Very professional, responsive, and efficient.  They do excellent work.  They changed my whole electrical system in about a week.  Also, changed all of our plug-ins around the house.   We could not ask for anything more.  Highly recommended.

Lex and his team did a great job replacing our old lighting and installing recessed lighting throughout our entire house. Communication and follow through was seamless, he had valuable insight into every inquiry, and we're super happy with the quality of their work! Electrical work isn't something we would ever mess with and it's comforting to know that Lex is so extremely qualified.  We will definitely be using ONE10 for all future needs and will refer him to our family and friends- they'll be in good hands.

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

Bahram at Altap is the most honest and polite subcontractor that i have worked with.  Not to mention his work is meticulous.   He and his staff did all the electrical work in our house and we had a couple hiccups that had nothing ot do with his work but he came over and took care of them without any reluctance.  My family and I continue to use his for our electrical needs and he's always prompt, reliable, and great at what he does.  

I rarely give reviews unless one goes above and beyond.   Altap way surpassed my expectations.  We highly recommend him.

I had Craig come by to fix some problem with the lights. He arrived at the fixed date and time, and it appears that it did not require fixing. He did'nt charge me anything. More than that, I liked his prompt responsiveness, very friendly and I would recommend him for any electrical work that you may have.

Five stars for Geoff and Rhonda at Williams Electric.   Easy to schedule and excellent service. Our landscape lighting is now back in service and a few other electrical to-do's have now been addressed and checked off the list.

I did a kitchen remodel and hired Bay Electric and Kevin to do the electrical work. It included a complete rewiring of all the kitchen circuits, a new sub panel, recessed lights, dimmers etc. This was the result:

1) Easy quote that was very competitive
2) The crew would arrive on time, each day -- without exception.
3) The work was performed fast, and it was of great quality. No shortcuts.
4) Kevin did not nickel and dime me for every little addition. If I needed something extra and it did not take considerable time, he just asked his crew to do the work.
5) Kevin did cared about the rest of the work too and often had great advice and suggestions for me.

I would definitely hire this company back.

Mark has done it again. He came by and installed my Tesla charger and fixed some wonky lightswitch wiring in a 4-way configuration from the previous owners. Super happy with his work.

For the EV charger, the run from my main panel was longer than expected, and Mark was transparent in giving me options and fair pricing. Once he got down to business, everything was installed with care and consideration. Really happy with the nice and clean install.

He also fixed a light wiring situation in my upstairs hallway, installing and pairing my new Lutron Caseta wireless switches (highly recommended). He even fixed a nearby faulty switch for me free of charge.

Ten stars would be more like it!  Kody is a nice and intelligent young man, with plenty of patience.  I live in an apartment built in the 1970s.  He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, then made recommendations to bring the place up to code... and make it safe.
 I'm so glad I was referred to them, and can highly recommend.

I would like to give Bellows 10 stars but yelp only does 5.

Situation. My mother is elderly lives in Campbell and she had a clogged drain. I'm can usually snake myself or use chemicals. This one was a real challenge and would budge. Had a coupon for a plain rooter company they came, gave up, but wanted to replace all the drain lines, a very expensive job.

Action. My mother is suggested BELLOWS since they are Diamond Certified and have good yelp reviews. Bellows sent Kevin and Shade out for an FREE Evaluation. Shade did the snake machine, while Kevin inspected below the house.

Results After much determination Shade finally got the stubborn clog out, HOORAY... 50 years of gunk, YUCK!! Kevin showed my photos of just the corroded plumbing, He gave us a very competitive bid. He suggested just the corroded parts be replaced within a month or so..... We didn't feel pressured or being sold anything we didn't need. Additionally both were very clean, used jumpsuits under the house, brought their own work mats and were very friendly and professional.

We are scheduling the repairs with Bellows early next week. I have used a number of plumbing services in the past. I will go to Bellows in the future. Thank You Bellows and keep up the Great Work.

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
