Spring Landscaping did a great job on our landscaping. We needed our yard cleaned up for an appraisal and they responded quickly. We called them out to give an on-site quote, and they were on time, friendly, and their pricing was really competitive. They knew what they were doing. Even better with covid being a concern right now, they wore masks the whole time. They completed the job quickly and left behind no mess, and even took away our old Christmas tree! Would absolutely recommend!!

Greenheart did our front lawn in central Phoenix.  Overall it was a very positive experience, we love our yard and many of the best features were ideas direct from Mike.  We bid this out to several contractors over the course of 3 months, and only Mike came up with novel ideas that gave our yard real personality.  We've had a number of neighbors and passersby comment on how nice the yard looks.  Some pros and cons of the experience listed below.

Pros:
- Price was fair.  The quote was broken down in detail, which allowed us to easily evaluate the Greenheart cost vs others.  While their price wasn't the lowest, that was mainly due to our desire to include a paver walkway, some treewells, etc that other bidders hadn't included as options (all Mike's ideas).  
- They weren't pushy about adding anything, the choice was left to us for what we wanted to include/exclude.  Low pressure.
- Mike was very attentive during the design process.  He went and looked at plants with us and had a real passion for the work.
- They provided us with an initial sketch with the bid and a more detailed drawing at the beginning of the project.  This helped with alignment on what the yard was going to look like and what was expected.
- The crew was very respectful and clean when doing the work.

Cons:
- Communication wasn't very strong once the project got started.  There were a number of occasions where I felt like I was relaying info between Irene, Mike, the foreman, and back again.  I felt like I had to be present to make sure the yard was done according to what we wanted/expected.
- The project closeout was poor.  While the main body of work was done quickly, there were a handful of unresolved items that I had to email and text about for a few weeks before they came back to fix them.
- The treatment for the areas that went from grass to rock have a lot of grass coming back up.  This was a concern I expressed at the onset of the project, but I am still spraying Roundup frequently.  I expected to have to continuously treat the rock areas to prevent the growth of grass, but not so soon after the work was completed (grass started popping up in areas about a week after the job and continues to appear).

Turf Monsters just put in a paver walkway at our home. The work was done expertly and now we have a beautiful addition to our yard. Mike was great to work with and the men that did the work were hard working and very willing to please and make sure that everything they did was to our liking. Thank you!

We needed our front yard completed quickly and with in a reasonable price we are young new homeowners are are working with in a strict budget. The guys at landscaping Ortiz we're AMAZING!! They showed up when they said they were and we're always responsive and completed the job VERY quickly!! We will definitely use them again and I would suggest them to anyone.

We had three palm trees 40-45 feet trimmed the other day and really, I couldn't be happier with the job they did.
The fronds were cut very close to the trunk.
The debris was all cleared out.
And they were actually early.
Next Spring, I'm giving Green Valley a call.

We had Happy Tree come out to give us a quote on irrigation and an area of dog turf.  Their price was fair and the did a great job. They were quick to respond to any questions prior to the install. You could bare tell where they had to bury the new irrigation lines.  The turf looks great and we would definitely use them again.

When Raul showed up early for the free estimate on the landscaping I needed around my house, I had a feeling that dealing with him would be a good experience.  He walked my property with me, and he made sure he understood exactly what I wanted done.  He quoted me a very reasonable price for the work, and I was able to schedule the job for the next day.  Raul and his co-worker showed up right on time and did an amazing job.  Everything is exactly as I wanted it, and they even did a little extra - as others have posted in their reviews.  I would not hesitate to call him in the future, and I most likely will, for any additional landscaping or irrigation work that I need done.  In fact, I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else.

Naji and his team were nothing short of phenomenal, he and his team were professional, curious and stuck to our design down to the inch. They were prompt by getting our backyard done before the holidays, but also and extremely easy to work with. Our backyard looks AMAZING because of them, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. If you want your backyard done right, go with JNK you will not be disappointed!! I don't understand what is going on at their office.  Does no one answer the phone or check messages?  I have been calling and leaving messages for the past two weeks to get a quote on some properties I own and have not received any callback.  If this is how AMS treats potential new customers I would cringe at the thought of how paying customers are treated.

I finally found their yelp page to leave a review!  It's been several weeks since I used this company.  They did great work, fast, and was really impressed with the quantity/quality of work they did for us!

Great customer service!  They made the quoting process easy and fast.  Jeremy was very helpful.

PHENOMINAL service!  Octavio does amazing work.  He services many homes in my neighborhood and does beautiful work.  He may be difficult to contact, but if you text him and follow up, he will show up, and when he does, you can see the wheels in his head turning.....it's not about charging you more, but actually doing extra stuff.  He not only sprayed my weeds but took out some offshoots of weeds and totally cleaned up my side yard.  AMAZING WORK!

Omar gave me good advice on artificial turf and his quote was very reasonable.  His crew were very clean and efficient.  The entire process was done to perfection.  Within a couple of days the entire front yard was transformed.  Omar takes pride in his work and this is a family owned business you can trust.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

I CANNOT fully explain what a great experience we had with our pavers. While there is a paver shortage Ruben, honored his price and scheduled installation. The work his crew did on our backyard is nothing short of perfect. There were responsive, timely, and delivered an exceptional product!!!! Do yourselves a favor and call. So glad I did!!!
