I highly recommend Clayton! He is reliable, fast, kind and did a great job fixing the leak on my master bathroom.  I manage my house long distance and for this reason I am always looking for honest, trustworthy and reliable people to help me. When I found out about the leak I didn't know where to look, most companies wanted to charge a high service fee just to go look at the leak, when I spoke with Clayton he understood my situation and asked the tenants to provide him with pictures of the leak so he could give me an estimate.  Once he got the picture, he was very clear about what he thought it could be and he gave me a fair estimate.  I felt confident he was honest and i was not wrong! Clayton did a great job fixing the problem and he sent me pictures and a video once he finished the work.  I am glad I found him and have no reserves recommending him to anyone.

We live in Province and you need to quit soliciting door to door or you will be kicked out.  Final warning.  Especially if I tell maybe in a couple of months I would be interested and then you tell me the cost will be higher then.  That is no way to do business.  Your prices are high anyway.

We have had a lot of painters in several different states in the last 30
years, but JR's Custom Coatings is the best of all of them.  Jack was really
great to work with.  He is really detail oriented and his price was very
reasonable.  We loved the crew that worked in our home.  Joel, his lead
person for the crew, really did a great job providing clear direction to his
team as well as making sure every detail was done correctly.  Each member of
the crew were very positive and friendly - Terry, Paul and Eric.  They
covered all of our furniture and our brand new wood floors and spent nearly
half the time masking the areas before they began painting. They were all
real pros.  We highly recommend them.

Outstanding Quality!!! Repaired a hole in ceiling and you could never tell it was ever there. He was prompt (repaired within 48hrs of my initial call). His work was clean (laid plastic down). Completely cleaned everything. He was able to give a competitive accurate quote by me simply texting pictures of the area in need of repair. I highly recommend ipatch for all your drywall needs and will definately be using them again!

Extremely satisfied from the beginning discussing the job through completion of the work. I had exterior painting done that was beautifully executed and when it was finished, I was really glad I had Ameripro do the job. They pressure washed the stucco, made repairs to the cracks in the stucco and applied the paint to the stucco, metal surfaces and pop-outs. The repair to the cracks in the stucco was done so you wouldn't even know it was done and all the painted surfaces look perfect. The Forman/Quality Control person (Clem) made sure everything from start to finish was done to my complete satisfaction. Based on my experience, I will use them again and highly recommend them. ...and oh by the way, their pricing was very reasonable as well as worth every penny.

Outstanding exterior house painting experience from the original estimate to job completion. Their strong reputation for quality is no accident, and it showed tenfold on our house painting project. Russ was extremely thorough with the estimate, answered all of our questions, and clearly set expectations. Rob checked in periodically in the month ahead of the job to make sure we were all clear on colors, timing, and overall plan. The crew we worked with was professional, personable, and great to work with. Leo, Andrea, Israel, and Sho Tay were prompt, respectful, friendly, extremely skilled, and communicative. They were extremely easy to work with and flexible with our schedule making sure we were able to get in and out of the house each day without disrupting them. They demonstrated an attention to detail not often seen with home improvement projects, and the expertise they showed from the very beginning gave me all the confidence in the world to simply go about my day each day without worrying about monitoring their progress, and knowing things would be done right. We could've hired anyone, but chose ACP Painting because of their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. The little details - like replacing the garage door trim, raking back landscaping and dry-locking the foundation, precision masking, stucco repairs, and talking with us throughout the process. When they finished, I was impressed. I couldn't tell where cracks had been repaired, there wasn't a piece of used masking tape to be found, not a spec of trash anywhere, landscaping was returned to its original state, and aside from the fresh new look, you wouldn't have known they had been at our house for 3 days. The house looks awesome. And while any other painter could've slapped on new colors, the accuracy and care taken with our house and the commitment to doing it right made all the difference in the finished product.

When my husband and I decided to get the exterior of our house painted, we had several companies come out to give us estimates. We decided to go with Marcel Painting even though the price range was close or higher than some but they said they can also repaint our pool deck and pool fence (for additional cost). We figured to just get everything done all at once.

Day One - Only one person showed up and the other called in. When my husband called Kelly (the owner), he told him that there should be a crew of four people. No one else showed up. Samuel started prepping the exterior of the house - scraping off the old paint, sealing most of the noticeable cracks and gaps in the stucco, power washing, etc.

Day Two - Samuel and his helper showed up. They started taping off the windows, fixtures and started painting

Day Three - Painting and trimming continued

Day Four - Final touches - front door and garage got painted, taping and coverings were removed; they were done by mid-afternoon so we started our walkthrough. During our walkthrough we noticed the eaves and patio columns were flaking and were told that's how they look when you repaint them and not all the old paint will come off, there were tiny bubbles on the newly painted garage door and were told the heat might be the cause of the bubbles. Before leaving, we were told to let Kelly know if there were any issues.

Issues - paint flaking, tiny bubbles on the garage door, rust on pool fence not sanded and just paint over, texture of the pool deck not filled in with paint-

Follow Up Work - the following week, Samuel and his helper came out to seal the eaves and areas there were flaking. He also fixed the garage door paint. He fixed the pool fence and the pool deck.

We waited a week before we using our pool and washing down the deck. Then noticed throughout the deck there were areas where the paint didn't fill into the crevasses or not painted. We took pictures and sent them to Kelly and were told they would redo the deck.

Another Follow Up Work - A new person showed up with a sanding machine. I walked Carlos through and showed him the areas by hosing the deck so he can see the old surface where the paint was missing. He didn't think the deck needed to be redone and just needs thicker painting. My husband had to get on the phone with him and tell him that the deck needed to be redone since there were spots throughout the deck missing paint. After Carlos was done, I noticed the white drainage strips all had paint on them because they were not covered with paint tape. At that point, I was done and did not want to call them to come back out again.

Kelly never follow up or call us to get feedback.

It's now end of October and I'm sending paint peeling from my back wall and many spots not painted correctly. I would never recommend this company to anyone, never.

We had approximately 1500 square foot of the house painted. It took them about 12 hours over two days. Although we were disappointed they did not complete the job in one day they more than made up for it by giving us a credit and extra patching and painting. All their personnel were friendly and clean and  Lee was extremely easy going and very professional. The estimate and contract were   thourough and everything was upfront. I got 3 -4 bids and they were hands down the winner. I was very comfortable hiring them . WOW1 gave me peace of mind.  I highly recommend them.

We got a referral from our carpet company and called on Monday was able to get a rough estimate over the phone.  The estimate was validated with an in person estimate the next  day.  They painted our one bedroom condo in two days and repair a water damaged wall in the bathroom.  They were professional and really easy and straightforward.  I'd use them again if I need painting done again.  They had honest pricing, great follow through, and gave us great status updates with photo.
