They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

We've had Rockwell Landscape Maintenance do our bi-weekly maintenance for over 10 years now.  Chance is reliable, professional, consistent and very fair with pricing.  He always has good suggestions for ways to improve our yard and he's very easy to work with.  I recommend him for any landscape job you have.

Our yard was a mess ever since we moved into our new home. We initially reached out to Moises to clean up our yard and refresh the gravel. However, we saw examples of his work and were impressed. Moises and his team gave our sad, tired, yard a stunning refresh. I would recommend Moises and his very capable team for your landscaping needs. I've already started contemplating the next project to send his way.

I didn't get a chance to actual use them for my project but for two weeks we communicated back an forth, he responded in a timely manner.  Never kept me waiting for an answer, his meeting with me were professional an on point.

Very poor experience working with this company. You can get equally quality turf at a similar price point elsewhere but with much better service.

We recently purchased a new home and had SYNScapes do our backyard. They were quick, but the results show why they were quick. They completely ruined the grade in the yard that would allow for good water flow. It was originally designed to have excess water flow out the side and towards the street but when they laid the base they eliminated the grade and water will now pool up in certain areas. Plus they didn't level the base throughout and it's lumpy in areas. They also didn't allow for water flow out of the yard. I asked specifically about this twice to make sure the pavers wouldn't block water flow and was assured it wouldn't. Had the builders inspect it and they confirmed it would block flow and a French drain should have been installed. The paver job was poorly done and doesn't line up along the edges, and they use a cheap sand. They should have used a polymeric sand or at least sealed it. After a couple weeks the sand is halfway gone. They also damaged the concrete patio, chipping it in places. They claimed it wasn't them, but it's a new build and they are literally the only ones we've allowed in our yard.

When I reached out to have these items addressed I was ignored and never received a response. They also charged the full price despite saying that they would charge half up front and the rest after a satisfactory job.

Needless to say, in a new build community of some hundreds of houses I'm steering my new neighbors clear of this place to avoid the headache. I would caution you to do the same.

Absolutely no followup on their behalf. I had to keep calling them for quote. That should of been the indicator to look elsewhere. But they had a solid 5's for reviews. I asked for a drain from backyard to front yard. They talked Me into putting down plastic and rocks on top on that for a canal type runoff. Also asked for stepping stones to pool equipment on other side of canal which was to include drain system at top end of canal and at bottom of canal. Well they showed up put in drain and drain pipe to wall dividing back and front yard. Nothing near what they said they would do. Also asked for quotes for other projects but once again. They didn't deliver. They did work hard when they were here but didn't provide what they described. Also didn't clean up very well. They might be good at clean up projects but don't deliver on project. would not recommend for projects.

They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. They were patient while I collected additional quotes and weren't high pressure. When I decided to go with them to remove a tree, I also got a quote for additional yard clean up. They got me on the schedule right away. The crew called the morning of and were easy to talk to. They did a great job. I will use them again.

Did a nice job replacing backyard rock landscape with sod. Fair pricing and great about making adjustments to the original plan. They were efficient and made sure to take care and clean up each day. Would highly recommend Jose and Moises.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the cleanup/trim job that Marvin and his crew completed at my home. I was so impressed that I hired him for a monthly maintenance service.   He is extremely detailed and reasonably priced.  It is difficult to get that combination.  I will be recommending him to everyone.  Thank you Marvin!

I just moved from the PNW and after caring for 1/3 acre myself for years, I wanted to make my Arizona backyard simple but easy to enjoy. For the time being, I just needed to get started and all I needed was some synthetic grass for my little dog and rocks to cover the dirt. Scott came in and gave his opinions and thoughts - since I was used to a lush, green, high-maintenance backyard - I told him I wanted this to eventually be an extension of the living room, but over time. We came up with plans for the future (I.e. pavers, patios, outdoor kitchen, etc) but for now we lay the foundation and build off of it later. Scott and his team came through and did it quickly! They are extremely efficient and their quality is unmatched, even for this small of a job. I'm very excited to have Scott out again to extend our patio with pavers. Tough turtle is a great company to have install your turf. Our salesperson Seth was knowledgeable and very responsive through the whole process. We are very happy with our putting green and turf and our dogs love it! It's much cooler than many other turfs I have looked at and we have not been disappointed by the quality once.
