I'll squeeze you in and showed up on a Saturday morning and solved the problem, which happened to be identifying and turning off an energy diverter placed by my upstairs neighbor and landlady. Mark installed ceiling fans in 4 rooms and recessed lighting in another and it was perfect, he also added an outlet for wall mounted and he fished HDMI cables through the wall for me. Very professional, charged me exactly what he quoted me and he did an amazing job.

Had an old (13+ years) AC Unit. Called Bellows, arranged a visit. They came out and showed me the problem. We discussed options for new vs old with no pressure. Decided on new purchase and a cleaning & refurbishing of duct system.. The crew from Bellows was prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Kept me informed throughout the day. Showed me all work accomplished. Their office called after each visit to make sure I was provided satisfactory (actually it was outstanding) service.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
