Responded to my inquiry, requested details, negotiated a price and we both agreed, stated he would be in touch but i didn't hear from him again, not a very good way to earn new clients

My backyard landscaping had been a total MESS with the weeds going out of control for the past year, and really needed an overhaul.  Irene had great ideas and suggestions, but also worked with me to find the best outcome for my budget, and she and her crew did a fantastic job.

They were super professional, prompt and on time, and communicated with me the whole way.  In less than 2 weeks of contacting Greenheart, they had my backyard looking great with a modern, low maintenance overhaul that looks beautiful!!

Couldn't be happier with their service, give them a try and you won't be disappointed... P.S. to the total LOSER that gave a 1 star review because you didn't receive a call-back: get a LIFE!!  These reviews are for actual *customers*, that's a careless, irresponsible thing to do against good people and a small business owner working her tail off (its a missed call, not a big deal, sheesh!).

Mike and his team were awesome and FAST! They did our front, side yard, and back yard in about 2 weeks- and that includes digging a hole to have an in-ground trampoline. The turf is great, but we also love the paver walkways and new plants. Give mike a call - he has lots of great ideas - he helped us design everything. I'm happy with how it looks.

Affordable, kind, and prompt! They came out yesterday to give me a quote and got the job done today. I have no complaints! Highly recommend! Thanks guys

Cristo was prompt!  They did a great job removing my tree (probably 15 years old) and grinding the stump.  Very professional.  Cleaned up their mess plus a little more!  I can actually see my rocks!  Would hire again and recommend.

They did a wonderful job on our yard, our yard was completely overgrown with weeds and it was embarrassing having people over with how bad it was. Hernandez landscaping came out the next day after I contacted them and cleaned everything up for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be recommending them as well as reaching out for any other landscaping needs.

Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our backyard adding about 1100 sqft of pet friendly turf.  He was responsive, punctual, and polite.  Each day, several times during the day they would pause to blow off sidewalks and were mindful of keeping things tidy.  This project took approximately 2 1/2 days.  Sal made sure that no detail was overlooked making the ending product outstanding.  We look forward to using him again for additional landscaping needs.

Hector and his crew are A+ gold. We first worked with Hector in November 2019 when he remodeled our small backyard space for the dogs. His crew installed sod, gravel and a few shrubs as well as an entire irrigation/sprinkler system that led from our from yard around the whole house to the back to ensure we got freshwater to our lawn before it hit the water softener. When a leak sprung due to a faulty part, Hector stopped by same day to fix the leak and make it right.
Over a year later, March 2021, we brought Hector back to install a dog run in our side yard, which included replacing a faulty wooden gate with a block wall, and installing an iron gate at the other end. It came out beautiful, as expected.
Hector prices fair, communicates well and often, and answers the many questions we always have for him. We'll certainly come back again for our next project!

I asked to have trees cut, rocks racked and yard cleaned for a client of mine and Happy Trees work was unacceptable. I was on a time crunch and relied on them to be accountable. Paul was not responsive when I asked to confirm the day and time of work. His crew came and left with little to no work complete. I had to call Paul and describe how little work was done. Weeds still in the rocks, bushes overgrown not cut, never blown, and rocks on the grassy areas. Super disappointing and insult to injury the price was three times what a normal landscape cleaning would have been. I do not recommend ever using Happy Trees. Service made us very unhappy.

Raul came to my elderly mother's house in Mesa to replace her drip irrigation system, remove and replace her front yard plants and add new decomposed granite.  He finished the work ahead of time and eased her anxiety about the whole process (she's very fussy).  Cleanup was very thorough.  Overall he did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

JNK Landscaping did such an awesome job and I would highly recommend them. They do a great job and the price is very reasonable. The owner is Naji and he is very on top of things and is great with communication. I had so many questions and unsure about what I wanted but he did great at recommending things, explained the process and keeping me in the loop. They put in new grass, irrigation system, pavers and gravel in my backyard. I was trying to get this project done before the weekend and they got it done in only 2 days! They are very fast and efficient. I have had many companies come out to my house to get different jobs done but JNK Landscaping has offered the best service. Hire them, you won't regret it.

Yes I'm aware that this got ridiculously long but I'm frustrated to say the least.

Now understand that I'm not a new customer, I've been with them for about a year. The crew had been doing a decent job maintaining my lawn. The problems started when we moved and had to switch the maintenance service to a different address. Seems simple enough right? Come give me a new estimate and send the crew to start on my new place after we move.

I informed them even before we moved and gave them the date and new address. First of all, you're lucky if anyone even picks up the phone, and then you leave voice messages that gets ignored. I left 2 voice mails that never got acknowledged. Then I finally spoke to Joanna who said Eli would be down to my new house asap to give me an estimate.

Days later, I called again and there began the merry go round of Eli claiming that he spoke to my spouse, (never happened), emailing an estimate that we never got it, not even in spam mail so who knows,  Eli saying my front lawn has grass when it's all desert landscape so I THINK he went to the wrong address but Joanna had no idea and couldn't confirm so I still don't know what happened there. And it's not like we're in a hard to find part of town, it's only about A MILE AWAY from my old place. So I had to wait again for him to do another estimate. That took forever. They finally gave me one and promised to come this week . No one has showed up since. Considering it's a long holiday weekend tomorrow, it's obviously a no show with zero communication as to why. What a complete and utter waste of my time

And as of today (3rd July) I still have not received any response to my email a week ago giving a start date or or any acknowledgement when I finally emailed them to ask them to cancel my account. Keep in mind that I'm a paying customer and here I am left wondering if they even care. After nearly a month of waiting, calls and emails, I have been more than humanly patient in giving them the benefit of the doubt. All this for a simple change of maintenance address is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

It is unprofessional that a problem persist with barely any followup effort from AMS nor should it be MY responsibility to have to keep chasing after them like I had to. It's also incredibly disrespectful to waste my time like this. Their communication is just  horrible and customer service is obviously not their priority after they got your business.

So this epic essay is to say -  DO NOT USE AMS if you value your precious time and sanity. There are too many other companies out there who are hungry for your business to deal with so much incompetency. Sure it starts out well but heaven help you if you need any sort of help or changes to your service later on because then it all goes straight . to . hell.

The property I manage really needed an overall facelift and I'm glad Son of the Valley was able to help me out. I initially just wanted the weeds pulled and sprayed for, but after showing them the front and back yards, they had recommended some other work that could be done for a minimal increase in price.

They were able to weed, spray, trim bushes, and remove and haul a few dying trees for a very reasonable price...and all in one day! The property now looks 100% better than before and I will easily do business with them in the future for palm/tree trimmings and yard maintenance. I can't thank them enough!

We contacted All Terrain for a one time clean up on our front yard.  This business was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish.  Michelle was very nice on the phone and returned my calls promptly.  Adam came out when he was scheduled, and I had an estimate that night.  His estimate was very detailed and easy to understand.  The crew did a great job on the clean up.  Natalie, the designer, went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the new plants that were being planted.  I would definitely recommend this business and will certainly use them in the future.

Best experience with any landscaping company I've ever had here in Phoenix.  Did what they said they would do, reasonably priced and job well done.  Octavio is great to work with and makes sure everything is done right.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

We have a large side yard area that wasn't being used so we worked with Nico to transform this space into a play yard for our toddler. Nico was responsive and reliable and prices were fair. He also gave great advice throughout the process on the best way to design the space. Lastly, he finished the job early, which was a nice bonus as we were getting excited to finally use it. I'd highly recommend Nico for any landscaping needs.
