They quoted me a price to remove a mesquite tree (based on pictures) and then nearly doubled it when they showed up to do the work and saw the tree. They were supposed to be at my house at 6:00am to do the work. At 6:00am, they told me it would actually be 9:00am. Then they showed up around 7:45am while I was dropping off my daughter. When I got home they were already it my backyard. This could have been very bad. I had not locked my dogs in the house, because I though I had another hour. The price they adjusted to was not dissimilar to other companies' quotes, but I had them leave because I didn't like the way they did business.

I hired Greenheart to renovate the roof of my pergola.  Irene suggested lighting and landscaping to enhance the upgrade, which made my life easier; not all of us are good at lighting and landscaping.  Irene is.  

All timelines were met, the installers were professional, and whole process moved along as planned. There was one problem, but Irene had it fixed the day after she was made aware of it.   But that's not the best part.  The best part is that the whole project looks BEAUTIFUL!   I will use Greenheart again, and I recommend that you do too!

Ryan Polk came out to do my estimate, and he was beyond terrific. He had samples, we hashed out ideas, we looked at the overall yard to see if the tiger grass would blend with the shade of my putting green. He was spot explaining the process, and the install went like clockwork.

The crew showed up as scheduled and proved to be meticulously clean and organized. Although there was about 5 or 6 men, there wasn't a trace of any trash or miscellaneous materials anywhere when they were done.

The price was well within my budget, and I'm thrilled to have such a gorgeous yard to look at. If you need to have artificial grass installed, no need to get any other estimates, call Turf Monsters.

Had a tree pushing up a wall by it's roots, called on a Thursday afternoon, came out THAT evening to give a quote, very reasonable.  They came out that Saturday first thing to remove the tree and prune my Olive tree, even took some palms that had fallen into my yard, really appreciated that!  Both brothers I dealt with we're very personable.

I will be looking to use this company for other services in my yard (I have big plans)

My lawn hasn't been maintained for a few months and the recent rain jumpstarted a lot of growth (and weeds).
Miguel responded immediately via Yelp and showed up this morning to check out my yard and give me a quote. Miguel offered a reasonable and competitive price and was able to come back the same afternoon to fix up my landscaping. I'm grateful that he was able to get started so quickly as my yard was in complete disarray before him. He mentioned he also does other landscape work (laying down pavers and helping diver rain water away from my property since my area is prone to flooding) so I'll update my review after those are completed.

Salvador came through as promised and did an excellent job installing the sprinkler system for a side yard project that I have been working on recently.
I appreciate that he offers suggestions and listens to my ideas and concerns. We came up with a good solution for the sod installation. Also, he has been consistent in keeping me updated with dates/times when work will be performed. I did not have to wonder if he was going to show, he scheduled a new appointment when timing changed. That is professional and means a great deal to me.
He also is taking care of my monthly yard maintenance. The crew did not cut my plant watering lines, which was a frequent issue with other yard maintenance crews so I appreciate that very much. He discussed maintaining the lawn areas (watering requirements and fertilizing) which shows a concern to help me maintain the yard properly. The yard is looking good again!
I'm looking forward to working with him long term and can finally keep the yard in decent shape while I focus on other responsibilities

We had Hector & his father come out for one of our three estimates for ~500-600 square feet of pavers, 2 tons of rocks, and sprinkler system reconfiguration. They were prompt and on time for this appointment, then they blew us away with their pricing, so much so that I cancelled the last of the estimators. I had done my share of research on pavers prior to meeting with Hector and even still he was quite informative and understanding of our desires, encouraging, and gave great advice even though we had not agreed to use his company yet. Nevarez Landscaping also was able to start on the project ~1.5 weeks after the initial estimation with a 4 day completion timeline. Of course, they ended up finishing in 3 days. The work is guaranteed and this was proven when I had a small issue with the sprinkler system a few days after the project was finished, Hector came back with his crew and fixed the issue quickly (less than 1 hr) and left us as very happy customers. Their work is beautiful and we have been incredibly happy to have our new patio, steps to our workshop, and rock landscaping around our grass.

I highly encourage anyone looking for a landscaping/patio project to contact these gentlemen. Their work was impeccable, they were prompt, and their estimate was exactly what we paid. Very happy customers here!

This spring we needed our front and backyard cut way back. After living in our house 10 years, our bushes had become too bulky. We asked for them to be cut down to a bare minimum. We have asked this same job of other companies in years past and they never seemed to get it just right. Astonishing Landscape did exactly what we asked for! Finally, a company listened to what we wanted and executed the job with no hesitation. It's like we were given a fresh start.

Also, they replaced some irrigation piping and system needs that had succumbed to years of exposure. Once we turned our system back on for regular watering we realized one of the new mechanisms was an out-of-the-box failure. Astonishing Landscape returned within 24 hours and replaced the part. Our system is working wonderfully and we couldn't be happier.

I needed weed removal, pre-emergent spray to prevent regrowth, pruning of shrubs and a tree - I called Raul for an estimate and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  Raul was on time and listened closely to my requests and explained what he could do. Discussed time schedule and cost, then scheduled start date. He was on time and started work immediately with a helper. Job was scheduled over two days - one afternoon and following morning. First day they completed all but spraying of yard which he performed on time the next morning. Their performance was beautiful - pruning and trimming was complete and the results were neat and made me very happy. So relieved to see everything look neat again! Raul has a wonderful smile, is professional and friendly. He works steadily, cleans up completely, is skilled at his work, and proud to do a good job.   I was happy to find that Raul lives up to his fine reputation on YELP reviews. Thank you Raul!

JNK Landscaping did a great job with the artificial grass installation and lighting on my backyard. My family and I are picky, but Naji and his crew worked diligently and made sure we were satisfied with their work. The owner Naji was very quick with communication. He responded promptly and answered all the questions we had. We are planning on doing the front yard in near future. I would recommend JNK Landscaping and Pools to anyone who needs artificial grass installation as well as landscaping lights.

Received a quote from them to blow my yard with minimal leaves on the ground from 2 trees, trim 5 small brushes, and 2 small palms trees. I have fake grass and pavers through all my back yard. I was quoted $195 for excessive cleaning and $95 for the cleaning so $290 for first time cleaning. That's crazy.

I talked with another companies that quote $100 for the clean up.

When I asked the office why the quote was so high they just said because it was going to take them so many hours to clean up.  The company I hired did it in 35mins and perfectly. Needless to say I have a small backyard!

You may have to reschedule a couple times to get a quote, but it's absolutely worth it. They did an amazing job cleaning up my front yard of leaves and weeds, trimming the plants, and filling in a small sinkhole.

This is my second review for All Terrain Landscaping. Have them put winter grass in for the past 4 years. Always a great job. Fast and efficient. Good crew. Clean up after themselves. Plenty of seed and good price. Adam is a great guy and has a good work ethic. Takes care of anything I need. Will keep using these guys every year. Thanks ATL!

This place is unresponsive, changes agreed upon prices without warning, and no shows constantly.  Too bad because they do a good job when they actually bother to do the work.

Needed our irrigation system repaired and this team came so quickly and fixed it right up. Great work and very nice and reliable! Would recommend to everyone!

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

We hired Ruben to install our irrigation system in our new house. He and his crew were absolute professionals. They prepped the area where the plants would be, then came back after the plants were in the ground to finish up the system. Ruben was responsive, communicative, and the crew left the place tidier than when they arrived. We'll absolutely hire him again on the next phase of our backyard, for both irrigation and hardscape
