The other day I heard a fuse blow while using our garbage disposal. My husband and I tried to fix it and we couldn't get it to turn back on. The fuse was connected to our big appliances in the the kitchen so we were stressing out. I called Ken and he tried to help me over the phone to fix the problem. We couldn't get it to work and within 15 minutes Ken came to the rescue. Our electrical set up was an ordeal and Ken was awesome and fixed the shit show for us. He socially distanced and wore a mask. He followed up a few days later and brought a blank cover outlet for our garage.
We will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Ken!

The Yelp reviews are true. I highly recommend Bahram and his team. They did the electrical for my new hot tub. He always answers his phone and is on time. It was done quickly and for a great price. He even troubleshooted a problem with my pool pump wiring. I will be using Altap for all my electrician needs.  Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Needed to get an outdoor wall light and switch installed along with some wiring. Sent out a request and Craig was quick to reply. He called ahead of time before showing up. When he arrived I again explained what I wanted and he gave me some good suggestions.  Communication was very good. He explained to me how he was going to do it and got straight to work. He used his time very efficiently.

I was very happy with work he did for me. It was very clean and organized.  He seems to have great attention to detail. He definitely knows his stuff. I would call him again for future jobs.

It's so hard to find a reliable electrician - but Geoff is one of them! When I called and explained my small problem (I may have (definitely did) washed an outside wall and got water into a GFCI outlet which then blew the outlet. I made matters worse by attempting to replace it myself) Ronda immediately tried to get me onto the schedule. I wasn't able to do the next day as she had proposed so she worked with me to get a time for the following weekend. Geoff called before our appt and said he could be early! In no time Geoff had me all taken care of and we again had power outside.

I wish that I had known about Williams Electric a few years ago when I had replaced and upgraded my panel. So many other electricians that I had talked to about this told me that my problem was just too small for them to bother with.

My home remodel bucket list has a complete re-wire of my house in a few years and I'll be sure to use Geoff for it. He is a master of his trade and is very easy to work with.

Had Bay Electric come by to install a new chandelier, pendant lights, and a Nest Hello doorbell. Kevin was very quick to respond via Yelp, and quick to have one of his team members come over only a few days later. Yoni was great - very kind, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Pricing was very fair and transparent, we paid by the hour since it was general work to be done. Definitely recommend Bay Electric for any similar electrician needs!

I contacted Bellows to get a quote on installing a water softener. I shopped for the water softeners on Amazon to learn about them. I read about 50 reviews of the 1000 available online. The reviews said that installation of the softener takes 1-2 hours for a novice. I figured that a professional plumber could do it faster and better than me, so I called for a quote. First, the answering service took a message. The company did not call me back for 5-6 days. Then, when they called, they would not give me a ballpark for this service or tell me their hourly rate.  I agreed to have their plumbers come give me a quote. As far as installation, this would be the easiest one in the world: the water main, a drain, and an electrical outlet are all right beside my house. So no additional plumbing is necessary. Their quote was $1850, if I provided the softener, and $2500 if I bought it from them. Remember we are talking about 2 hours work for a novice. They said that all 50 of the online reviewers were overly optimistic, and it would take them 5 hours to do this installation. That makes their hourly rate $370/hour.
Then, they sent me an accidental invoice for giving me a bid.
