Ivan was quick to respond to my request. He was clear on what to expect and what would be doing. Written bid provided confirming what had been discussed. Professional and knowledgeable on how best to accomplish my job. Thorough and included little touch ups to make the job pop. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

I recently used this company to refinish my wood garage door. They did an amazing job. I could not be more happy with their work. Nick was very easy to work with and listened to my requests and suggestions (as well as made his own). They showed up when they said they would and were extremely concerned with providing quality work. I have no reservations recommending this company and will be using them again in the future.

Highly recommend!! Randy showed up promptly for the estimate to paint the exterior of my house and his crew (Victor and Octavio) showed up promptly for the job. Actually started the job early after reaching out to me to see if starting on Saturday to power wash and patch worked with my schedule. When Victor and Octavio would be finished for the day, they would close all gates and leave everything orderly before letting me know they were heading out. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The estimate I received was what I felt was a very fair price for the work and the final cost was exactly the estimate price. I'm very pleased with the final product!

What I liked:  *Extremely neat job.  Not a drop on tile, windows or door hardware.  * Woodwork looks and feels like factory finish.  * Called me, texted me, or emailed with communication on job scheduling and job progress.  *ALWAYS showed up when he said he would.  

Additionally, he and his assistant are genuine nice people.  Not the lowest price but definitely got my money's worth.

We recently had our house painted by Matt and team and we were delighted by our experience with them. They had to do it on one of the hottest weeks of summer but that didn't stop them from doing an excellent job.

I am the world's pickiest customer and very critical of even the tiniest details, yet these guys addressed all my nitpicking requests with a smile. The result is absolutely stunning!

One thing I really appreciated was how quietly they went about their job. I barely knew they were on the property. I was kept apprised of exactly what to expect and when to expect it and they delivered. Matt was very patient with me and my indecision on colors and helped me sort out my concerns with patience and understanding.

Our house is absolutely gorgeous now! It doesn't even look like the same place! Every time I drive into the driveway, I want to thank them all over again.

I must be clear up front that I did not choose CertaPro Painters of Cave Creek ONLY because the estimate was more than I could afford this month. However, I felt compelled to write a review of Tom and his professional estimate process. I met Tom at the property, he was there early waiting for me. Together we toured the property and he examined and measured the walls very thoroughly. He also offered some tips on colors that I had not thought of. Tom's estimate was sent to me within three hours of our meeting. It included pictures and served as a detailed, well-written contract, had I accepted the estimate. Tom has a great demeanor, is a real pro and I would refer him to anyone who was seeking a painting estimate. I hope this helps people decide on who to call when getting estimates. Kodiak Paint did a great and thorough job painting the exterior of my home. Great to work with and very friendly crew. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

We hired Willis Painting to paint the interior of our home, including the baseboards, ceiling, and doors.  Chris arrived to all our appointments on time and quoted us a reasonable price. His staff did a great job. We especially appreciated that the painters treated our home with respect.  They covered our furniture and flooring. We didn't have to move the furniture. They did all that. This was a 5 day job and at the end of each day, they put our furniture back in place.

The quality of the paint is very good.  Chris brought us samples to make sure we liked the colors.

They did an excellent job and got it all done in six hours. We couldn't be happier with the results.

A+ needed some stucco repair from the recent rains. very good pricing , great work. Looks brand new. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Highly recommend.

I'm an out of state landlord and received notice from the HOA that it was time to repaint my rental property. I spoke with Tom at C&D Painting. Tom was fast and professional. He knew the exact paint colors I needed and even contacted the homeowners association to make sure the process was seamless. C&D Painting uses high quality Sherwin-Williams paint and warranties his work for 2-years. Payment terms are great -- 50% up front plus 50% upon completion. Since I'm located out of state they were able to send me a PayPal invoice so I can pay quickly online without any hassle. I highly recommend C&D Painting to any Anthem landlord.

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
