Positives--they were available and identified the issue where another plumbing service could not. The cost was about what we expected. The owner came out to meet the MSD inspector (MSD provides a four hour window they will show up with no advance message of being on the way). Longs provided a temporary solution so we could stay in our home over the weekend. They completed the work.
Needs improvement on--communication with the customer (fine in person but not in phone contacts or notifying customer if work time has changed), providing complete invoice, organization of the team (some members showed up hours before others; had to wait for right parts, etc . . .).
Service-oriented companies excel when customers would use them repeatedly. I am not sure I would call Longs again but I do appreciate that they could identify our problem.
