I highly recommend Clayton! He is reliable, fast, kind and did a great job fixing the leak on my master bathroom. I manage my house long distance and for this reason I am always looking for honest, trustworthy and reliable people to help me. When I found out about the leak I didn't know where to look, most companies wanted to charge a high service fee just to go look at the leak, when I spoke with Clayton he understood my situation and asked the tenants to provide him with pictures of the leak so he could give me an estimate. Once he got the picture, he was very clear about what he thought it could be and he gave me a fair estimate. I felt confident he was honest and i was not wrong! Clayton did a great job fixing the problem and he sent me pictures and a video once he finished the work. I am glad I found him and have no reserves recommending him to anyone.

Let me preface this review by saying I have extremely high expectations of the service people we do business with. JR's Custom Coatings exceeded all of my expectations.
Jack is a an incredibly skilled painter and a stand up guy. He came highly reccomended by people we trust but we still called around to different painters and got quotes. His still came out to be the cheapest based on the high quality paint he was using. He came to our house so we could meet him and showed him exactly what parts of the interior of our house needed to be painted. We were not completely sure about the color for a few rooms and he went to the paint store and got us color samples to put on the wall for us the next day. We chose colors and once it was on a good portion of the house- we decided it was not the right shade so Jack went back to the drawing board and worked with us until it was absolutely perfect. Given the fact it was our mistake, we expected a substantial revision to our invoice for all of the time he lost. Not the case, the nominal fee he charged was very reasonable.
My husband and I are both working professionals and felt comfortable enough to leave him a key to the house while we were gone during the day. On top of that, he and his crew came with a precise plan and worked efficiently every day until we were satisfied. He was extremely considerate of the impact to our family while the project was underway and their work was METICULOUS.
We couldn't be happier with the beautiful paint job. Thank you Jack and Crew.

Amazing experience! From the time Tim arrived, and sat down with me at my kitchen table to go over his quote I knew I selected the best painter in Arizona! Tim was thorough, explained the entire step by step process with me, helped with me color selections and his pricing was competitive based on the other quotes I received. The crew arrived Monday morning, on time, I met with the Supervisor, Clem, first and he was warm and welcoming and briefed me on what progress would occur. Gill and Gabby worked very hard on my large home in extreme temperatures and were quiet and respectful - they were so sweet that I could have hugged them each morning! My home was completed on time, Clem even walked around the home before me, then had me do a walk around and I found no issues anywhere. My home looks so amazing! Like new again! And I love that my front door and trim are all one color now - love my new look! Thank you for an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company and am 110% satisfied.

We had everything lined up with Carlos 10 days in advance to paint our kitchen. We agreed upon a price, talked multiple times on the phone (even the day before the project). He then texted me at 3pm the day before the project was to take place (we'd been counting on this and turned down other contractors) and cancelled the project. He gave no reason.
Do not trust Carlos or this company, they will chase whichever project pays them the most.

About a year ago my wife and I attended a home show here in the Raleigh area. We were not homeowners but we were in the process of looking for a home. We attended the home show because she wanted to get some possible ideas of some of the cool stuff we can do for the house when we finally did close. While at the home show we ran into WOW 1Day painting and was immediately impressed With the staff that were at the home show and most importantly their marketing. Everything was so sharp and clean and easy to understand. They have a model that stood out to me where they guarantee your job is done in one day. That means that they aren't coming back out making several trips to finish a job as they are able to take care of it in one day. Long story short fast forward to about nine months later Where I reached out to these guys. I was kindly greeted by Mr. Mike. Mike is very professional and so easy to work with. He's kind demeanor and concerned world-class customer service shines through to make this company a grade a company well I plan to use them many more times in the future. My father Always told me that you pay for what you get. This project was special to me as I wanted to make sure that the rooms selected were painted correctly. I am not a painter and have never attempted to paint a wall. I'm sure it was something that I could do but we figured why not let the professionals who do this every day come over and grace our lovely bare walls. Long story short we have a movie room that I Wanted the ceiling and floor walls painted. We also have a dining room where my life wanted the walls paint it to where the chair rail and Wainscotting would eventually lineup. After taking a couple days of working with Mike, I finally was able to get in settle on a quote that I felt comfortable with. Because of the weird times of Covid, Mike did a estimate for me through FaceTime. That was really convenient as I didn't have to leave the house and I didn't have to set up any appointments where I had to let him or any of his team in. Long story short Mike sent out two gentlemen (Mike B. and Abdul) who arrived on time in a lovely branded vehicle. Both gentlemen were very well mannered, hard-working and just great to work with. Both men were professional and it was a pleasure having them as guests in our home. They both kept their face coverings on the entire time as they painted. They were very quiet As we were working from home. The job literally took no more than 4 to 5 hours. They even stayed and added a second coat and it literally was done in less than 4 to 5 hours.The job was well done. I went back to quality check these guys work and you can't see any brush marks, no roller marks, no paint was dropped on the floor. They did a great job covering our floors in the obvious we had in the way making sure that the paint did not hit anything that it was not supposed to. As stated before, you pay for what you get. After reading some of the other reviews people are talking about price. Again these guys did a great job and I feel that the price was fairly reasonable. When we think of the cost of paint and then the cost of labor and tools, I think we got a good deal. Especially for the level of quality of work that these gentlemen presented. Let's be honest, anyone can grab a paintbrush and start painting and cover walls with color, however hiring professionals that know exactly how to do this in our training to do this will give you an outcome that well worth the money. These guys were so awesome they even used a paint that had a Lowe's smell to it. We could Barely smell the paint. When you conjure up the price of tools in the time that you spent getting the job done on your own, it's probably more efficient to go ahead and hire the professionals. That's what I plan to do again. Check these guys out as they are amazing
