Irene had a number of excellent suggestions for our landscaping that we incorporated into our design. She brought a hard working crew to our home every day and she was there for 3 out of the 4 days. I will recommend Greenheart Landscapes to any neighbor or friend who is getting work done..

Shopped around for turf for a new build home in September and decided to go with turf monsters due to their reviews and the quote I received from them.
After our quote was accepted I was added to the schedule and was contacted. saying they could fit me in at the end of the week. So here's where the communication got funky. I got no response from him on what day or time they would be coming by and woke up to a group of men at working in my backyard.. okay fine.

When the yard was done I messaged zach about my concern, there was an area where the turf was a whole different color. You could see the color difference easily. We were told the colors would all blend in if we give it time. Very embarrassing when we had visitors mention our turf lifting and color difference

It is now December and our yard is still not complete, the colors didnt blend and we had a patch of different colors . They came out to redo the section and then NOPE the density of the new turf was was wrong along with the color. No communication on when the guys were coming out either, I had to call multiple times to get timeframes of when theyd be here and then no-shows with no heads up.

They came back with what they say is the right color again for the third try and instantly we can tell its not the same color but we are now told to wait two weeks to see if the sun will make it blend... definitely feel bad for the guys who are out here doing our turf and having to remove and reapply multiple times because they arent getting the proper materials

With how much we paid we arent happy with this. Not happy that my kids cant play outside because theres silica sand laying on our turf while we play the waiting game.

Affordable, kind, and prompt! They came out yesterday to give me a quote and got the job done today. I have no complaints! Highly recommend! Thanks guys

Three things I liked about these guys. #1. They were incredibly quick to respond and had a crew out within a couple of days. #2 their quotes are in line with everyone else we talked to and there was no sense of haggling. #3 most importantly my trees look phenomenal. I've been doing them myself for 10 years and the palms have never looked better. They will be steady in my rotation from here on out.

All I wanted was for them to cut the weeds in my yard.
They forgot to cut the weeds in the alley which is part of my property actually we own at the middle of the alley in my lot. They treated me with a generally snarky attitude and a giant weed that I couldn't see they left in the alley. They actually did a terrible job.

Salvador came through as promised and did an excellent job installing the sprinkler system for a side yard project that I have been working on recently.
I appreciate that he offers suggestions and listens to my ideas and concerns. We came up with a good solution for the sod installation. Also, he has been consistent in keeping me updated with dates/times when work will be performed. I did not have to wonder if he was going to show, he scheduled a new appointment when timing changed. That is professional and means a great deal to me.
He also is taking care of my monthly yard maintenance. The crew did not cut my plant watering lines, which was a frequent issue with other yard maintenance crews so I appreciate that very much. He discussed maintaining the lawn areas (watering requirements and fertilizing) which shows a concern to help me maintain the yard properly. The yard is looking good again!
I'm looking forward to working with him long term and can finally keep the yard in decent shape while I focus on other responsibilities

Our yard was blah. It needed help. Hector and his family transfromed it into nice! They installed sod and granite with a a paver border in the backyard, seeded the patchy front, redid the irrigation, installed plants and built a fire pit so we can enjoy one of our favorite neighborhood activities. I don't think I can spend enough time in our yard now. I'm absolutely thrilled with their work, and everyone in the family, starting with Hector, is just no nice and professional. It's obvious the pride they take in their work. First class!

I just wanted to write a review about this company and especially Pablo and his brother Carlos and their whole team.  I had been wanting to redo part of my backyard for a long time.  I called several companies, most never called back, 1 came out and gave me an estimate and then never called back.  I got a response from Pablo and he came out the next day.  I told him what I was sort of thinking and he immediately started brainstorming and really got what I was wanting. He sent me a quote and it was reasonable (lower then he other guy).  He started the next week.  It took them 2 1/2 days to finish.  They laid tons of river rock, made an incredible path with crushed gravel.  He made a border all around with metal edging AND added a ton of desert landscaping.  The whole team worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  I can't really put in words how much I love what they did.  I'm sure it has increased the value of my home.  If you want to hire a great team that takes immense pride in their work you don't have to look any farther.

They did not finish the job they were payed to do. I was told they would come back at a later date to finish and they never returned....he even seemed irritated when I was texting and calling him. I have all the text messages to prove this guy is a liar and ripped me off. The partial irrigation system they installed started to leak after a few months. DO NOT pay this man until the job is 100% complete....or, just save your time and go with a better and more honest landscaper.

Came out for an estimate and never heard from them again.

UPDATE:
Response to Paul G. comment.  The only quote I received and opened was 10 minutes after I posted the review. NEVER received a quote prior to the comment today - and today I get a response on Yelp, phone and text all within 10 minutes. You never responded to the 9/25 message when I followed verifying my contact info and asking for the quote until today.  
I'm not sure what's up with your 'system' but the lesson here is to just followup when a message and quote is sent.
The quote I received today was definitely reasonable and if it's any consolation I would have gone with another vendor anyway.

We contacted Raul because of the high ratings on Yelp.  We are so happy that we did.  We wanted to add a row to our block wall.  Raul and his crew worked fast and efficiently.  They did a professional job, matched the existing paint, so the new blocks blend with the old ones perfectly.  The took care in all aspects of the job and cleaned up everything.  The yard looks like they were never here and the block wall looks like it has always been here.

JNK Landscaping and Pools was amazing from start to finish. I have a very large yard and they were able to transform it into the backyard of my dreams. The biggest difference between JNK and other companies was the professionalism, customer service, and communication from Naji. I am a new homeowner and had a lot of questions. Naji took the time to answer all my emails, come to the house and show me the work, and explain everything about the job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you are looking for a company that does it all, is honest, and fair, call JNK!

Great job on my moms place in Phoenix. I contacted them online and they sent me a quote with before pics. I approved it and a day later the job was done and after pics were sent. They take credit cards so it made the whole transaction easy. I highly recommend them if your out of town and need to have pics for assurance that the job was done.

Sun of the Valley did an amazing job on our yard! Their employees were so quiet working on our yard first thing this morning. I had no idea they were there until they used the leaf blower towards the end.
The owner, Lili, was able to swing by my house last minute to give an estimate on the yard. She took the time to understand what we wanted done, and also provided some recommendations on what would look good in the yard. Then she was able to fit my project in her schedule very quickly. Great customer service! Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend hiring them!

All Terrain is absolutely a quality contractor. From 3D design to install, everything was a really smooth process. Extremely well done and the communication from Adam, Natalie and other crew members was superb! They were also fantastic with thinking of all the little details when engineering water features, electrical work and accommodating A/C units at different grade than the rest of the yard. I highly recommend All Terrain Landscaping!

Spent a week trying to schedule them to get an estimate.  Very slow to respond, impossible to get a hold of anyone.  I gave up and hired someone else.

Omar gave me good advice on artificial turf and his quote was very reasonable.  His crew were very clean and efficient.  The entire process was done to perfection.  Within a couple of days the entire front yard was transformed.  Omar takes pride in his work and this is a family owned business you can trust.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

I'm so glad my neighbor gave me a referral for this business. They came out fast to give a quote and started within a couple days. They finished quickly and now I'm enjoying my backyard. I wish I would've done it sooner! Would definitely use them again and recommend!
