Best Electricians in California

Our neighborhood had power surge during high wind and had Ken come to fix it for our house. The demand for electricians were huge this week so he couldn't get us detailed report but he kindly called us to inform its coming. The work, suggestions, and communications were great. Thanks!

Bay Valley Electric has been my 100% go to company for over 16 years.  Not only have I had them install fairly extensive electrical work in my past 3 commercial/industrial business locations, I also have used them for work in my own home.  I think it is amazing that they have jobs ranging from tech company server rooms to custom 12,000 square ft. Atherton homes to small industrial buildings.  During the past 16 or so years, Bob at Bay Valley has been nothing but friendly, reliable, and fair.  Their work is absolutely of the highest quality as they have fixed many issues caused by previous professional electricians.  Bay Valley is not your over-night side work shop.  They do things correctly the first time, and other contractors have even complimented Bay Valley's work as other professionals often notice the little things that we don't.  On top of their great work, I appreciate the fact that Bay Valley's employees always do a perfect job cleaning up after the work is done.  They show a lot of respect for my property and the areas where they are working which is a huge plus in my book as I absolutely hate writing checks for an invoice and then getting the mop and broom out to clean up after a contractor leaves.  All the above is why they deserve 5 stars!!!!

Bahram, the owner of Altap Electrical, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He put in a new panel for us along with resolving several other electrical concerns. He was never pushy or tried to upsell anything. Bahram is very honest and I appreciated his expertise on my project. I am more detailed than most folks. Craig is a total rockstar. A pleasure to have around,  and an excellent electrician! He made so many recommendations, from the best remote controlled dimmers, to motion detecting lights for the closets - all which we would not have thought of to do ourselves (and make a huge difference now they're in). This guy is the real deal, knows his stuff and is a pro. Highly recommended.

I did a kitchen remodel and hired Bay Electric and Kevin to do the electrical work. It included a complete rewiring of all the kitchen circuits, a new sub panel, recessed lights, dimmers etc. This was the result:

1) Easy quote that was very competitive
2) The crew would arrive on time, each day -- without exception.
3) The work was performed fast, and it was of great quality. No shortcuts.
4) Kevin did not nickel and dime me for every little addition. If I needed something extra and it did not take considerable time, he just asked his crew to do the work.
5) Kevin did cared about the rest of the work too and often had great advice and suggestions for me.

I would definitely hire this company back.

Mark replaced our old chandelier light with 2 recessed lights in our dining area. Our old light emitted so much heat and hung pretty low. Not to mention, it was very old.. It was definitely time for a change. He answered all my questions and was very informative. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend him. Super professional, excellent service! We had a problem with our security/smoke detector systems, we called Wright electrical company and they were very professional and had a clear idea of their schedule availability and we booked an appointment. Kody gave us a call to inform us before arriving which we find convenient to allow us to wrap up any work meetings we are on. Kody was very friendly and knowledgeable, he fixed what we needed fixed and educated us on many things we needed to know. He did not mind our many questions and gave us all the time we needed. I wish i knew this before as we have used many other electrician services and they would not come nearly as professional/helpful. I will sure call Wright electrical company for whatever future electrical needs we have.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
