I called on a Sunday to see if they could come out to fix an power outlet that was not working.  Ken walked us through several steps on the phone to see if we could pin point the problem.  He was very patient and helpful and he told us what to do to test and restart the power.  It was amazing to get this kind of helpful service on the phone.   I would highly recommend AC3 LLC!!

I've worked with Robert and Sebastian for four jobs. They did a good job for each one. They did a new 90 amp conduit on the roof from my main panel to a sub-panel. It passed inspection with no problems. They cleaned up some wiring for lighting in an eichler for me and made it look much better. They replaced some lights for me as well. Their team has always been very pleasant to interact with, and I've been happy with their work. I'll hire them again.

We need to have an old electric panel replaced during the Shelter-In-Place under COVID-19. The challenge also included underground wire. We got multiple offers and Altap was the most reasonable one. Bahram helped to coordinate everything VERY smoothly. He contacted the city and demonstrated that it's an emergency case to get a permit under SIP. He planned everything ahead and coordinated with the city inspection and the utility company very well. On the work day, the job was complete by 3pm, including the reconnect of the power. We were very impressed by his prompt communication, the overall well organized job and the quality of service.

I got 3 quotes to install a fan in a lofted ceiling, plus add a switch.  Craig was the most professional, thorough, honest, and detail-oriented of the three, plus had the better pricing. He completed the work quickly, was very clean, and was a pleasure to work with!  I would highly recommend him.

Geoff came out on a SUNDAY morning to replace a faulty circuit breaker we had in our house.  He was fast, friendly and efficient and we will definitely use him again for any future electrical needs.

I had a few bad outlets and dimmer switches I needed replaced in my home. Kevin was fantastic! He had me text pictures of what I needed replaced so he could try to match the colors. He arrived on the early side of the reservation window which is always a plus. He was very thorough and FAST. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. Very friendly even with our screaming toddler in the background and grumpy dog. I will definitely use Bay Electric in the future, honest great company.

Mark installed ceiling fans in 4 rooms and recessed lighting in another and it was perfect, he also added an outlet for wall mounted and he fished HDMI cables through the wall for me. Very professional, charged me exactly what he quoted me and he did an amazing job.

Called this company for a check of my electrical box and was told, I was in danger of an overload. My neighbor said I should call pg&e. I called pg @e for a safety check and when i did, i told, all was ok.I do not recommend this company for using scare tactics just to make an unhonest buck.  Always get a second opimion is my word to the wise.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
