Very professional, responsive, and efficient.  They do excellent work.  They changed my whole electrical system in about a week.  Also, changed all of our plug-ins around the house.   We could not ask for anything more.  Highly recommended.

Not only do I use ONE10 at my business, but also hired ONE10 to install additional electrical in my backyard, he's worked on my driveway gates and also traveled to my vacation home in Reno to install new lighting. I needed some electrical work in a cranky old 40s vintage home. I thought I'd get quotes from a couple of licensed contractors. Robert stood out because he came when he said he would, and offered some thoughtful solutions that saved me a few bucks.

Work-wise, everything was done tidily. It came in on-time and on-budget, which was a relief.

I need to replace all of my kitchen GFCI electrical sockets because they are not working properly anymore. Bahram arrived within the time period as schedule. He checked the sockets to confirm and recommended replacement as well since they are quite old. He got to it right away and efficiently replaced them.

I also have some questions regarding my main panel as well as what it needs to install EV charger. He was able to answer my questions and give me some recommendations. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Definitely use them again if I have future electrical service needs.

Had engaged Craig to replace four recessed lights in the kitchen. After initial review, he gave a quote which was quite reasoable given current prices charged by everyone! It took a bit of follow up with him to get him to come in and replace the lights. He did a great job all the while regaling me and my wife with his views on politics and world affairs! He got the light fixtures installed, cleaned up the kitchen and also installed a dimmer switch which was unplanned for. Great friendly guy who I'd make sure to call whenever I have any electrical needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

He also suggested that I replace a few recessed lights on my own rather than hire him to save some money...who does that these days!

Ten stars would be more like it!  Kody is a nice and intelligent young man, with plenty of patience.  I live in an apartment built in the 1970s.  He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, then made recommendations to bring the place up to code... and make it safe.

Bellows answered my phone request for a service call for our furnace. An appointment was made and, after a pre-call, letting me know he was 10 minutes out, Jonathan arrived right on time. He was out the door 30 minutes later. Our furnace works great. I'm extremely happy I didn't try to DYI. I learned long ago that I should never work on my own brakes. It is the first question asked by the insurance guy after an accident. I would apply the same rule here. and for the same reasons.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
