Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

I'm giving them 2 stars because my initial communication with them was great. Regina was friendly and Carlos was friendly and helpful when chatting through our project goals during our quote consultation. Unfortunately things went down from there.

I was told I would receive a follow up quote within two weeks after the consultation. I did not hear anything back for a month, so I reached out again and was told they would look into it.

Again, two weeks later, no response. I followed up again only to be told that the rep informed you that you did not meet our minimum. Mind you that the only thing I was told during the consultation was that I'd hear back in two weeks, but I never did.

Additionally, when I got an explanation, they claimed that there was a 5k minimum on projects and that the rep indicated to me that he told you that the day of the consultation. I had told our rep that we were looking for 4k-10k for our project during our consultation. In fact, when I had asked him what their minimum was, he instead said that they don't like to give minimums and that he'd just like to know our price range instead (4k-10k).

The Owner was the one who handled the last email response to me and clearly showed no interest in trying to keep my business. All they needed to do was ask me a few questions to clear things up. It's really that simple when it comes to earning and retaining a client base. Instead they decided to make assumptions and trust the word of a rep (who is no longer there?) about what price I was apparently willing to spend.

I'm shocked, really.

Finally got the yard I've always dreamed of. Mike and his crew were super professional and their work is second to none. I've been getting quotes for the last two month and although turf monsters was not the cheapest I feel I got the best value going with them. Thank you Mike for making my yard better than I imagined!

We live in Washington state but own a rental property in Phoenix. We hired Cristo to remove the grass in the backyard of our property, replace it with pavers and add gravel to the rest of the yard. He communicated well with us via FaceTime, email, text messaging and phone calls. He did a great job with the yard and showed up when he said he would for the entire project. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He is a contractor who cares about his integrity and the quality of his work. Thanks again Cristo!

They did a wonderful job on our yard, our yard was completely overgrown with weeds and it was embarrassing having people over with how bad it was. Hernandez landscaping came out the next day after I contacted them and cleaned everything up for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be recommending them as well as reaching out for any other landscaping needs.

Sal and his crew did a WONDERFUL job with trimming and cleaning up my yard. He's super responsive to communications and very professional. Highly recommend!

I would like to have provided a review based on the services rendered, but this company failed to show up as planned. I was never contacted thereafter. Clearly my business did not matter. Extremely poor customer service.

I just wanted to write a review about this company and especially Pablo and his brother Carlos and their whole team.  I had been wanting to redo part of my backyard for a long time.  I called several companies, most never called back, 1 came out and gave me an estimate and then never called back.  I got a response from Pablo and he came out the next day.  I told him what I was sort of thinking and he immediately started brainstorming and really got what I was wanting. He sent me a quote and it was reasonable (lower then he other guy).  He started the next week.  It took them 2 1/2 days to finish.  They laid tons of river rock, made an incredible path with crushed gravel.  He made a border all around with metal edging AND added a ton of desert landscaping.  The whole team worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  I can't really put in words how much I love what they did.  I'm sure it has increased the value of my home.  If you want to hire a great team that takes immense pride in their work you don't have to look any farther.

This is an updated review. I was always very pleased with the work George did for me over the past 3 years, from hauling and spreading rock to putting in a drip system to planting shrubs. My rating was 5 stars. But I am very disappointed that he has never responded to any of my attempts at contact since he last did a job for me in March. I questioned how effective his pre-emergent spraying of my yard was, as the weeds were back within two weeks. At the very least, I would have expected him to come out and redo it. But instead, it appears I have been dropped as a customer. So my new rating is lower due to no attempt to make this right on his part.

I was very Happy with the quality work they did. They redid whole drip system and planted the plants I picked. They left everything very clean. I would recommend them to others.

Called to set up appointment. Said they would come next morning to evaluate job and would come the day after if estimate was approved. Did not show. Waited a few hours after set time. No call/ no show.

Talk about a true professional. Naji goes above and beyond to make sure home owners are completely satisfied with the services they provide. His crew was right on time and turned our yard from a disaster to a dream yard. I thought they job would take a couple of days to be done but they did it all in one day. They were at my house for over 12 hours. He had a crew of 7 men and every single one of them was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We highly recommend you give them a call. You won't be disappointed

Very rude people. Used them for a while. They came over rang more door bell about 20 times while my 5 month old is sleeping asked me to let the dogs in which was fine but my husbands trailer was in the way which I didn't know I suggest if they could move it and the worker says to me ummm that not my job I'm a landscaper in which is completely understandable but don't give me and attitude when I'm paying you for a service. There are plenty of company's out there. I told them to leave and they were not even wearing masks.

Setting a poor standard right from the beginning ~ set up an appointment for an estimate and review of what needed to be done ~ told someone would be here between 8-9 am ~ even called the business day before to confirm ~ just called them at 9:30 wondering what happened ~ Oh, I should have called you, the guy is going to be late ~ how about this afternoon?  AND YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS????  I guess anytime works for retired or unemployed but for those of us who arrange work schedules to accommodate vendors ~ not a way to run a successful business.

All Terrain is absolutely a quality contractor. From 3D design to install, everything was a really smooth process. Extremely well done and the communication from Adam, Natalie and other crew members was superb! They were also fantastic with thinking of all the little details when engineering water features, electrical work and accommodating A/C units at different grade than the rest of the yard. I highly recommend All Terrain Landscaping!

Octavio came out and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. He cleaned the the front and back yards, trimmed the bushes, removed weeds and cleaned he travertine area thoroughly. Our yard looks sparkling clean now. Would definitely recommend !!

Omar's crew showed up on time and did an exceptional job cleaning out the weeds.  Reasonable pricing and in a timely manner.  Kudos!!

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

I requested a quote from Ruben and about a dozen other landscaping companies. Ruben was not the most expensive or the least expensive but he seemed to understand what I was trying to accomplish. That said, his rate was reasonable. The job that I had for him was multifaceted and involved both hard and soft landscaping as well as irrigation and sod installation. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and the workmanship is excellent. In any project there are going to be changes and alterations along the way. Ruben was reasonable when each change or challenge came up. He did not nickel and dime me when we had an alteration. He also did not accept payment until he knew that I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Nico's landscaping.
