Called and left message twice.  Never returned call.  If too busy for new projects or returning calls should say so on phone greeting.  Very rude.

We just had the best experience ever! We contracted TURF MONSTERS to put in 1200 sq feet of Fescue for our pups!!  I kid you not... it looks like REAL GRASS! The 4 guys worked very very hard and were here from 9:30a to 6:30p! All done!!!! They also cleaned up the area beautifully ! I highly recommend them!! Mike Freeland was a doll to work with!! We needed our front yard completed quickly and with in a reasonable price we are young new homeowners are are working with in a strict budget. The guys at landscaping Ortiz we're AMAZING!! They showed up when they said they were and we're always responsive and completed the job VERY quickly!! We will definitely use them again and I would suggest them to anyone.

Cristo and his team are outstanding. They're a powerhouse group of quality work and efficiency. They're also budget friendly and Cristo is very creative & innovative with suggestions and ideas. I've worked with them on three separate projects and each time they've exceeded my expectations. I won't go anywhere else.

Miguel Hernandez , Hernandez Landscaping did a great job for us.  His tree trimming was really good.  We were going to have him trim a Palo Verde that was huge ..... we had him and his crew remove it.... started it one day and finished the massive cleanup the next.  Left the yard looking clean.  Would recommend him ..... Also we felt that the price he charged was fair for the work performed.

Thank you Sal for fixing my leaky irrigation lines. Will definitely use him again.

The person who came out was nice enough but he never followed through with an estimate.

I just wanted to write a review about this company and especially Pablo and his brother Carlos and their whole team.  I had been wanting to redo part of my backyard for a long time.  I called several companies, most never called back, 1 came out and gave me an estimate and then never called back.  I got a response from Pablo and he came out the next day.  I told him what I was sort of thinking and he immediately started brainstorming and really got what I was wanting. He sent me a quote and it was reasonable (lower then he other guy).  He started the next week.  It took them 2 1/2 days to finish.  They laid tons of river rock, made an incredible path with crushed gravel.  He made a border all around with metal edging AND added a ton of desert landscaping.  The whole team worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  I can't really put in words how much I love what they did.  I'm sure it has increased the value of my home.  If you want to hire a great team that takes immense pride in their work you don't have to look any farther.

George and the guys showed up on time and finished the work in less time than they said time it would. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs yard work done and at a less lower price than you think it would cost. They replaced my whole dripper system and hardware in a day and a half.

I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous response from Paul at Happy Tree Landscaping. They were thorough and hauled every thing away. I decided to have them do my backyard as well and was even happier with their work because I had short palms that really needed to be cut back. I now am hiring them to come back on regular basis and would highly recommend their services.

We had them out to trim the hedges and in the front lawn and back yard  clean up all the weeds and trim up a few other trees and bushes. Overall they did a great job cleaning everything up and the front and back yard look great and for a good price as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We hired JNK Landscaping to give our backyard a remodel, and we are in love with the results. We had pavers, sod, gravel and landscaping services.

They were responsive, had great communication and the whole process from requesting a quote to relaxing in my beautiful backyard was easy.

The on-site crew were skilled, professional and very respectful of our neighbors.

We'd definitely recommend, and can't wait to use them for our next project.

We had AMS come out for a Clean up project at our school cutting back weeds and cleaning the parking lot. WOW they did an excellent job. Crew was polite and checked in with me and asked what I wanted done. Work was done right and quickly. Payment was easily done directly with the owner over the phone. They are going to set me up with online payment to make it even more convenient. I highly recommend AMS for any landscaping or clean up needs.

Did a great job with my yard. They were punctual, gave a fair price and got the yard cleaned up beautifully after it had not been taken care of for a while. I would recommend them and use them again.

It doesn't get any better than this. First off, let me say I've experienced the worst of the worst when it comes to contractors so I know how bad it could be. However, All Terrain is the most professional, friendly, efficient and prompt company I've ever worked with. Adam came out and talked with us about our yard and I basically told him to do whatever he thought would look the best, because I read the reviews here and trusted that he knew what to do. I am SO glad I did!
The yard was completely transformed from dust/dirt to a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hardscape. I was amazed at how much everyone got done in only 8 hours (it took 6 men working to get that done). I had total confidence in everyone from Michelle who answers the phones to Adam, who came out so quickly to the hard workers that were so meticulous and professional at the job site. I would recommend All Terrain to anyone wanting to avoid the pitfalls of cheap or DIY projects. These guys are professionals. Cleaned up after themselves, and advised us on how to care for the yard.
I will be calling All Terrain to maintain this beautiful yard and may ask about the back yard now!

Update: unfortunately I had to adjust my rating after work was done because of the lack of aftercare and followup. Adam advised me to call once grass began to come up for treatment, which is essential when you don't put down landscaping fabric, as Adam suggested when he gave the initial estimate.
I called repeatedly every day for a week, being told by the very nice receptionist that he would call me back, and would come out later in the week. Calls were never returned and weed/grass control had to be contracted to someone else.
seems like he just couldn't be bothered to provide the promised work which was a small job, once the major work had been completed. Very disappointing because of the great reviews here and the exceptional work done up to this point.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Just wow!!! Great work. My yard needed a lot of help and they made it look amazing. I will be using them again. Wow!!!

Omar arrived on time and helped us diagnose our irrigation system problem.  He quickly identified the problem that others were unable to.  We were up and running again in minutes.  He gave us an additional quote for yard work that is very competitive.  We will call him again.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

I requested a quote from Ruben and about a dozen other landscaping companies. Ruben was not the most expensive or the least expensive but he seemed to understand what I was trying to accomplish. That said, his rate was reasonable. The job that I had for him was multifaceted and involved both hard and soft landscaping as well as irrigation and sod installation. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and the workmanship is excellent. In any project there are going to be changes and alterations along the way. Ruben was reasonable when each change or challenge came up. He did not nickel and dime me when we had an alteration. He also did not accept payment until he knew that I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Nico's landscaping.
