So glad I found Ken on Yelp! I picked him because the great reviews, and cute family portrait ;).  He was super responsive and called me back in less than 30 mins. And luckily, due to a cancellation, he was able to come out and fix our faulty outlets in the kitchen just a few hours later the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He  also gave me a short but informative lesson on what caused the problem, and how to potentially prevent and fix it myself in the future. Ken will be on speed dial for all our future electrical issues!

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

COVID prepared. on time, completed work as requested. Had several outlets not working in home , one outlet that powered the microwave having inconsistent power. All fixed and working well along with helping looking at an outdoor light not working (turned out just needed bulbs replaced), and helped with our difficulty in getting a high ceiling track light back in. Fixed everything without any fuss. Even came back when thought had a short with the electrical panel that ran the refrigerator. Very professional and we would highly recommend. Thank you Altap!

We had an outdoor electrical outlet which wasn't working.  It's been on the to do list for months since it's tough to schedule house maintenance around work schedules.  Called Jeff Saturday morning around 10AM and he was here by 1130AM.  Had the outlet replaced and circuit breaker fixed in 20 minutes.  Couldn't ask more!

I had a few bad outlets and dimmer switches I needed replaced in my home. Kevin was fantastic! He had me text pictures of what I needed replaced so he could try to match the colors. He arrived on the early side of the reservation window which is always a plus. He was very thorough and FAST. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. Very friendly even with our screaming toddler in the background and grumpy dog. I will definitely use Bay Electric in the future, honest great company.

Kody and his crew did a quick, clean install of a 50a 220v receptacle for a Tesla charger.  The initial estimate was quick and easy and we were given lots of flexibility regarding placement.

Our hot water heater died  just after Christmas.  I immediately called Bellows as they had previously done excellent work for us (fixed an underground water leak and replaced a furnace).  They responded quickly and sent out a great tech.  Nathan was there within 2 hours and confirmed that we needed a new water heater.  He advised us on the types of unit we could install, even conferring with our solar company about whether we could replace the gas heater with electric.  We decided on a gas hot water heater and he installed it the next day. In the pouring rain.  We are so very happy with the work done and the professionalism Nate and the Bellows group brings to the job.  I love that they are locally owned.  Five stars on every level.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
