They will rip you off and have no morals. I had a gas leak last year in the middle of winter and needed to have my main gas line replaced. All of the other plumbing companies that I would usually use were booked several weeks out. There was a reason that Jayhawk Plumbing was available. They attempted to screw me over at every possible opportunity. They changed their rate in the middle of their job, they consistently had 2-4 plumbers onsite in a job that required no more than 1 or 2 plumbers, and it took them 3 days to replace 3 pipes. The line that they needed to replace was damaged due to the pipe making direct contact with the brick on the exterior of our home. Instead of putting a protective surface around the new pipe to prevent future leaks, these experts installed the pipe directly against  the brick. This of course failed inspection by the gas company and required them to do their work again, thus charging me double. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

We had our kitchen floors repaired due to a brand new dishwasher leaking. The flooring company used Jayhawk to reinstall the new dishwasher after the floors were done. Jayhawk had two guys come out and it took them all day just to install a dishwasher. We have granite so our dishwasher had side brackets to hold it in place. The install guys cut them off for some reason. The dishwasher was off center and not level and did not work  because they forgot to hook up the water. I called and the owner was out of town so it took over a week to get him out. When they arrived he looked at it and started to laugh. He sent his install guy out to get tolls and when he left he said he was sorry and that this was horrible. He promised to take care of our problem. They got the dishwasher in straight but no word on the clips. This was in September and I am still waiting. The best part is the tried to charge me $330.00 for all of this. $150 for the first install and then another $180 to come out to fix the screw up. Unfortunately it was all billed through the flooring company and I would not pay the additional $180 so they had to eat it. Right I would not believe one word these guys say.
